Great house, lots of room for our 15 guests for the weekend. Appreciate the very easy check-in process and consistent communication from manager!

My family came in from all over the country for a reunion and we had the best experience. This house is perfect for families - my kids especially liked the bunk beds. The beds were all really comfortable. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to enjoy. You can’t beat the location - steps from the beach. Martin was amazing and helped us when we had questions. The outdoor shower is a plus. There were so many sitting areas outside. I can’t say enough good things about this house.

We had a fantastic stay at Martins Property. To start, Martin was an amazing host! He was extremely responsive even leading up to our stay. I had spoken to Martin about an early check-in, late check-out, and extra parking passes. He was able to help us with all of these requests. He provided us with clear instructions when we checked in which were very easy to follow. The house was amazing, and my entire friend group loved the house. All 15 people had their own beds which was a huge plus! The house was clean, and right next to the beach which was very convenient. If you are looking for a fun get away, I would highly recommend this property, or others hosted by Martin. We look forward to staying at one of his properties again soon.

This property has an excellent location for all family attractions and just steps from the beach. Big beautiful house ideal for families. Equipped with all home necessities, only had to bring our suitcases. Pots, dishes, beach chairs, towels etc all supplied. The manager Martin was excellent and always available for any questions or assistance. We would definitely book this property again. Caroll

The house sits on the beach block, so super easy to get back and forth. And, the Ventnor/AC boardwalk goes right by, so great for biking, walking and strollers. Anything I asked for, Martin made sure it happened. He was wonderful throughout the entire process, and we would most definitely book any home he manages!

Close to the beach - easy walk House is not only large, they layout works perfectly - 4 floors allows noise control and privacy Front deck is big - back deck is private. Place is very very nicely appointed. Parking was easier than I worried about. I was there with a total of 14 - but had plenty of room. Owner (Martin) was accessible without being intrusive. Felt safe in the upscale area, 2 miles on the boardwalk to all the action.

Home was our “home away from home” for the week. Perfectly situated as far as being by the beach, near restaurants, and convenient shopping. This home had it all as well and we will seek out this property when coming to the area again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at the residence! Our investment fund booked the house for our annual spring retreat for an April weekend. It was a perfect fit for our 15 guests: spacious, bright, sparkle clean and well-equipped. I was positively surprised to see that the actual space is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the bedrooms in particular are equipped with wide, elegant queen beds that made this a calm and restful weekend. We particularly owe this great experience to Martin, the property manager. Martin is a star and was available 24/7 to answer queries and make accommodations, even staying up late until the morning hours (!) the night before our checkin to make sure that all of our guests had everything we needed. The checkin process itself was seamless and always with a warm personal touch. Truly customer service on the next level — surpasses any other experience I have had on this platform or other booking sites. We had a wonderful time, thank you for this weekend!

If you're coming to AC for vacation, a bachelor/bachelorette party, or any other occassion with a large group, this house is perfect. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would highly recommend!

Martin was a great host. He was easy to get in touch with and made the check in and check out process very easy. All of the rooms were very clean and spacious. The surrounding area of the property is nice. The living room and wrap around patio are great hang out spots. This was a great find for our bachelor party and will consider this location for future events!

This is a great home for big groups. The number of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms is a huge plus, and the common areas are large enough to accommodate large groups as well. Everything was as-advertised in the listing. The location of the house is very good: extremely close to the beach/boardwalk and a short drive or long-ish walk into the heart of Atlantic City. Would definitely stay here again if I return with a large group. Martin, the house manager, was very helpful and easy to communicate with as well.

Property is nice and clean. Being close to beach making it very convenient for our large family. House is a few houses away from board walk and beach! It is large so able to accommodate a large family. The checking in process was seamless. We enjoyed the vacation. a couple of pieces of info we wish we knew: 1- only guaranteed 2 vehicle passes. had to negotiate and eventually given 5 for our 21-person party. 2 - children, even as young as 2, are charged the same as adults if total number of ppl in the party is > 15.

The house was great! The location is convenient, the house is new and has everything you need inside. Working with the management was very easy as well. I would definitely stay here again!

It is an older house that has been renovated. The property was convenient to the beach (the best ever on the US mainland) and other attractions - boardwalk, casinos, etc. Martin, the property manager, was always available and helpful.

The house was spacious and lovely. The kitchen was well-stocked & the beds were comfy. Martin, the manager, was beyond amazing and helped us with every one of our requests, small or large. Of note: there are a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this house & hope to return!!

My family (16 of us) and I had the best time! Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. The house is immaculate, beautiful, and steps away from the perfect beach. Everyone had enough space to spread out. We had everything we needed to cook for a large family. The custom dining room table enabled us to all eat together. We love to grill so having a bbq was a plus. Martin is a great host. He was always available and responded quickly if we had any questions. Thank you so much for making our much-needed family vacation a memorable one! We are already looking forward to returning to the house very soon.

Perfect beach vacation.. We had 5 women and 7 girls.. ages 9-13… the house was perfect.. so much space for our group.. literally seconds from the beach.. Atlantic city beach is beautiful and not crowded at all!
