Overall the property was great! Location, checkin process, cleanliness, and kitchen amenities. We had our bikes and loved that we could get on the trails from the unit. We biked up to Suttons Bay and on the Mission peninsula. Only drawback to the place was the lack of extra towels and having to wash the sheets from the sofa sleeper. By the way, the sofa sleeper was very comfortable for one person. We hope to be back.

Very clean and well appointed vacation rental, can't beat having 2 balcony's with a water view, and walk 5 min to beautiful downtown TC shops, nice little Sunset Beach area and park across the street not as busy as Clinch Park which is still walkable. Perfect location and easy parking. Great host communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again with the wife and kid!

This is a condo a little off Front Street and across the street from a small beach park. Easy access to the Downriver TC area and surroundings. The unit was spacious and homey. The two and a half baths worked out perfectly. The unit faced the water so it was very nice to sit on a balcony and see sailboats in the harbor. Peaceful! I would recommend. Although with all VRBO hosts, they did have some weird rules like wanting you to wash ONE extra towel if you used it which doesn't make sense because someone would be washing all the other towels anyway. Same with sheets for the pullout couch. If the sheets for the beds are stripped and someone would be washing them, why do I have to wash them. I brought something from home to avoid all that ridiculousness.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. Great location walking distance to town. Quiet but close to everything. Very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. There were even beach chairs that came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again!

Sitting in the deck in the morning to read and drink tea was enjoyable and every night we took the short walk to downtown Traverse City for dinner and/or drinks. Kurt was easy to get ahold of and accommodating even though there were no problems that needed to be dealt with. I’ve stayed in Traverse City before, but this was my favorite place that we have stayed and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again!

Kurt's property was exactly what I was looking for as it checked all the boxes for me: walkable to coffee shops, shopping, and restaurants. The property was just as described and the view from the balcony was great. Kurt was responsive when needed for clarification on restaurant locations and condo particulars. I would definitely stay again.

We’ve stayed in these condos many times. The location is great, easy walk to restaurants and shops in downtown TC. The TART Bike trail is easily accessed and the trail is paved and well maintained. The unit was well appointed. The only negative is TV viewing. The TV is internet capable and all viewing is by streaming. You need to use your own streaming services. The bandwidth on the internet could be faster for streaming.

Great location that allows you to walk in the heart of Traverse. Nice to have each bedroom with an attached bath. Easy check in process and communication with owner.

This place was so perfect for our group! This place was clean and probably our favorite place we’ve stayed at as a group in TC. We were able to walk easily to downtown and Little Fleet and Bubbas were close by! The nice water view was an added bonus and we loved the two little balconies. The bed I slept in was super comfy and had nice linens/comforter. Definitely would stay here again!

Comfortable, clean and well stocked.

The good- new condo complex in a great location, walkable to everything downtown. Nice layout. Clean. Access to condo and parking was easy. Bottle of wine. The not so good- requirement to purchase insurance added $59 to our bill. Kitchen was not stocked; coffee and tea only. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the price was a little over the top.

This is a charming condo in a perfect location to enjoy Traverse City. The place was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the two master bedrooms were ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was immaculately clean, quiet, and just as described in the listing. It was perfect for 2 couples, the en-suite bathrooms are so nice! It was in a great location…walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch! Kurt, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations for dinner ,etc. We loved Traverse City and would stay here again, for sure!

Kurt's place was great - clean, conveniently located and had everything we needed for a weekend in TC for a family wedding. Kurt was quick at responding and accommodating for our needs. The condo is perfectly located in Traverse City for those who are looking to enjoy downtown and the surrounding area.

This property is ideal for anyone wanting to be close to downtown TC. About a 5 minute walk to the east end of Front St. and another 5 minutes to the center of town. Easy to walk to dinner, bars, stores etc. The unit presents just as described in the listing, and was clean, comfortable and ready for us upon arrival. We had some very minor issues with the television and wifi but Kurt the owner responded immediately and all was resolved within minutes. All communications with Kurt were prompt, timely and friendly. The complex in which the unit is located has numerous temporary rental units, and everything from access, garbage disposal and parking is well organized and easy. We were just a couple, but the unit was more than spacious and comfortable enough for 2 couples or a family of 4. Highly recommended.

This property was very nice and more importantly very CLEAN. We’ve had a few experiences recently with rentals that were pretty gross and this one was pleasantly immaculate and it was very much appreciated! The owners provided almost anything you could need, including games for the kids. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and would recommend this spot to anyone.

This was such a wonderful property! Super clean and well kept. The neighbors were friendly and the complex was quiet. We were also able to walk to downtown which was also great!

The condo was nothing short of perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples). This was our “home base” while we stayed in TC & took several day trips (Mackinaw, Fishtown, Sleeping Bear etc). I messaged Kurt & he responded quickly & kindly while we were there. Everything you could need to prep meals is available & made planning so easy! If you stay in the King suite & the weather is nice, opening the door for fresh breeze is heavenly! Overall I’d give 5/5 and have most def saved this listing for the future if we go to TC again!

Everything was exactly as outlined in the listing. The location was within walking distance of everything downtown, beach across the street, large park across the other street... it was perfect for us (with our 8 year old). Having parking available was amazing and the bottle of wine was a nice touch. The amenities were of high quality-- not your usual odd and ends from Ikea in most rentals. We never had to communicate with the owner outside of the check-in/check-out process so that also says a lot. We'd 100% stay here again.

Walkable to front street, bike rentals, and waterfront

My husband and I go to Traverse City often, and this time we brought friends who have never been. This location was absolutely perfect. We were walkable to the restaurants and shops downtown, but still a street away from the main Front Street and it was overall a quiet complex.Having two master suites was perfect as we were two couples, so we had our own space to get ready and everything. Weird thing to mention probably, but the owner stocks quality, thick toilet paper - it was great!Kitchen was well stocked with various kitchen tools and utensils (Including a cocktail shaker, which we forgot to pack), LOTS of ice, and there was coffee and tea. The kitchen table was a good size - we played some board games in the evenings and there was plenty of space. Overall, it's a perfect hub spot if you are spending your time in TC. We will be saving this listing for future visits! There is a flight of stairs to get into the condo and then another flight to get into the bedrooms, just as a warning for people. I think they make that pretty obvious in the description.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. Great location, we walked to downtown TC multiple times. Super clean and super easy to check in and out. The pictures were exactly how the condo looks and the attention to details has to be commended! The s bed sheets, towels, even toilet paper was great quality. Some owners of VRBO property don't think about quality of items like these and I was impressed that this unit came with these nice, comfortable items. Thank you Kurt! We highly recommend this property, we lived our wine weekend!
