We stay for Memorial Day weekend on this grea property. Amazing views of Bryan Lake, the pool was really nice. It has a gazebo selling food and drinks which is very convenient!! Staff is super nice.
Super close to everything, parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. There is a Starbucks right off the gate of the property. About 3 mins walk!!

Overall we loved the resort it had a great pool and outdoor area plus the tiki bar staff was great!! The condo was clean but me being a cleaner there were definitely things that were missed, like hand prints all over the windows and mirrors. Plus one of the towels had blood on it. The location was great for what we needed it for however the outdatedness and un unusable cookware was a turn off. We enjoyed our stay other than the small nit picky things!

Absolutely love that there is two bathrooms! The king size bed was super, super comfortable! Even though the bedroom window faces the hallway outside, the curtains blacked out the light so we were able to sleep in. Enjoyed our stay!

Condo was real nice Host Simi Sanichar was awesome any questions she replied immediately and any issues like we had the garbage disposal was replaced next day. Condo has great view of pool and lake from 8th floor.
The property is well maintained and the location is awesome close to stores like Walgreens, Dollar tree and few restaurants, Starbucks and Subway as well as mini golf are right on site we stayed 21 nights and would go back for sure.

We really enjoy staying here. The location is perfect with a lot around it and the resort is nice and exactly what we need for a quick getaway. Huge plus having 2 bathrooms and a balcony overlooking water. You can see the Epcot ball, Disney springs and tons of Disney fireworks from the front of the resort on the higher up floors. Definitely would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was well equipped, comfortable, quiet at night, and the mattress was great! The pool is large and well maintained, there's a game room, a workout room, and a pool bar with pizza! This would be a great place to stay with a few kids. The front desk employees were cheerful and very helpful when we had questions about the possibility of getting packages delivered to the building (hint: you absolutely can!) The patio view was beautiful and (while we were there anyway) the other occupants were respectful of quiet hours.
Overall a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!

We get together every year with some friends who own companies in our same industry. We spent a few days talking business by the pool. The condo was nice and comfortable. Nothing other the top fancy, but did the job. Spent plenty of time at the pool and hot tub. Our friends spent their money at the poolside bar! Just what we needed for a quick trip to warmer weather!

The room has a fantastic view and was in walking distance to restaurants. Very close to Disney. Would highly recommend. The kids loved the pool.

This place was amazing!! Perfect location for Disney and universal. Everything that was needed immediately was in walking distance !!! Exactly what was advertised! Friendly HOST, awesome staff, it was a great stay overall!! Recommend this location anytime. September was really really hot and the condo would not get under 80 degrees.

I was not happy with the AC. It was a hot week and it was hard to cool the condo. It stayed around 75 degrees all week. On day 3 of our 6 day stay the resort started tearing up the pool

The property was in a great location. The pool was great and my boys loved it.
But.... The unit needed some TLC. It looked like there hadn't been a good cleaning in awhile. The ladder to the bunk bed was broke and I text the property manager and it wasn't fixed while we were there. The dishwasher was missing a wheel so you couldn't move the rack in and out. The microwave door was broke too. At least one of the elevators in the building had an expired certificate in it. It was expired by years.
With a little TLC it would be an amazing place.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay. The sunrise was absolutely mesmerizing from our balcony across the lake. Not far at all from all parks! Everything you need is right there! My kids loved it!

Check out and check in process was very easy , communication with property owner was awesome. Loved staying in this location but the condo we stayed did not have fireworks view as promised from balcony, but fireworks where visible from elevator lobby.

The condo was very nice. Had all utilities a small family would need. Washer/dryer were very helpful.
Our toddler isn’t quite bed-ready. We’ve been trying but the struggle was real. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a pack n play. They gave me one but it was in such a state that I decided to buy one instead.
I left the one I bought there (pay it forward?) and suggested the other one be either thrown in a dumpster or burned.
I forgot to bring spare contacts with me. I had someone overnight them via USPS. They were apparently never received by the front desk despite tracking and geo-locating showing them having arrived. Still yet to figure that out.
All things considered nice place to stay, not too far from Disney attractions (we had a car but parking at Disney is a little ridiculous as are most fees around there). No issues at all with parking at the resort.
Air conditioning was locked at 70. Some maintenance might be needed but I’m not used to the Florida weather.

The room itself was clean and really all we needed. Admittedly we didn't use any of the amenities because we were there for Disney world. Very close to the parks, very easy access to highways, very close to Disney springs best of all....both Dunkin and Wawa were very close. Dunkin was an easier walk than drive. Also within walking was the other, terrible coffee place people like.
All and all it was all about location for us and this was a great value.
Check in was super easy, there were no surprise expenses. The parking garage was tight be aware of that. Merica size vehicles beware.

I stayed at this property with my dog while I was in town to visit the Disney parks. This property checked every box I had when looking for a place for us to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I loved how easy it was to get to and from the parks. We would absolutely stay again.

Property was in a good location. Building is dated. Cleanliness of condo could have been better. Found nail clippings on balcony, hair by baseboards etc. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful property. Was great for a free days with two adults and two kids. Pool was warm and beautiful. Tiki bars ladies were my favorite part! Wonderful personality. Places to explore on the property. Everyone was friendly. Front desk made everything quick and easy and pleasant. Worth the stay!

We stay here for our trips to the parks. It was a nice place that was central so we could Uber to where we wanted. There were a few places close by to eat that we could walk to. The pool was really nice. Having a washer and drier was handy with kids and 2 full bathroom were nice. For older kids it might be a little inconvenient not having a actual bedroom just bunk beds in the halls but it worked for us!

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, well equipped place with a great view, this is the place for you. The check in and checkout was quick and painless. They get a 5 star from me. The only negative experience was the constant noise from work being done in the room above. I was really hoping for a quieter more relaxing experience but these are things out of the owners control. For this reason, i didn't bother complaining to them. I would and will definitely stay there again.

A modern, private wifi system would be useful
We could not fathom out how the existing system worked with phones.
We had a problem with the ac system but it got fixed the same day.
Four of the electric sockets around the kitchen did not work, but there were others available and once we figurrd out it was the sockets and not the appliances we were ok.
The maintenance people said they would be fixed after we left (as we did not want to have to stay in waiting for the technician to arrive).

The place is very nice and well located. The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. The only thing that was not optimal was the 2 attempts for maintenances while we were at the place. Had to say we do not want this to happen during our stay.

We watched fireworks from the floor almost every night. The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. The unit was in need of some attention regarding a deep clean and issues with the washing machine. The property owner was very responsive when I had questions/comments and even sent someone right up to look at the machine. Although Orlando is not really our thing we would definitely stay here again based on price and close location to the parks.
