Ski-in is wonderful, easy walk to town shopping and dining

Well appointed and cozy condo. We all loved the homey cabin feel. The location could not have been better. We could finish our days on the slopes literally skiing and we were right in town we were able to walk to all the restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect accomodations for our group of 5 women. We picked the place because of the number of beds/room configuration. The location is really convenient. We enjoyed ending our day skiing out the four o'clock run. Also easy walk to town or to bus stops for the grey and gold routes. The only items to improve is the checking communication didn't call out the room number, so it was confusing to find. Also the main room was very cold. We tried different configurations with the thermostat and having fireplace on or off, but never quite got it right. Otherwise, everything worked and having the elevator, underground parking and ski locker outside the door improved our stay. Finally, we used grocery delivery from City Market. This was a huge time saver and recommend.

Location couldn't be better. Ski in, shuttle out, with shuttle being very close. Also one block from Main St which made it an easy walk. Property was as depicted in photos and descriptions. We were a group of 6 adults and would definitely stay here again.

Friends and family of 8 came to Breckenridge to celebrate my sons 21st bday. We were all able to stay in this one townhome. It was comfortable, accommodating and the hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a fabulous trip! The home was a ski in and we would jump on a bus right out front of townhome and ride a couple of blocks to get on ski lift. The home was also located in walking distance to shopping, restaurants etc.

The condo is very nice and easily accommodated our group. It is also extremely well located as it is only one block for the shops, restaurants, etc. on Main Street and is directly adjacent to a bus stop that provides access to the base camps in Breck. The fact that you can ski-in to the community is also a big plus. The hosts were also a pleasure to deal with. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider renting this property again.

Property was excellent. Great location with bus stops and close to the gondola. Skiing down 4 O’clock run right to the condo was great.

The photos and description of this property were spot on! Not only was the condo perfect for our mix of college kids and adults, the location was perfect for exploring Main Street & the mountain. Duane was super responsive to our communications and went above & beyond any VRBO host we have stayed with, and we’ve stayed in many locations both in the US & abroad. If you have a large age range in your group, this place is ideal. The kids had a place to hang out upstairs and there was plenty of privacy for everyone in our party. We saw a fox hanging out by the balcony some evenings. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Breckenridge!!

My Mom took our family of 10 (and a 1/4 (baby)) on a ski vacation and we WILL be back! The condo was clean and updated, and easily accommodated all of us. The kids LOVED the huge bunk beds and Apple TVs in a couple of the rooms. There were plenty of dishes and supplies for all our cooking needs, we only ate out at Eric’s once. The ski locker and all the hooks were great for all of our gear. You can ski right up to the elevator of the condo when you need a break or at the end of the day! Duane and Ronda were so wonderful to work with and immediately responded to any inquiries we had. Check in/out was a breeze! You may want to bring your own pillow, our only complaints were that the pillows were pretty flat and there are only enough for 1 per person (so you can’t stack them). But it’s not a deal breaker, we absolutely loved the condo! There’s lot of extra toiletries as well, so you don’t need to pack shampoo/conditioner/body wash. And the washer/dryer was great to have as well. You can also walk just about anywhere! 1 block off Main St with the shops, bars, and restaurants. Easy drop-off at the slopes too. A+!!!

Clean, nice, incredible location, very easy to communicate with owner/manager. Highly recommend for Breckenridge - 2 bus stops away from Beaver Run. Great building and apartment - would repeat.

Having 3 bedrooms all with baths and location right off of the 4 O"clock as well as a block over from Main Street, you park and never have to drive again to ski or eat.

Easy check in and check out process

After a long day of travel & a 2 hour episode @ the car rental, we arrived @ the condo around 11:00 p.m. We were all tired & looking forward to a good nights sleep, especially the grandkids. We open the door & find the beds stripped, no clean bath towels, the floors were filthy along with a dirty microwave & fridge. We started calling around for a place to sleep for the night. After an hour of looking, we decided we needed to wash the bedding and cleaning. Very short night. The cleaning ladies came the next afternoon, we left to go get groceries & run errands. When we returned, there was no clean towels, they had taken them with & not left any. Showers had to wait a little longer. Parking was a joke. We had 2 vehicles & could only park one. After complaining about this, they did allow us to both park. We felt all paying guest should be allowed to park free of charge. The list of amenities, in my opinion, was inaccurate! It said there was a pool, there was, but not on the site. It listed no pets, we found hair balls on the floor & hair on the furniture. We were reimbursed some, but not what we asked for. The inconvenience of no pool, having to park blocks away, cleaning before we could go to bed was not what we were expecting. As I said, we were reimbursed some and the manager was sympathetic, but we felt our first day there was lost due to the circumstances. We will not be back!

We met Jeremy, the property manager, who was very nice - we didn’t need anything from him but I imagine he would be most helpful if needed. The hot tub was only warm, which was disappointing but the grounds are beautiful. The beds were comfortable and kitchen equipped enough for our stay - we mostly ate out. I’d recommend this to friends.

Only a three minute walk to Main Street and the Gondolas. Only needed the car to drive to the golf courses and a quick trip to the store. The condo is in great shape and had plenty of amenities. Very practical for those wanting to be near Main Street.

The condo was very clean and spacious. My husband and I were able to stay comfortably with our 5 kids. The location was fabulous. It was just a short walk to Main Street for great food/shopping and also had a lovely view of the mountains. There were many activities nearby such as horseback riding, hiking, arcades and escape rooms. Our host was helpful and responded in a timely manner. We will definitely rent this place again on our next stay in Breckenridge!

Every description in the listing is absolutely accurate. This property is at the very end at 4 o’clock run which is ideal for the end of your day. Close to shops in Breckenridge, bars, food, shuttle, and gondola. A kiosk Christy’s sports for rentals is right around the corner too. The loft upstairs was an ideal place for six kids to hang out pretty much the entire trip. Couldn’t of asked for a better condo for the 10 of us.

Great condo located steps from shopping, restaurants and bars. The condo is big and was very clean. Had a great cabin feel in a condo. Each morning we would take 3 min bus ride from the front of the condo to the lifts and ski back within 10 feet of the elevator each night. Kitchen was well stocked and having laundry was a huge plus. This is the first place I will look on our next Breck trip.
