The house is better than advertised and the location is great!

Loved the house, well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Great location, quiet with lots of trees surrounding the neighborhood. For us, going during the off season makes it so much more relaxing. We spent our days riding in the extra-long golf cart with our pups exploring the island. We really enjoyed our time there and appreciate the hospitality! Highly recommended and thanks!!

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday on BHI. The home was warm and welcoming and the host was very helpful with answering any and all questions. We hope to visit again in the near future.

Overall we were very satisfied with this property. We were only the island for two nights this time, and we arrived very late on the first day (and left early after the second night), so we really did not spend much time at the property. Generally speaking, everything was in good order (fridge, washer, dryer, coffee maker, golf cart, bikes in the garage). This is one of the more economic options available on the island, so along with that we were not surprised that the bedrooms were on the small side. There were a few minor issues (if you can even call them that)--such as the zipper not working on the weather enclosure on the driver's side of the golf cart, the handtowel bar being broken in one of the bathrooms, etc.--but these are fairly typical of vacation rentals. Based on the prompt communication I had with the property managers prior to my arrival, I was confident that they were either (A) already aware of the issue(s) and working towards an improvement, or (B) would have addressed the issue(s) promptly had I made them aware. All that being said, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wow. This house was amazing, my husband and I celebrated our anniversary this weekend and attended a wedding at the Shoal’s Club. It was in a great location and everything about the listing was spot on. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and exploring the island on the golf cart! We will be back!

This was the perfect house for a long getaway weekend. The house is in a great location on the island. We brought our 2 pups who also enjoyed the house and outside patio!

What a wonderful house, the new furnishing and decor are beautiful! Very clean and everything was exactly as described. Great neighborhood for walks and close to Shoals Club. Rent this house, you will love it!

We have stayed a few times on Bald Head and this place has been our favorite. Loved the location and the home is beautiful.

19 Keepers Landing was a treat, such a cute house. Met all of our needs, rooms were great! Beds were cozy and was very clean upon arrival. I do think the golf cart could use a bit of a tune up but overall, a great experience!!! Loved it

House was very clean and comfortable and very well supplied. We had everything we needed. Property management folks were extremely helpful and friendly. Beaches were wonderful and easily accessible.

Perfect for our family of 4! It was comfy and had all the things we needed for a stay at the beach. We will certainly be booking another stay for next summer. Thanks for helping us create amazing family memories!

We fell in love with the decor of this precious place. It was super clean, perfect for our family of 4, and a wonderful spot for a long weekend! We will go back!!

The house overall was a wonderful location for what we wanted (close to shoal's club) and in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party + some. However, many of the amenities that were listed and offered were either unreliable or unusable, and there were holes in need of patching in certain areas of the home. For example, the cart's battery needed repair and wasn't charging, the bikes provided had seats that weren't functional, the coffee pot was broken and the provided sunshade for the beach also was broken and unusable. There was also an issue with bugs (roaches specifically) but that can sometimes be unavoidable on the island. Be mindful as you book, it's a trek to the marina and back but we didn't need to go that way very often so it worked well for our group. Also, when having issues with the cart - BHI services was very prompt with sending help out. Would likely not stay again unless these issues were updated.

Very nice stay. Don't have anything to complain about as it was as described. The only thing we would change is the location as it is pretty far away from items that were of interest to us, but that is kind of nice too as it was a nice, quiet area. Would definitely stay again!

Every thing was advertised and very clean

We arrived at the start of a winter storm--no tram service The agency left a cart for us, so we eventually made it in the rain/snow. Our bad luck. House was fine when we figured everything out--never had to drain water from a dryer before The garage door is a "bounce-up" problem--comes down, hits the bottom, bounces up again. We were able to control it by hand control, but it is a problem. When we arrived, the garage door was up with snow blowing in

Wonderful spot in Keeper’s Landing. Close to Shoals, east beach and a short golf cart ride to the market. We have such a great time coming to BHI and this quickly has become our new favorite neighborhood in the island. The house was the perfect size for what we needed and is bright and clean. Always a memorable trip - especially getting engaged midway through our stay :). Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfectly set up for our family of four. We appreciate having access to bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards. Brandy was quick to address all of our questions she immediately set out maintenance to replace the Keurig and light bulbs that where out.

We had another great week at BHI! This house met our family of 5’s needs perfectly and it is situated in our favorite part of the island. We love being near East beach and the shoals. The kitchen was well appointed, the house was clean, and the beds were very comfy. There was a water main break while we were there, but it was quickly fixed. Brandy’s team was quick to keep us informed during that time. The house is tucked away back by the marsh area with a dock access to the creek. Our family spent countless hours down on the dock fishing/casting. The dock is also the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We would definitely return to this home again!

We really enjoyed being so near East beach. The house is great with a nice living room area. The golf cart could use some new shocks though! One other thing to note is that the bedrooms are very tight with doors opening into beds in a couple of places. These weren’t a huge deal for us though and we also enjoyed having marsh access right across from the house.

This was our first trip to Bald Head Island, and we had an amazing time! We loved the location of the Mahi Mahi - nestled away in a quiet shaded neighborhood and only a quick trip to East Beach. We also visited BHI Club every day of our visit, and we looked forward to the golf cart rides that got us there. BHI Services was wonderful to work with. They were both accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had.

This was an excellent property! Very clean and conveniently located to South beach! We will definitely be looking forward to our next visit and hope to stay in the same property.

The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. The only difficulty we had was being asked to pay an exorbitant fee just for the privilege of dining at the Shoals and BHI Club.
