We had a great stay!

Very easy to rent. We had pretty much everything we needed. The screen was torn on the porch so we couldn’t leave the door open in the evening without letting bugs in. And we had some issues with Internet connection on the TV. But other than that it was a great weekend!

Just back from wonderful, extended family vacation on Bald Head Island. West Watch is a very clean, well-laid out property - four bedrooms on two floors, including two with ensuite bathrooms. Super location between and near both the marina and the Bald Head Island club. Easy check-in and great communication with the property manager. Highly recommend!

Good choice if you want to be near the ocean beach.

Bald Head Island is one of my favorite places in the entire world and my family and I together with friends have rented houses there over the past five years, but far and away West Watch was the perfect beach house!! The thoughtful open plan living/dining/kitchen area with high ceilings in calming blues and tans is wonderful. The views of the ocean and especially the sunset were peaceful and just what you want from a stay at the beach. The rooms are not overdone, classic and simple, and the large bunch room was awesome for the five boys ages 12-15! The side porches were perfect, no front porch needed, one was great for shade and eating, the other for sunbathing and reading. My kids said they wanted to buy the house they loved it so much and we will definitely be renting it again!

West Watch was an amazing beach house on Bald Head Island! We would frequent here again! The house is in a great location on the island with a beach access right across the street. The convenience that the house comes with 2 golf carts was great. The house has awesome big windows that you can see the beach from the living room/kitchen. The layout of the house is great too, with two master bedrooms upstairs, and then the two bedrooms downstairs. We had 6 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and great updates features. Will definitely be here again!!!

Had a wonderful stay at West Watch for spring break with our family of five. The layout was perfect for our group. The house was well equipped, very clean and the kitchen had everything we need to cook some wonderful meals each night. The sunsets at night when it wasn't cloudy were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Lovely ocean view. Great location, near Bald Head Island Club. Perfect home for family of 4 & dog.

We had a wonderful stay in this home on Bald Head Island. The home had the perfect layout for our family and in-laws as there were two bedrooms on the lower floor, two bedrooms on the upper floor, with the living area & kitchen in between. It was open and fresh, with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was conveniently located near the beach, BHI club, the lighthouse and village, and a 10-15 min golf cart ride away from the market and East Beach. The house was nicely equipped and check-in process was seamless. We loved the dog washing station. We would definitely return!

It was great for a family getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful and everything you need is right there. It was one of our best little get aways. We will definitely be going back. Check in was easy. The whole island is laid back and relaxing. I cannot say enough good things about the house and accommodations.

Had a wonderful time on the island and this house was perfect for our winter stay! Would recommend for sure!

West Watch is a wonderfully laid out, beautifully decorated home. The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen was outfitted superbly. Although not on the beach, the view of the ocean is spectacular and beach access is conveniently across the street. It’s evident the home is cared for and guests’ comfort and ease is top of mind. Would gladly stay here again and recommend to others. One small note for anyone visiting with a dog, Bald Head Island is inhabited with grasses that contain small, very sharp burrs. This property has a good bit of them in the yard and surrounding areas, so please beware as they are easily tracked inside by a furry pet and are quite painful when stepped on barefooted.

This house was close to the beach and the perfect size for our trip. The dog wash was a great feature.

Great weekend in this house for a girl’s trip. The layout of the house was perfect and we all had the best time. Everything was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Will definitely be returning to this house soon!

We had a great visit at this amazing home! perfectly renovated with everything you can ask for...everything is new and clean, furniture and beds are excellent. Kitchen is really well laid out and had all the things you need to cook at home every night. Views of the ocean and the sunsets are amazing from this house. Beach chairs are new and house is very convenient to beach access 11. Might consider adding a beach umbrella too. We had 6 people all over the age of 16 in the house very comfortably..never felt small given the great room on the main floor. Only suggestion for improvement all of us mentioned was maybe some darker blinds in the bedrooms. The blinds currently look awesome but they let a lot of light in early in the morning. We would not hesitate to rent this house again!

We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful experience. Brandy was easy to work with and answered all our questions as this was a last minute booking. The home was very nice and the remodeling was first class along with the interior decor. The views are to die for and made leaving, even to just tour the island, hard. The house had everything you could need plus extras. Our entire family talked all the way home how much we enjoyed our stay here. If you having to make a choice between this property and another - it is hard to imagine a case where it would get any better than this for a home in the same price range and size!

We spent the weekend in Bald Head and loved this gorgeous house. We have rented a lot of houses in Bald Head and this is definitely the best one. Everything is new, clean and updated with the latest open floor plan, appliances and furniture. The owners did not leave out anything.....stocked kitchen, new beach chairs, and even have a basket of clean, folded beach towels. And, breathtaking views of the ocean. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful property! This home could not have been a better choice for our short get away with our family. Recently renovated, the house was open and bright and beautifully decorated . Breath taking sun set views, wonderfully comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen....and our favorite- a dog washing station next to the outside shower! We had a great time and get wait to stay there again!

The home was recently remodeled and is beautiful. The furniture and beds are comfortable and decor is pretty, but minimal, in a good way, because it’s clean and neat. The kitchen was VERY well stocked (& beautifully remodeled). There was a sun deck with teak loungers and cushions and a small screened porch for morning coffee. There’s a second screened porch at the back overlooking a lagoon, but it was hardly used since the view of the dunes and ocean from the other outside areas were hard to leave. Even though one day was windy and cool, we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the 4 large front windows in the family room. 3 king bedrooms (2 upstairs with private baths) and a bunk room with 4 beds would make this home ideal for a family. Since we only had 3 adults and a small dog, we only used the 4-seater cart, but there was also a larger cart. This home is across the quiet street from the oceanfront homes, but the ocean and dune views were awesome. It’s located less than 5 minutes from Old Baldy and the marina area and about 10 minutes from the market. Very convenient! We will be back!

You can really tell someone put some love into this home. It is decorated beautifully! It is clean and well kept. The views are breath taking! You won't want to go home after staying here, I'm ready to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay for Spring Break 2018! The house has a very family friendly layout, gourmet kitchen, relaxing living room, 3 porches (2 screened in) and is across the street from the beach. We enjoyed incredible sunsets from the porch. The owners definitely paid attention to all details when renovating this property and the property manager was fantastic as always (3rd time booking with Brandy). We look forward to coming back!
