Nice house , had a problem with AC system downstairs few days , we had extra fans from home. My brother is limited back mobility. Need to add another bottom step to house entrance first step up is high.

Beautiful house with lots of room for multiple couples. Private deck and grill for cooking. Visiting deer with fauns felt secluded yet we were close to town. Nearby lakes within a short walk.

Cannot wait to stay again!

Would have love some dressers to put clothes so had to live out of our suit cases for the week; there are closets to hang clothes but not enough hangers. Plenty of space, response from the host was great. Felt like home I would definitely consider to return again.

We had a lovely time and the house provided loads of laughs fun activities and comfortable surroundings. It was truly a treat and we would definitely come back. Alex was available and very accommodating. He understood what I was going for and did his best to make sure we got what we needed. Even when there was little mishaps that were not to my expectations based on listing Alex was completely understanding and ready to make things right. Great host through and through. My family and look forward to returning again. Especially to see the latest updates Alex will be making to ensure everything in the description lives up to every families expectation. Super excited for the next family or couple who gets to enjoy this property.☺

The house is in a great location; about 15 minutes from Camelback mountain. Overall, the home was nice; however, the bedrooms would benefit from having a dresser to put clothes in and an update on the upstairs beds which were overly soft. Property manager is fairly responsive but ran into some difficulty getting things taken care of during our stay (e.g. smoke detector in the locked garage was chirping about every 40 seconds and it took about 16 hours for someone to come and resolve - annoying for those trying to sleep). Also, the Community Features such as access to the Indoor Pool requires paid-passes (for which you are responsible for); while not overly expensive $10 per adult, would be nice to know in advance. Check-In/Out process was exceptionally easy and they make property access a breeze. Overall, it was a good stay and was perfectly adequate for what we were looking for. Would benefit from more accessible owner/manager and minor updates/clarifications to descriptions which were at time a bit misleading.

Had a great time. House was big enough for our large group. Spacious and clean. Communication with Alex was excellent!

The house was wonderful. We had two families during the stay (10 people) and the home fit us more than comfortably. The layout and amenities were great.

Clean house, everything that we need was in the house

Description and pictures are better than reality. Really not enough room to play pool or ping pong. Over all condition was ok but some suggestion to increase all over experience. Drywall patch going down steps, Need to add hooks or bars to hold bath towels, no wash cloths or kitchen towels, no bath soap, odds and ends of dishes.

Nicely undated and maintained.. Kitchen and bathrooms in good working order and well maintained..

We all had a great weekend. We are all getting into our later 20's so it is very rare, to all be able to get together. We come to the poconos together every year. This house was the best house we have stayed in by far. While it's not perfect, it was perfect for our needs. Best thing was that it had central AC, as well as window units. Some of the negatives were small space by the game areas (pool table, ping pong ) made it hard to play the games, over all all it was a great house would recommend staying here. Also I saw in someone else's comment that they went for check in at 3 and the cleaning staff was still there, this also happened to me, however, she was very professional, very friendly, and accommodating. Also the house looked very clean when she was done.

Owner was easy to work with, one little mishap on arriving. Cleaning company was still on site at 3pm which was listed as check in availability. Cleaning company advised us it was 4 pm. We tried to contact the owner but no answer. So we waited till 4 Pm. Came back and the door was double locked by the cleaning company so the code only worked for the one lock. We were locked out. Tried calling the owner again, no answer or call back. After 30 minutes of waiting, went around back and found one of the sliding doors was open and entered. Then on the day of check out, which is 11am, the cleycompany came at 10:45. They started to bring their cleaning supplies to the front porch. No biggy but did seems to rush us to get out

Tons of space, beautiful and relaxing

5 dads and 5 sons spent the night before our rafting trip. 11 year old boys had a blast with the games and the large screen TV for YouTube Minecraft! Thanks for a great evening.

Big house with lot of room, clean and comfortable. Was perfect for weekend getaway.

There were 12 of us who needed a couples night away and this house was absolutely wonderful! We used the grill to make dinner and the deck was a beautiful place to hang out, eat lots of food and make wonderful memories with our friends.

This property was beautiful. Clean. Spacious. There were 13 of us, all guys, there were plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were a plus. Pool table, ping pong table, and foos ball !! Great times in this great place.

The home was perfect for our group size (12). The owner/manager was very patient and helpful with our questions and issues. The location was convenient for our outings (snowtubing, Waterpark, etc). Nice place to stay!

We had a great trip with friends at this property. The home is spacious and has plenty of room for large groups. Check in and out was simple and easy. We liked that linens, hand soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels were included with our stay.The house has noticeable wear-and-tear and could use a thorough deep cleaning. Just a few examples are scuff marks all along the walls in the pool table room, dust bunnies hanging from [literally] every ceiling, a missing kitchen cabinet door, broken fridge drawers, etc. There was also trash (bottle caps, cigarette butts, confetti, etc) out front and on the deck, which I made the property manager aware of and he offered to get cleaned up immediately. The WiFi and TVs also did not work.The pictures are a bit misleading but overall we had a great stay.

We had a short stay and it seemed like the group before us went pretty wild. In fact the TV wasn't working and I contacted the owner. The owner IMMEDIATELY had a new TV brought in the next day. We also ran out of propane and he had that immediately filled up as well. The place was clean. The rooms were nice. It was very warm! Would stay again!

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood. Very close to everywhere we wanted to visit. We did get a little nervous pulling up to a lot of garbage piled up by garage and seeing one of the blinds broken in front window but when the code worked and we entered we knew we were in right place. I contacted owner and they responded immediately saying they were aware of the situation. The house was clean overall however there were some minor things that could use some more attention. (A few dirty dishes left in dishwasher, some stained furniture, crayon and other marks on walls, garbage next to dryer, new cigarette and straws on fireplace mantle). The beds were very comfortable, the game tables were perfect for our group. Plenty of space to spread out and relax as well as sit around table and play cards. They did provided everything we needed. Hosts were great with communication.
