18 family members ranging in age from 4-80!! This place had it ALL!!! The common living space was super spacious and comfortable for everyone to gather whether eating or just hanging out! The bedrooms were a great size and comfortably fit all guests. The overall layout of the place is quite unique with many different levels but with a bathroom on every floor that there were bedrooms it worked very well! The sliding doors lead out to the back deck which looked brand new. The views were outstanding with the river running through the neighborhood. Very tranquil and beautiful! But I honestly think the best bonus to this house is the game room setup in the huge garage downstairs. With small sitting area, pool table and ping pong / beer pong table it proved to be the popular hangout for the 20’s to 40’s age group. No matter how loud it got down there you really couldn’t hear a thing from the main part of the house!!! The only suggestion I would have for this space is to add a TV downstairs as it was football season and the guys all wanted to watch. Overall the house was amazing. Kitchen was smaller than appeared in the pictures but it still was spacious enough and functional. Communication with the host, Eugene, was superb! We hope to come back for our next family getaway!! This house was so great for my group. Great location, not too far from stores or gas stations which is a huge perk. Loved that the house was clean and all beds had towels already folded for each person. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and loved the game room. My only suggestion is new cookware because it is very worn down. Some of the pans are extremely scratched up but other than that everything was great

We had a fantastic stay in the Poconos this past Thanksgiving

Came with a group of 14 friends for a weekend. Clean, well stocked house with great amenities and lots of space for activities, cooking, and lounging. The property itself is very large - ample parking and tons of space to hang around in the back. Eugene, the owner, was a great host. Very quick and pleasant in responding to any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a big group looking to relax and have a good time.

We stayed for a week in early August. We enjoyed our stay with the entire family, including five grandchildren and two dogs! Be prepared for a lot of steps, we had baby gates blocking step access for the little ones. The house was very big, with lots of space for everyone, especially the game room, kids loved it, along with the fire pit with smores and volleyball. The guys played poker in the poker room and it was a separate area, so it did not disturb anyone in the house with their late night games. The creek and woods was very peaceful behind the house, and we went on walking trips. You have the availability to go to four different pools at Saw Creek Estates, and we scoped them all out, we enjoyed the main pool with the Tiki bar and snack bar. Drink prices were very reasonable and kids loved the snack bar. The pool was big and seating was spacious. We also went to the Top of the World for Monday wing night and everyone enjoyed it, wings were very good! Overall we had a great time, a time to reconnect with the family from our often busy daily lives as we all live in various parts of New Jersey and PA. Eugene was great, very responsive.

Our family (13 total) thought the house and property had lots of space for people to do their own thing. Local attractions and and community amenities provided plenty to do. We take an extended-family vacation every summer and this property was voted a winner by all.

This spacious modern looking house held our ten adults and six children comfortably. The creek and wooded lot were exceptional. The owner was pleasant. We would definitely rent this home again.

First of all, the owner, Eugene, was extremely responsive. E mails were responded to very quickly and pleasantly. The house was well supplied with all we needed to keep ourselves, our children and our grandchildren happy. There are a lot of steps in the house which worried us at first but all went well. The house is in a good spot with a gorgeous back yard that provided some fun outdoor time. The rushing water of the creek could be heard from the deck and enjoyed at a closer range from the backyard. All had a good time.

We had a beautiful family gathering. The property is an impressive house with lots of elbow room for an optional break from the rest of the group, but it lens itself very well for a large family

The place was nice, it was a little disappointing of the lack of attention to the outside appearance i.e. weeds and dirt around the doorways. There were several outdoor wall lights not working. The children enjoyed the pond and stream area, the adults enjoyed spending allot of time around the fire pit.

The house is beautiful and super clean. The galley type kitchen is smaller, tighter than depicted, but very well stocked. The creek is a great place to hang out and spend the days. We had 14 adults and we all fit very comfortably. The bedrooms are large. LOTS OF STAIRS in this quirky, but big, home. The host Eugene was very responsive and kind. The house includes linens and towels (1 bath towel per bed, no wash cloths, no beach/pool towels). Kitchen could use some extra dish towels. Overall a great house to vaca in, just not toddler or handicap friendly.

Perfect home for those who enjoy the outdoors and like to entertain. Spacious home with great parking and location. Close to trails and friendly location! Highly recommend. Great communication with owner, very responsive.

House was spacious and clean. Everyone had their own space and did not feel crowded. Host was always accessible and quick to reply!

The perfect location for a family reunion! The proximity to the creek is stunning. We hope to visit this area in the summer when we can take full advantage of the amenities, but still, in the spring it was wonderful. The home has a very unique layout which lent well to kids and adults having their own spaces to be apart and together to hang. Love all the decks and views out the many windows. Was a little disappointed that we couldn't get the volleyball net up, and there was a little water damage near the ping pong table, but Eugene was responsive. Note that the home only comes with 6 amenity passes, so if you have a big party as we did, be prepared to also buy additional passes for $15/pp. Great home, owner and complex. Thank you again!

We rented the house to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday. It was just a pleasure to be there. The house was spacious so it was easy to find some privacy when needed. The creek and yard were so beautiful. We enjoyed the hammocks and deck as well. The indoor pool was a lot of fun! Eugene was very responsive and pleasant. Great time all around!

About the house: Large enough to accommodate our family of 7 adults and 8 children, each family having their own separate room(s). Lots of different levels, we had privacy and the kids and adults alike enjoyed the loft and sundeck. Beds were comfortable, provided sheets and towels for each bed. Rooms had box fans available (which was great to for some white noise at nighttime), lots of separate heat/ AC controls so temperature comfortable, enough bathrooms. large dining table to accommodate the entire family for dinner. Large deck. The finished garage had a pool table and ping pong table and a large speaker for music, which the kids and adults loved. The poker table was fun in the sunroom. We had 7 kids in the large indoor jetted tub having a blast. The outdoor space was great. The creek is beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit and hammocks. We didn't get to play volleyball, as it was too muddy in March, but there was a volleyball and soccer ball available. About Saw Creek Estates: Had no idea there was so much to do. We skied, snowboarded, used the small sledding hill at the Top of the World complex and had a great dinner there (even karaoke). The ski mountain was very small, but excellent for the young kids we had who are learning to ski. We also took advantage of the indoor pool, the kids loved it. There were playgrounds and a huge lake with sandy beach. We visited in early March and are talking about coming back in the summer, as the outdoor pools look amazing and there's boating/ fishing. Wish there was a store in the complex, as having to go out for a few essentials was a bit of a drive. But, we stayed in Saw Creek the entire time, there was a ton to do. Definitely check out the sawcreek.org website before you go to see what's going on. Overall, highly recommended. Eugene was great. Great family trip with lots of pictures and memories. We had a wonderful during our stay. We loved Saw Creek in back of the house & all the parks and waterfalls close by! Kitchen was well equipped and the whole house was very relaxing. Perfect for our winter getaway.

The house was very spacious, we were a group of 10 adults and 4 small children and 2 dogs. The house was roomy we enjoyed our time.

Huge house with plenty of space (both inside and out). All of us really loved the place and amenities included. Our large group especially loved the backyard area & definitely wants to come back again during the summer time to enjoy some more! Eugene was easy to work with and was a great host as well. I was in awe of the outdoor space at this house. There's a lot of room to relax, jump in the creek, or play volleyball. The outdoor space would have been even better if we'd figured out how to open the garage doors so that we could blend inside and outside, but they were stuck. The house is great for extended families as well, with bunk beds in 3 of the bedrooms with queen beds. The great room, loft, fireplace, and sun room are great for giving large groups different places to hang out. Loved the place and highly recommend it.

Had am amazing weekend with family and friends. Eugene is a awesome person to deal with. Quick to answer my messages and very tentative to our needs. . The house is beautiful and very spacious. The lake is literally in the back yard , waking up to the sound of the lake is mesmerizing. But..... I do have a few gripes. I think that a better cleaning crew should be used and the game room needs to be updated. Also if you have allergies FYI please take loads of meds. My group and I did not know and 16 out of 18 got . Now as a frequent traveler would I return? HELL YES I WOULD. CANT WAIT TO RETURN.

Stayed with extended family. Nice, no hassle experience. The pictures of the property are very flattering, so my expectations were a little higher than perhaps they should have been going into the place. Minor inconveniences here and there, but no real complaints. If you’re looking for luxury there are other options, but if you want a more authentic mountain experience for a large group, this location by the creek is going to be great
