Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with. She provided details and answered my questions from the beginning. The condo's are spacious and the only downside is that they're directly on the main road, so you will hear traffic/car noise. We had a group of 12 adults, and 4 children, ranging in age from 18 mo. to 8 years old. The 2 condo's provided space and separation. A great location to drive anywhere on the island and walk to Poipu beach as well as the Grand Hyatt.

It was a wonderful time, and the accommodations were excellent. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. Would love to return again if God allows.

We had a very large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The check in process was smooth and communication with Jennifer was easy.

Great for extended family accommodations. The location was perfect as a central point for our activities around the island. It was a quiet area even with the road nearby and the grounds were very nice. Easy access to beach area with Honu visits nightly.

We visit Kauai and Maui regularly. Always stay in the Poipu area in Condo's of one kind or another. I'm sorry to say this was the most disappointing set of accommodations we've ever rented in Hawaii. Example, refrigerator in 1 unit was broken. Had to manually move parts on the door to make it close each time it was opened. Owner told me guests prior to me weren't bothered by it. A/C cooled well until 5pm then it became uncomfortably warm in each unit. Talked to owner & told not to turn below 73 because A/C would freeze up. Was told will cool off later in the evening. It was MUCH warmer than 73 inside. Furnishings advertised on VRBO as "finest interior furnishings". The furnishings are VERY old & living room sofas very dirty, arms were discolored with dirt. All units needed paint yrs ago 1 unit had paint peeling off the ceiling. Flooring so worn it looks dirty. Bedding/linens badly needs replaced. Bathrooms dingy & dark. Well plugs old & wouldn't hold plug in. Overall all 3 units VERY tired/old. The $$$ charged for rentals here call for updated units & honesty in VRBO description. Pools about size of 3 hot tubs. grills ran out of propane each time we used them. Called owner & she tried to get it replaced. Grounds were low end of average. It truly pains me to have to say this, but, I don't want another family to spend this much money & walk in to see its NOTHING like what was advertised. I could go on but, I'm limited by how many characters I'm allowed.

We had 23 people in our party and had so much space between the 3 condos. The owner was especially kind and helpful. Everything was perfect!!

Jennifer’s condos were unbelievable, everything you’d want them to be and more! She’s a great host, very prompt in her communications, quick to help with any concerns and extremely helpful with suggestions on things to do. This is our second time to stay in her condos and certainly won’t be our last!

We had a big group of 19 ladies celebrating one of our friends retirement. Loved being able to be together playing games, cooking meals and just hanging out when we weren't out exploring the beautiful island! The beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons were very helpful! Everything was very clean and bright in the condos. (The beds were very comfortable). Jennifer was great to deal with. She had a lot of helpful tips and made the stay enjoyable for sure. We would definitely stay there again!

We went as a large family group to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Everyone loved their accommodations (3 separate condos) and its proximity to Poipu beach as well as multiple areas of interest on the resort that we had access to. It was great to have everyone be in the same complex but also have a little privacy at the end of the day!

My husband and I searched for weeks to find the perfect place for a group of 17 of us to stay for us to get married in Kauai. We found these condos and they were amazing!! They were clean, and have literally everything we could ever want or need. It was perfect for our group and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Entire family had a great time.

We loved the three condos! Very nicely decorated. Negative was lack of available electrical outlets. Several in 2nd bdrm didn't work in both plugs. The ones by the bed were hidden by the bed and bed too heavy to move out to access plugs behind the bed. I'll get more info from my other family members to advise if there were any other comments.

We booked the 3 condos for my mom’s 90th birthday. Her children, grandchildren and great-grands all attended. She passed December 28 so we decided to continue with the visit. Jennifer was easy to talk to - great communication! I felt relaxed the minute I walked in - it met all of our expecting and then some - from the kitchen tools to throws to the bathroom supplies! This worked out great for our extended family! It seemed as if she supplied things that I would have in my own home. Can’t recommend enough!

Spent a week with my kids and grandkids and had a fabulous time! The place had everything we needed and we were all very comfortable. Thank you!

This property was amazing!!! It was everything we were hoping for and then some. We had 17 people total and this was the perfect fit. The condos were clean, stocked full of beach necessities and the beds were very cozy. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling with lots of family.

One of the best experiences we have had staying on the island! Jennifer is a wonderful host and her homes are stunning! All of our family was so impressed with the accommodations! It truly was like being at home. We wanted for nothing when it came to staying here. If you’re thinking about a family trip, don’t think just do ! And book here I promise you will not regret it!

I can't say enough good things about this property. We rented all 3 condos for a large group (26) to celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary. The condos fit us perfectly. It was located within walking distance of 3 fabulous beaches and a few very tasty restaurants. The photos don't do this place justice. Everything you need is here including beach chairs, snorkels, coolers and more. Jennifer, the host, was very responsive and answered any question we had prior to and during our stay. I have stayed on Kauai 3 other times and this is by far my favorite place. These condos are a diamond in the Hawaii rough.

We were here for my wedding ceremony at Shipwreck Beach. The location was just perfect. Condos were super clean, great layout for large groups! Nice upgrades! Property owner was very communicative and accommodating! Will stay here again.

We had our whole family of 15 stay in condos 920, 923. The grounds were beautiful including the pools and the condos were well equipped and maintained. Property was a 5 minute walk to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would come back to it in the future. Thank you to Jennifer who was very responsive to our questions and needs.

A group of 20 of us traveled to Kauai and had the chance to rent this beautiful property. It was clean and well decorated. It had everything that we needed. There were 3 pools within a short walking distance, and the beach was 5 minutes away. You could access it on nicely paved paths! Jennifer was so each to contact, and helped with an early checkin and late checkout due to our flights. She gave us great advice on things to do and see while on the island. We literally only had to buy food, the property was stocked with everything! We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The condo was everything we hoped. Minutes away from the beach and well located. The condo was perfect for our group, Jennifer was very easy to work with. You won’t be disappointed.

We planned a surprise birthday party for my wife with our extended family all invited. We had 22 of us and the places worked out great. Jennifer was so good to work with. I had to limit communications to email so my wife would not see anything. I felt like Jennifer helped in making it great. The places were clean, loaded with the essentials items, like beach stuff, pack plays, and towels. Highly recommend it for families because of all the things the property had. We just needed to show up. We ended up having a wonderful time. The weather was great and we saw a lot of fish and turtles.

We had a group of 20 and stayed between two of the properties (one 5-bedroom and one 4-bedroom). There was plenty of space for hanging out, lots of beach accessories (umbrellas, snorkels, boogie boards, towels). The quality of furnishings and linens and just the overall feel of the condos was top notch. Thank you so much for having us!
