My family and my brother’s family from New York met here to stay close to my third brother’s place in Lutz. This house was awesome for our Christmas vacation. Plenty of room - and great communication from the property manager. Very prompt at check-out and letting us know we left our niece’s music instrument behind. Great experience all around.

More than what expected we were greatly surprise with the property.

The house was perfect for our annual football trip with the guys. The patio and grill were used extensively. Mike was responsive throughout the stay but we did have one major difference. The futon/sofa had been removed due to wear and tear, and the air mattress that was supposed to be there was missing. Mike said buy two air mattresses and he would to reimburse me, which he did. I also stated I would need sheets for the air mattresses and he said purchase them because they were locked in the supply closet, however after I provided him with the receipts (~$27) he said he would not pay for sheets because that is not bedding and they are a one time use. I have never heard of such a thing, sheets being one-time use because the sheets on the other beds were not new. I left the sheets to both air mattresses because those sheets are no different than the ones on the other beds. The dishwahser leaked and we had to resort to hand washing dishes (bummer for guys on vacation). I could not get over the fact Mike refused to pay for sheets that are required for a mattress. He said he could get us sheets the next day, but no one wants to sleep without sheets, a basic necessity. We spent over $2300 for the weekend and was refused a reimbursement for ~$27. The house was spacious and clean but the furnishings were dated and worn. It is the exact same furnishings when built as viewed on 2013 video.

I really enjoyed this stay. We came to take the kids to the amusement park. The house is huge and located close to Busch Gardens and the beach. We had an amazing time with the exception of the mosquitoes. Bring your plenty of off for outside. Mike was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Overall good stay….

This house is gorgeous. A few items can be updated but not big enough to give our overall experience less than 5 stars. The owner Mike is very attentive and does everything possible to ensure your stay is a good one. I give him 5 stars also. Loved it!!!

The Lake Magdalene house was exactly as it says in the write up. It was a wonderful house and perfect for our short stay. Mike was very accessible and helpful.

The pictures don't so this home justice. It is a great space for accommodating large families with plenty of space to still practice social distancing. The owner was very accommodating and was readily available.

From the first point of contact with Mike, we had a great experience! I stayed at his beautiful home during an extremely popular date range due to an annual conference in Tampa for my company. He responded right away, kept me in the loop and worked with me through the bidding war for his home! It was rather crazy, but we got it and are SO glad we did! I told him I better have first dibs on it next year! ;) The place is gorgeous! It is HUGE! Pictures don't do it justice - it is extremely spacious and very clean. The lot itself isn't huge, but who cares about the lot... not me. The location is perfect - There are a ton of local businesses and restaurants within minutes from the house and it made it very convenient to just run to the store if we forgot something. We blew a fuse due to too many hair dryers going on at once and Mike came and turned it back on as soon as he was able to get there. All in all, the service was great, the house is beautiful, its clean and has everything you need and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in luxury! :)

Superb property, just 20 mins outside of downtown Tampa. Worked perfectly for our long weekend stay with 7 persons. We enjoyed the house so much, we hardly wanted to leave it! Mike was a gracious host who met us at both ends of the trip. Looking forward to returning again next year.

This is a nice house. Big enough for our immediate and extended family (10 people total). We had to clean the tubs ourselves as it seems the cleaning crew missed those. The owner of the property is courteous and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy Orlando but not stay there. The house is minutes from the freeway and you can be at some very nice beaches in about 30 minutes. This house is also perfect if you decide to get a private chef like we did. You can allow the chef access to the house while home or away. It was the game changer for us!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, it was perfect for our needs. Easy access to I-275 for heading downtown and Publix within walking distance. Pictures don't really show how large the rooms are. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. We would come back again next time we are in the Tampa area.

The kids and I traveled to Florida with my husband on his business trip and we stayed in this wonderful house. This house was freaking amazing, seemed to be newly built, very modern and well furnished. Location was great, it was in a nice quiet community that was very close to the Bush Gardens theme park and beaches. I could go on and on about this property. I recommend any one looking for a comfortable Florida get away to check this house out.

Nice large open house to fit 10-12 people easily. The location of the house is ideal but it is not in dead center of tampa which isn't bad because it was convenient for our group with all locations within 20-30 mins. The house came in clean condition and the owner was a nice host. Only concerned I had was the bunk beds for grown adults to accommodate but it did work out. We were manageable. I would of rather had full size beds in all rooms that's the only downfall. If we do have a get away in tampa again I would highly reserve this property again. S. Patel

Renter Beware. This property is not as it seems. It was advertised as a 5 bedroom house , a critical requirement for my rental. When I arrived it was an unfurnished room ( I have the pictures if you care to see them). The futon from the master bedroom (see pictures) was moved to the empty room. Access to the water was "across the road, through the backyard of an abandoned house, onto a pier / dock.....". The house is "out of character' with the rest of the neighbourhood. The tv is a projection tv, and it can only be watched after dark, as there are no window coverings to block the light so one can watch tv. The house is sparsely, very sparsely furnished (and I do mean all rooms). Given my shock, and complete unsuitable for my group, I asked the owner for a 50% return of my deposit. I asked twice (once verbally and once in writing). He declined, then offered a 1/17 financial allowance for a future rental. I offer caution for a renter. I had to scramble to find 5 hotel rooms in Tampa, which was no mean feat, given the convention in town. Again, RENTER BEWARE. Please rent with your eyes wide open.

Thank you to Mike for being so helpful and accommodating. My family of 10 had a great time on our vacation. It was a challenge finding an elegant home that would fit all of us comfortably and I am thankful we found this home. The location was very convenient to all the fun places we went to and having the Publix supermarket so close made our many food runs that much manageable. We definitely recommend this home.

We came to Tampa with 8 of our Seniors for their senior trip. The kids were blown away at this beautiful home. The adults were too! The 200 in. projection screen was the crowning point to the house. If you have kids you can only imagine playing Xbox on that big of the screen. Beds were comfy and the owner was very gracious. The house is close to everything. A must stay.

What started out as just a quick get away from the snow and 15 degree weather in my home state of Northern New York turned out to be one of the best trips ever. We arrived in Florida around noon, we prearranged via the property owner to have my family and myself picked up from the airport and surprisingly the driver was there waiting for us when we arrived. Once we arrived at the property, we were greeted by the property owner with Lei flowers (cool points)! He welcomed us into his home and began to show my family around the property. I was very impressed, properties we've stayed at in the past never matched the pictures that were presented online, this property offered even more then what I saw online. This place was truly a getaway, very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and had all the amenities to include three stoves, I mean come on how much cooking can one do? There was a fire pit and grill on the property and a large lake within walking distance. The Publix grocery store was across the street and the house was close to many familiar stores. I recommend this property to anyone who expects to stay in comfort and luxury.
