The neighborhood was beautiful and convenient. The property staff was very friendly. The unit was clean and lovely.

We enjoyed the location and property very much for our family vacation!! The weather was great too which was a plus!

Our group of 7 had the basics of what we needed during our trip to the Miami area. It was awesome to find a place with enough beds and bathrooms! We did have to call the owner to have the sheets switched on our bed. The bathrooms were not as clean as I liked. The owner was easy to reach and friendly.

This condo is beautiful, minimalistly furnished but it had everything we needed. It is spacious and clean, and large enough for a big family gathering. The condo owner was helpful and communicated well via email and through the VRBO site. My only warning is the parking situation, which was sometimes a challenge. But we own a big van and the place could use a few more spaces for vehicles with handicap tags. Overall, if you stay there you won't be disappointed.

I went with my family on a shopping trip and the location was perfect. We loved the house, super comfortable and spacious, clean and overall great. Francis was very responsive and I would love staying here again

Francis was a top notch host. We arrived at 12:30 in the morning, Francis gave us excellent details on entering the property, checking in with the office and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and an overall great stay. I would rent this again. The location is excellent as well. Very easy to get to the beach, casino and multiple other places.

We came here for the Miami Open and we were lucky to find this gem. While it is a bit far from the tennis venue, the drive was not bad using the express lanes and when you are in good company, no drive is really that bad! The condo is a very convenient location to easy shopping and the ocean drive strip. The condo is very comfortable, well supplied with linens and modern/updated. We had 4 guests and it was perfect. We did not cook, but we made toast and coffee for breakfast and we did a few loads of laundry. TVs in every room, if you want that. There are two tennis courts onsite which are in pretty good condition. They can get busy though. Fyi, you get the key by swapping your license for the key at the security gate. Francis was a fantastic host, always accessible, and accommodating!
