There were 15 of us. The beautiful home accommadted us well. We could all be in common areas with plenty of room and seating. Outdoors was amazing and the view was a pleasure to take in everyday. There was plenty to do both inside and out! A side note since I did the cooking is the kitchen is the bomb! I dont believe a better host can be found!!

The house was beautiful and the location perfect! Hiking, biking, paddle boarding, kayaking and lots of games!! Ann was amazing and always available to give recommendations and answer questions!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Amazingly beautiful home. We loved how spacious it is. Very clean and organized. When you first arrive they have aromas going that smell amazing and relaxing, you feel like you are at your own personal spa. Hosts were very helpful. We really loved everything about it but especially the views, the whole house surround sound for music, the kitchen, and the sauna. We even extended our stay an extra 2 days because we loved it so much. It was the perfect anniversary week!

This is an amazingly beautiful house. Everything is perfect for a totally relaxing time. The location on Comeback Bay is excellent with mountain views from all directions, and a view of the bay from the huge patio. Easy access by boat to Lake Pend Oreille without the wind or big waves. You have your own private dock and beach to enjoy with your choice of water toys to use. If you get bored outside, there are tons of games and movies inside, including a pool table, a shuffleboard table and video games. After all that, there is a wonderful hot tub to relax in. The kitchen is a dream for any cook. So spacious and with new appliances and all the kitchen tools you might need. Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms each with it’s own private bathroom. Ann is a superhost. Very responsive to any questions we had. She went out of her way to be accommodating with a couple of unexpected situations we had. We totally enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again.

Comeback Bay is the perfect getaway! From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome and pampered. It offers so much. We were a large family with grandparents, four siblings and several children ages 5-17 and there was something for everyone and plenty of room for everyone to sleep or just hang out whether it was playing games, sitting on the patio watching the sunset, kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake, making dinner together or watching a movie on Netflix. The teens enjoyed playing pool, swimming by the dock and even some karaoke in the game room. It was truly a wonderful experience. And Ann is the perfect host!

Wonderful house with plentiful amenities. The hosts were excellent and accommodating. Enjoyed the location and the boat dock with a private beach. Comfortable beds and very spacious main room. The game room was a hit with the kids.

We rented this home for our annual family trip with our 6 and 7 year old kiddos and can say without a doubt its our favorite! For us, it’s the little things: the house was spotless, they provide directions on how to use everything, all of the amenities worked with no surprises (we’ve been disappointed by a faulty arcade before as well as missing game pieces), and the home in real life exceeded our already high expectations from the photos. We loved playing pool and shuffleboard, using the surround sound for our nightly dance parties in the living room, and cooking in their kitchen was so much fun because they have every pot/pan/spice etc…you can think of that you’d need. The Bullock’s were available through text message for little questions which is so much nicer than messaging through the VRBO app. You can tell they truly care that you enjoy your stay and do everything possible to make sure you do while you’re in their home! Safe to say we’re already trying to figure out when we can fit in another trip!

This home is a hidden gem. Everything about it is wonderful - the beds are comfy - many of us claimed it was the best sleep we had in a while. The kitchen is spacious. The game room provides hours of entertainment. And there are so many nice little touches everywhere from the decor to the fully stocked kitchen. Definitely one of the best homes we've stayed at.

This property was perfect for my family. This house was everything they advertised. They were there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. They had a nice welcoming basket with things to do in Sandpoint.

We just spent the week at the best vacation rental house! The owners made sure to take care of every little need. Our kids spent the week kayaking, fishing, biking and, of course, playing games in the massive game room. The beds were amazingly comfortable and it was truly a relaxing vacation! We are already talking about next year!!

My sister and my family rented this house together for a “staycation”. Our kids are mostly young adults with full time jobs and Significant Others or spouses, so even though we all live nearby, it’s difficult to get everyone together at the same time lately! This house was THE PERFECT PLACE for everyone to come and go as their schedules permitted. They all loved it and everyone found comfy places to sleep on the nights they could stay. Cousins and siblings played every game, (ping pong, arcade, x-box, shuffle board, darts, spoons, and that terribly addictive game of swinging the ring onto the hook). They fished. They paddle boarded and kayaked out to the little island. Swam. Listened to music. Watched movies on the huge TV’s. We made great meals in the incredible kitchen (It is SO well-stocked and has such great appliances!) Barbecued. Then at night we all sat out on the patio for hours talking (and hoping one of us would get that ring on the hook!) The patio seating is ample and comfy. The view is beautiful. So many birds and interesting things to see. Then when we went to bed, everyone was perfectly comfortable. There is everything you could want for a great night’s sleep, even if you’re on one of the several sleeper sofas. Soft warm blankets, good pillows, plenty of linens and really nice foam pads for extra comfort on the sleepers. The beds are terrific and there are plenty of nice bathrooms, so everyone has privacy and space for showering and getting ready. The entire house is decorated and appointed so beautifully, you know that you are in the home of generous and hospitable hosts. Everything is top notch, beautiful, generously supplied, thoughtfully put together, and in good working order. We never had trouble figuring things out or found anything lacking or broken, but if we had, I would have reached out to Ann, who was so nice and also not very far away. Just a perfect place. We had the BEST time.

This is a beautiful, large house. It is fully stocked inside and out- games, bikes, treats, etc. We loved all the space. Upstairs bedrooms have AC, downstairs do not. Large front yard and dock. It would have been helpful with our small grandkids to have room darkening shades. Great spot to vacation all year round.

My family and I loved this home and property. We spent a week there living the lake life for a family reunion. To accommodate us all we rented 3 homes. This home was the main house we all gathered at for all our activities. The amount of indoor and outdoor space was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook for 32 people. I can not rave enough how beautiful this home is and it had everything we needed (and more)! The property manager was wonderful and so helpful. She quickly responded to my questions and requests. I asked for firewood and the response was immediate. Thank you for a spectacular week, this home made our family vacation so memorable and special. And, now my family wants to buy a lake house because of our experience at this vacation property!

Our 29 year old daughter said, "This was the most fun family vacation she can remember!" Absolutely fantastic house with awesome kitchen, game room and particularly the beach/water. Little wind while we were there and the water was like glass and made for great kayaking, SUP and playing on the new inflatable platform we had just purchased. Great for little grandkids too!

House was well equipped and lots of room, couldn’t be better overall what was provided. Ann was a pleasure to work with responsive to propane tank refill. The only thing I would discourage for other renters is if you have a stand up jet ski this is not the location you want due to the no wake policy to get out to the main lake. Otherwise this was an ideal spot especially for our two water dogs. Thanks Ann for a great stay!

We are 4 families that stayed in this house for a whole week during spring break ski trip. This is the best experience I had with airbnb/vrbo stype rental house. The house is spacious and beautifule more than I could imagine before I arrived from its description online. I was contacted by the owner several days ago and started communications on what the house is equipped with and what we need to bring as well as information about the ski resort and nearby traveling/visiting. We still ended up bringing more than needed because the house is fully equipped especially with kitchen items. There are 3 different coffee machines from which you choose to makes tasty coffee drinks! We had 8 kids ranging from 6-year-old to 15-year-old and they enjoyed all the entertainment items in the house and never got bored. I enjoyed the outside hot tub a lot and it provided such comfort and relaxation after a whole day skiing. I enjoyed the decor aross the house and sometimes I felt I was in a modern art museu. Ann, the owner was always a phone call/text away and brought supplies immediately when we contacted her. Thank you so much and we will come back!

Phenomenal property! Pictures don't do it justice! Cathedral ceilings and huge windows will stun you when you walk in. Between the ping pong table, hot tub, kayaking out to Lake Pend Oreille right from the house, and riding bikes to Sandpoint and back, or even just relaxing by the firepit and enjoying the view - so much to do here! Bedrooms are all large and comfortable. We had multiple families here for a reunion, and there was plenty of space for all. Hostess was amazing in communication and responsiveness.

This place is spacious, well equipped, and perfect for multi-family gathering. Each bedroom has its’ own bathroom which allows for privacy but the giant great room & game room allow for plenty of space for everyone to come together. The property has everything you could need for cooking, playing, and celebrating. There are train tracks near by as others mentioned, but it’s not a big deal. Does not drop the overall of rating which is a solid 5 stars.

This beautiful waterfront home is just across the bridge from Sandpoint. It is one of the best appointed homes that I have stayed in. Our family had plenty of room to enjoy being together and share the holidays. The home was spotlessly clean and decorated for the season. We had no issues with the train noise that others had mentioned. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had an amazing time and we will definitely be back! The property was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. It was a perfect setting for our 4th annual Christmas Family Getaway. When we walked through the door, we were met with Christmas music, a majestic Christmas tree, and beautifully lit decor. It literally brought tears to my eyes. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. The owners were very kind and responsive to our questions throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

This was by far the cleanest and nicest house we have ever rented! Extremely well stocked with everything needed for our large group of 15. The owners are very communicative and friendly! The 8 kids in our group were never bored and had a blast in the game room and spacious backyard. We plan on renting this house over and over again in the future!

We stayed at this fantastic house for 5 nights to take a break outside of the city, and explore northern Idaho. It was roughly a ~5.5 hour drive from Seattle on well-paved roads, and conveniently within a 10-minute drive of all of the stores in Sandpoint.The house itself was great for our group of 4, and both master bedrooms had King size beds located on opposite sides of the house. There are two extra bedrooms which we didn't use that each had their own bathrooms, and the house could easily handle 4 adult couples without it feeling close to crowded. We got a ton of use of the ping pong table in the game room, well-equipped kitchen (it had everything we would have had at home), and Sonos speakers throughout the house.Ann handled all of the communication and kept us well-informed before our stay. Everything was seamless, and we'd love to come back again!
