The unit was very nice and we liked the location (10 floor) however the bed linens had stains and towels were put away wet under the bathroom sink. I washed the bed linens because the spread and mattress pad smelled of body order. The air conditioning unit needs attention. We called maintenance and they did nothing because they said it was cool however it was cool but very humid. Our clothes in the closet stayed damp all the time. There was mold on the shower curtain..the unit is nice but needs some attention.. Thank you

The security of the complex is a nice asset. The view and large balcony were awesome. The condo itself was in need of a thorough cleaning and updating. We put a sheet over the extremely worn out and dirty sofa couch. I can’t imagine anyone trying to sleep in it. The elevator was the fastest I think I have ever seen. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for it. The AC kept the condo nice and cool even though it was extremely hot during our stay. The keypad entry is a challenge to use because all but a couple of numbers are completely worn off. The condo is in the first of four towers. Right next to it is a huge complex of nearly 800 units. A lot of the vacationers in that complex ended up on the beach in front of this tower. We will definitely come back to Long Beach Resort but we will look for an updated unit.

The unit was just as listed online. It was very clean and the check in process was fantastic! The resort itself was amazing, it was very clean. The pools were just as they were displayed in the pictures. The only downside to my stay was the location of my unit. I was in tower 1 and the resort next store Shores of Panama was a very loud, the patrons of that resort bombarded our beach so we had to go down to tower 2 or 3 to enjoy any beach front. In the future I plan on returning to Long Beach Resort, but I will stay in tower 2 or 3 so that I am not around the crowd at Shores of Panama.

Property was great! From the condo itself to the location. Words can not describe the amazing balcony and the views. I could have sat out there all day. From condo door to the water in about 3 minutes. Would highly recommend the property.

Kim was easy to deal with, she was quick to get our two issues figured out! Bummer thing about our trip was not being able to get into ocean due to double red flags! The pool was very cold, so that wasn’t enjoyable!

This place was awesome clean and convenient to all kinds of places. The amenities were awesome we had such a good time would absolutely stay here again it was a perfect vacation for us. The included chairs were a huge plus!

We will look forward to returning to this property in the future. Great location and the unit was excellent for our use.

The condo is located close to everything! We were there during the 1st week of April. We didn’t realize spring break was still going on. The beach was closed at 10pm. We understood why, but that was the time we liked to walk the beach. The pools and hot tubs were very clean! The condo was nice and clean. The balcony was the best part! We spent most of our time out there. We even seen dolphins swimming by!!

The Resort and room was very clean, balcony has a beautiful view, pool was refreshing, the beach was clean with white sand and rolling waves, the sunsets were very colorful, the people very friendly. We will definitely go back.

Very nice smaller condo directly on the beach. Tenth floor is perfect for looking down at the gulf. We saw dolphins most days. The balcony stretches across the entire length of the condo. Very nice! The unit has little to no storage room for food. The small kitchen uses its available storage for pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Location is very central. Lots of outside parking. Having the Walmart Supercenter across the street was really nice. It sells beer and wine for those who are wondering. I recommend this condo very much. Beware the time of the year you rent. I rented the second week of February. The weather is still fickle that time of the year. Still, we had three days of very nice weather out of the seven. If you are coming from way up north, I doubt you will mind much though. The temps stayed in the 60s and low 70s.

Overall a good experience. If you don’t mind the crowds. Building 1 at this location is located next door to a very busy complex I love Long Beach but will probably never stay in building one again.

Nice time

The room was so nice and clean had everything we needed!! The beach was in very short walking distance and we had an amazing view from our room!! Unforgettable experience for sure!! Will be back

The accommodation was very clean and modern. They also provided all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend!

Property was excellent, everything was just like the posted photos. I loved the views from the balcony. Didn’t know it as Bike Week, but it made my vacation even more memorable. Cant wait to return.

The unit wasn’t clean at all.. there was wet towels in the washer and stuff in the dryer.. the sinks was very dirty!

I Love Long Beach Resort. 2nd time staying at Kim's condos. All was beautiful & perfect w/the exception of a few small things that would make it 5 🌟 all around. The shower curtain needs replacing. Starting to show lack of cleaning. The tub itself also needs cleaning. Other than that the only other suggestion I would make is to upgrade the mattress w/a newer less worn out model. All simple things that will make it even better nxt year. Thanks for a great, beautiful place & wonderful week.

Upon arrival., the bath mats were dirty, the towels reaked of cigarette smoke and the shower curtain was moldy. I did contact someone and my rugs and towels were immediately replaced, they were very helpful to us

Awesome!! We Loved it!!

We enjoyed our time at this condo! PCB was jam packed at this time of the year, but we were happy with our location! The views from the amazing patio was my favorite spot! We also enjoyed the large tub, and easy access to the elevators!

The unit was exactly as described! Clean & comfy. Had everything we needed for me & my husband for our trip. Perfect size for 2 people. Loved that there was only one row of beach chairs for rent so that it wasn’t packed in front of the condo. We will be back!

The condo itself was perfect! Very clean and it had everything we needed. There was always a guard on duty at the gate. One of the elevators were broken one day but was fixed by the next day. The beaches were nice and clean and within walking distance of a restaurant.

The property was very nice and well located. I really enjoyed the area having a secured gate to go through. Plus the amenities were very nice. The beach seemed to never be too busy in front of the rooms. We either spent our time there or at the pools. If you have children, this would be a good place, especially with the pools there. We really enjoyed our stay.
