The check in process and communication with the host were exceptional. He even allowed an early check in which was unexpected, but greatly appreciated after a long 16 hour drive! The house was exactly as advertised. The location was phenomenal. The house was exactly what we had hoped. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here during our spring break and had a fantastic experience! The neighborhood was quiet, super close to the beach, had great common spaces to make tons of memories! Not to mention it’s walking distance from a Dunkin Donuts and Walgreens!

Property was as described, very close to the beach and clean. Owner was nice and went over all expectations once we arrived. HIghly recommend this rental! Would love to stay again!

Owner was great and quick to respond. Great location and house, pool. Had a few hiccups with codes and especially in getting Wi-Fi which was frustrating but by the end of the week all was taken care of.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place was nice and very clean. The check in process was easy. The only issue was that the internet never worked during our week stay. I was supposed to work during that week and wasn’t able to because the wifi was down the whole time.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Sunnyside. The house had been updated and location to beach was perfect. Kitchen could have had additional items to make cooking at the house easier but not a huge problem as we ate out many meals.

My family and I had a wonderful time. Having the pool right there! What a wonderful perk! The house was great. Everything we needed!! Jeff was great! I am a worry wart. He never said a word. Just answered me. Can’t think of a thing that was negative of the house or owner. But as renters…. We went to use the grill. It needed a large deep clean. I am sure if we would have said anything to Jeff he would have jumped on it. But we just walked down the road and went to a great restaurant. Thank you for allowing me and my family to be part of your renters! We will be back if you will have us! Bless you!

The house location is what we needed on the quiet less busy end but yet a 10-15 min drive and everything was available. The house has been renovated some as stated better kitchen and living area is great but definitely still needs work as we had a door knob fall off and kitchen cabinet but those things are manageable. The cleaning crew needs to step up their game, I understand this isn’t Jeff’s fault as he does well at juggling many properties and even came over personally to clean to pool for us. We also had a cable issue in 1 bedroom which isn’t a big deal to us expect my kid wanting it at night or rainy days. We would stay here again if this was & continued to be a competitive rate as Jeff is very responsive and we truly enjoyed this house! Overall great stay, great location. Easy check-in process. Minor issue with wifi connection but that's about it.

Our stay was amazing. The owner was very kind, kept in touch to make sure we were OK. The location was perfect. No crowds or traffic. Being on the end of front beach made it peaceful. If I had one thing negative, it would be wifi to watch movies but that is it. We made it work. The house was clean, enjoyed the pool with my family and just to be able to walk across the street to go to the beach ⛱️. Wow. It's a very peaceful area. We truly thank you for allowing us to build more memories with our family. I have saved your home for next time we come, love love it.

This was an amazing albeit short weekend getaway house. The pool is so enticing and relaxing. We loved the convenience of the location to the restaurants and shops, and being directly across the road from the beach was really nice!!

Fantastic location. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Halfway between Panama City and Seaside. House was clean.

Great proximity to local restaurants, grocery stores, and an easy drive to and from the airport. Property was overall great, and the owner is extremely friendly.

We stayed for Jeep jam and it was great! Close enough to everything but far enough away from the late night craziness of the strep. Plenty of room for us all, was able to use the garage which was great for the sudden rains with jeep top off. Looking forward to the next trip

The location of this property is so amazing. We love being on the quiet end of the beach but still very close to conveniences. Jeff was great to work with. The Wifi didn’t work while we were there though Jeff did try to look at it. A few minor things could be updated but he mentioned he was planning to do even more updating. The updates he’s made are great. We had a great time and would definitely return.

The main attraction for this is the proximity to the beach. The house is missing a few simple things like extra blankets and enough utensils, but you’re staying in this house for the beach.

Couldn’t recommend this property more, the owner was SO easy to get in touch with and the location was perfect! Beach wasn’t crowded at all and the pool in the back yard was so nice, wasn’t super fair from pier park and bars. Can’t wait to be back!

Host was great and accommodating

This was the easiest vacation I have been on from booking, check in and checkout. Nothing was complicated. We arrived at the house, which was perfect and in a small neighborhood. It has a fenced in yard for the kiddos to play safely and the beach access is literally across the street! I couldn't have picked a better place! The owner texted to check in on us, so it was nice to know if anything were to go wrong he was only a text away! Felt comfortable, safe and completely relaxed! Can't wait to go back again!

We really enjoyed this beautiful house with a great location across from the beach access. The pool was a Plus especially for my kiddos. Jeff was very nice and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be coming back here next year!

Minor issues but owner very responsive. Internet was inop, but worked with owner and resolved issue. Solid connection for the rest of the stay

Our first impression was not great walking into the home. The flooring upstairs needs to be refinished. The furniture in the living room and the upstairs deck furniture are not the same as the photos online. The couch was very worn but we found an extra sheet and made a cover for it. There are very limited supplies provided. Bring soap for the bathrooms, coffee filters, laundry soap, and a few extra coffee mugs (there were only 2 in the cabinet). Also there was a salt and pepper shaker, but it was empty and it was also missing the plug in the bottom so basically useless.. bring spices to cook with if you plan to cook. On a positive note the owner is responsive and answers his phone. We had an issue with finding the property as the correct address was not provided online. Make sure you ask for the unit number. In addition we notified the owner right away that they WiFi was not working. This issue was never resolved so we had to hotspot off our cell phones which was very inconvenient as one of us was working remotely. I did see this was mentioned in another review so don’t plan on any WiFi. Another inaccuracy is the yard is not completely fenced. The gate is broken. Also it is only a partial wall so there is no privacy in the pool area as it is adjacent to the street. On a positive note, the location is great as you can walk across the street to a beach access. The beach is beautiful. We ended up having a great trip. I would suggest going into the home with low expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

I would definitely stay here again. Jeff was accessible everytime I called. The beach is right across the street from the property.

We enjoyed or Spring Break trip at the he Jamaican Lake House. It had everything we needed and the grounds were perfect for entertaining. The beach is directly across the street and family oriented.
