Great house.

There was a lot to do both in and out of the house. We enjoyed our stay all through and through. Would highly recommend this property.

Home was as pictured. There was plenty of space for our family. The living room tv area was a bit awkward, there wasn't room for everyone to sit together and watch TV. The pool was the absolute best part of the home!! The master bed was very uncomfortable we ended up buying a mattress topper to use while there. The garage gameroom was fun but very hot, it would be better if used during fall. The neighborhood seemed safe .

Rental process was smooth and issue free.

Property management very responsive to all inquiries. Area was quiet, house looks the way it is in pics. We had a great time.

Property was clean, communication with the property manager and the owner was superb! Kids has a blast in the pool and us adults enjoyed the hot tub. I will be staying here again!

A wonderful quiet neighborhood. The street that it is on has beautiful trees with Spanish moss hanging, very picturesque. Private backyard where you can enjoy the pool and hot tub with lots of sun. My wife enjoyed sitting out on the Lanai every morning with a cup of coffee and listening to all the birds, it is close to a nature preserve.Inside very clean, spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking. The way that the house is situated you get plenty of sun that comes through the back in the morning and then in the evening comes through the front, so plenty of Sun and light. We liked it so much we have already planned on coming back next year. Owners are always quick to respond with any questions. It is close to Disney, and from this location about an hour and a half from the Atlantic beaches and 2 hours to the Gulf beaches. We were able to experience both and recommended it!

This home had everything imaginable. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and the house is stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub were great. Lesley kept us well informed and responded quickly to our questions. We recommend this villa, especially those traveling with kids!

The bedrooms were spacious, there were plenty of linens and towels. The pool and hot tub were perfect after long days at the parks.

Loved the quiet neighborhood and wonderfully appointed kitchen for cooking in. We did a lot of walking. We also explored areas around the home. It was never far from getting to Old Town, Celebration, shopping, etc.. Just learned the short cuts. We would definitely consider this home and area for future rentals.

Clean, super responsive owners, quiet neighbourhood. All amenities worked. 20 min drive to w irlo Bronson but otherwise would book here again in a minute. Thanks to Lesley and Roger for a lovely trip

This was our sixth time in Florida and our third stay at Doral Woods in our third different villa on the estate and it certainly compares very favourably in what is simply a very nice place to stay. Set in a very quiet residential cul de sac, the home has all the amenities you would expect as accurately described in the advert with the hot tub in particular an real benefit after 9 hours trekking round Universal! Whilst the villa will sleep 8 very comfortably, we found it was ideal for us as a family of five in order for the teenage children to have their own room and with 3 bathrooms there was no queuing for that facility either. The drive to Disney takes between 20-30 minutes’ dependent on traffic and Universal a touch longer down the Interstate but we like being able to get away from the crowds at night. Lesley, the villa owner is brilliant and keeps you informed, updated and advised throughout the whole booking and rental process and is always on hand for a friendly, knowledgeable chat whenever you want one which is a real plus. It is worth noting that the owner stays here as well! Overall, we had a fantastic time and look forward to at least one more visit to Orlando in the next couple of years or so when we hope to be speaking to Lesley again.

Fantastic stay and will happily return on our next visit to Florida. The villa is very spacious, as a family of 5 we had many opportunities to be together without being on top of each other, as well play together in the good sized pool and dine together in the separate dining room. The Villa quickly became a family home adding enjoyment to the holiday overall, it had all the amenities expected, all of good quality - washer and dryer in a separate wash room were superb and I would even call out the ease of bins and recycling. The Villa is around 10 minutes south of central Kissimmee, and took about 20 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal with fair traffic. Doral Woods as an area is very nice, we have stayed in villas closer to the centre of Kissimmee before, however, this time being slightly further out in a more private and well maintained area added an extra level of comfort to the stay. From the initial enquiry, through booking and getting ready to travel, the owner Lesley has been fantastic - fast to respond and also proactive with lots of information and handy tips shared - We absolutely felt we could ask anything and get a friendly and timely response. For those who have travelled a lot, you know that sometimes there is a need to contact the management company and if I could give a 6th star I would as to the responsiveness and care shown by the local team - easy to contact and provided solutions with speed and a smile. Overall, a great place to stay, a good hub for theme parks, an hour to Kennedy Space Center – only 10 minutes from Medieval Times, also a fun family dinner – we also managed a couple of days of chilling in the villa with pool, hot-tubs, entertainment and sunshine.

Firstly, the best thing about this property has to be the owner. Lesley Annan was absolutely brilliant and replied to any queries very quickly. We can't fault her at all! Our stay at in this villa at Doral Woods was fun and relaxing. The pool and hot tub provide the right amount of relaxation needed after a day at the theme parks. They are nice and private and the pool heat was appreciated when the sun went away. The location for us was a bit hit and miss. Yes, you do have the perks of living in what seems a mostly residential area, meaning it's quiet. But it is quite a long drive to anything when you take into account how long you sit at traffic lights and any roadworks. There were some restaurants/supermarkets about 15 minutes in one direction and more about 25 minutes in the other. Disney/Universal took about 40mins at off-peak times, but a bewildering 1hr+ during the "rush hours". The kitchen facilities were top-notch. Everything worked and more than the basics (pots, pans, cutlery) were provided. The living area was well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment on offer on our quiet nights in. We used both the ensuite and double beds. The ensuite bed was a bit hard for one of us but the double was fine. The lemon tree gave us some wonderful lemonade and salad dressing. The only negative thing we can say is this villa is in need of a bit of TLC. A good, thorough clean and a bit of updating to the beds/bedding etc would be good. Overall we recommend the villa! Tips/hints for your stay: - We ate at the villa most of the time to take advantage of the kitchen/BBQ and save some $ on eating out everyday. - We recommend eating at/around the parks if you're there though as, by the time you get back from them, you won't want to prepare meals. - Publix has better quality "fresh" food but is much more expensive than Walmart for the essentials. Both are local to the villa. - Be prepared to drive everywhere. - The tolls are confusing and costly. You can avoid them by selecting "avoid tolls" on your GPS/Sat-nav (it seems to be quicker sometimes). Otherwise carry lots of small change. We had a bag of quarters (25c) in the car just for the tolls.

As a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids, ages 12, 13 and 15) we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house. Loving all the rooms the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed the table tennis and airhockey. All the parks are nearby. We can really recommend this villa for anyone travelling with kids!

We enjoyed a wonderful 12 days at this perfect vacation home. It was very clean, spacious, and with all the amenities we could ask for. The pool and hot tub were definitely enjoyed by all. The location was excellent, close to the parks as well as to shopping. We particularly enjoyed the quiet street, very relaxing just drinking coffee outside in the early morning listening to the birds. The neighbours were very friendly, giving us great tips for dining. The management company fixed a minor problem for us within an hour of our call. (Thanks, Mike !) Lesley was very helpful prior to our arrival, giving us numerous tips to make our stay a true vacation. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back in the near future !
