We've stayed in the Stella area before so wanted to stay there again. We had a great time at Casita Tres Mares - we walked around the neighborhood, to the nearby beaches, drove to some farther beaches, and didn't mind at all staying in and just reading/doing puzzles on the two rainy days. The house was well-stocked on soap/shampoo/paper towels/towels, and we cooked a few nights. It was nice to have the pool for swimming since the surf was too rough even at Los Almendros when we were there. Comfortable beds, and I absolutely loved relaxing in the hammocks.

We rented the unit for nine nights. Had a fantastic time during our stay. The pool area is awesome. We spent hours on it enjoying the beautiful Rincon weather. The house is spacious. We were a party of three and had plenty of space. There is one bathroom in the main unit. The second one is by the pool area. The outdoor kitchen is a plus. We didnt use the grill area but it was clean and had all the needed utensils for a nice cookout. The beach is just a short walk away and the sunsets are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We contacted Carlo once and he responded right away. Great communication!

My wife, our 4 kids (between 9 and 3) and I really enjoy the house. We spend must of the time outside at the pool and at the outdoor kitcheen. There is a bathroom and a shower outside that’s makes it easy to stay outside all the time. There is a generator in case of a power outage. We talked a few times with the owner and he was very nice. The kids loved the place. Close to a very quiet beach where we were alone must of the time. The neighborhood is really quiet near the beach and a grocery store. Nothing more to expect from my family and I. For the 12 days we spent in Puerto Rico seeing my kids play in the pool and at the beach… this house with its outdoor was my highlight of the trip.

Pool area is amazing, my family really enjoyed hanging together outside. Location is easy to get to and it's close to everything you need. If you're in Rincon on Thursday's don't forget to visit the Art Walk.

This was a nice place to stay for what we did. Pool was great but we were out exploring mostly. Loved the outdoor kitchen. It’s in a compact neighborhood. There weren’t a lot of people around when we were there so that wasn’t an issue. However, if we were there when the homes around us were full, it may have been hectic. Lots of cat fights and chickens making noise all night. We didn’t mind it. It was part of the experience. But if you can’t sleep with a bunch of noise, I suggest having something to drown it out. All in all, we were pleased with our choice with not knowing the area when we booked this.

We love staying in the house. The pool is wonderful and we really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen. It’s great for families or small groups of friends. Hope to stay here again.

Could not have been a better stay, the pool and full outdoor kitchen were amazing and the short walk to the neighborhood beach offered beautiful happy hour sunsets each night. Easy access to groceries and a plethora of restaurants in walking distance. The home interior was really relaxed and comfortable with everything you'll need. Can't wait to get back here.

We have come to Rincon for 10-11 years and love it! Stella is a super friendly neighborhood and this property was perfect! Wonderful outside area, very clean inside! The owner was super responsive to any and all of my questions right away! Endless supply of towels, chairs, shampoo etc! We would definitely return!!

Quaint and quiet

While this is not my first stay in PR, as my family lives here, it was the first time my boyfriend has visited the island, and I cannot express how happy we were with our stay. The house is just as pictured, and the outdoor pool and cabana are such a relaxing retreat. We spent our entire week lounging by the pool and cooking on the grill. The lights strung around the backyard make it feel like your own little island retreat. The house is stocked with all the necessities, which was lovely as we spent most of our time there. We did walk down to the beach, which was amazing and secluded. And we also found some great restaurants like Cowboys Outdoor Grill, which you must try. The neighbors were so pleasant. They always spoke and waved. We just felt like we were home! On a side note, we had reserved a week back in 2020 with Carlo, but unfortunately, PR shut down due to COVID, and we could not visit. I kept telling myself that as soon as we got past all this mess, I was going to rebook, and I sure did. Best vacation ever, thank you!

The house is beautiful and spotless. Everything you need is there indoors and out. The pool and bbq area is also fantastic. The beach is a short walk away. I will definitely be back!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Tres Mares and would recommend this property. It was spotlessly clean and spacious! There were a few small things that would have made this property ideal - the owner needs to replace the kitchen faucet, it sprays all over the place when used! He also needs to fix the refrigerator, it worked fine but was very noisy!!! And lastly, he needs better lighting in the bathroom, it was very dim in there. Besides these minor inconveniences, the property was pretty nice. We enjoyed sitting by the pool, and using the hammocks - and beautiful Corcega Beach was only a 3 minute drive away!!!! We look forward to visiting Rincon again!!!!!!

Very well appointed home with very nice pool in the Stella neighborhood of Rincon. We would absolutely stay here again.

Well built and prepared home. As I told the owner keep up with the maintenance. I forgot to tell him, keep up with cleaning ceilings fans and have cleaning person pay attention closer attention to shower and sink cleaning. other than that, I wish they can add a washer. It was nice.

This place was exactly as shown in the pictures. I loved the decor and homey feeling of the place. We especially loved the huge pool…spent most of our time there. The hammocks were also a great touch. Nothing like relaxing and listening to the sounds of the island all around you. The outdoor kitchen was great for cooking and not sweating your life away. Lastly, Carlo was a wonderful host!! Was responsive and super attentive. We had no issues and would love to come back!

The house is beautiful, spacious, well-appointed with towels, toiletries, kitchen appliances and supplies. Carlos was very responsive to all our needs regarding the house. a small, private beach is a short walk away through the neighborhood. Town and other beaches, bars & restaurants, supermarket, laundry facilities are just a short drive away (5-10 minutes). I would definitely come back and would recommend to others. Thanks Carlos!

First of all the family and I had a fantastic time at this vacation home. Didn't have any issues with the stay everything was organized, clean and the best part was the hugh pool. Minutes away from the beach and stores. Carlo was very polite and an awesome host. If you looking for a great stay this is the place for you. We are definitely going back. Thanks again !!!

Great pool and very clean. Main issues were that the listing showed 2 bathrooms while in reality there was only one bathroom. Also, there was considerable flooding in the immediate area around the property. Host is very responsive which we appreciated.

Carlo is an amazing host who responded back almost immediately to any issues that we may have had. (We didnt have any during our stay!) I just wished that the pool would’ve been cleaned ahead of my stay instead of during. The house was nice and clean and looks exactly like the pictures. I will def be returning with my kids.

This rental is a great bargain and a pleasant surprise to use for a few days of vacation. Carlo was very kind and communicative all along the process. The place was impeccable and clean. All utensils and appliances worked well and the outdoor grill and patio were fantastic for afternoon sitting and enjoying the refreshing pool. The property was more than I expected, very clean and the decoration was beautiful and cozy. The pool was awesome! Outdoor very complete no need to go inside.
