Plenty of room for 4. There are pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, and an ice maker. Dishwasher too. I didn’t find any cooking sheets, pizza pan or scissors, but there was a bottle opener and pizza cutter. It was really nice having a kitchen. The description and photos are accurate. The property manager is awesome. I hope to stay here again.

It was a nice stay. The view was of construction of the street but I was told they’re fixing the streets for an upcoming race. But valet was great, the room was comfy and the pool was nice. I would recommend.

This was my second time staying here. Discovered walkway to the MGM casino which made it great to have easy access to casino. Room was great. Overall very satisfied again.

Easy process, approved stay within an hour.

We had a fantastic trip and always love staying at The Signature property. We always stay at The Signature but this was only the 2nd time using VRBO. The unit was great and very comfortable. Tower 3 is a much longer walk to get to the casino from where we normally stay in Tower 1, but it is ok if you plan ahead. The bed pillows were so great. The bed is VERY soft so be aware if that is not something you care for. The property manager was amazing….great communication and so helpful, she made our trip very easy!!!

I was really impressed with this unit. Nicely maintained, roomy and great location. The complex also has very nice pools.

It was a great safe place to stay, would have been nice to have all pool locations open, however I understand the staffing issues.

The condo was just perfect for the 4 of us. A couple issues were there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher from the previous people. Bathroom mirrors were not clean. I think Donna needs to know these things. Thank you, will come again.

We arrived to Tower 2 to check in a little after midnight. We had specifically paid for the suite for the previous night so that we could check in when our flight arrived so late. Unfortunately they were unable to find our reservation in their system and being that it was so late we were unable to get in contact with the VRBO coordinator to have the problem resolved right away. We ended up having to pay for a room for the night but was able to check in later that day after the coordinator had spoken with the front desk and resolved the issue. Donna did a great job of handling a very frustrating situation and issued a partial refund for the inconvenience. Once we were in the room it was exactly what we were hoping for and we had an incredible stay.

My wife and my daughter made a trip back to Vegas to visit friends and family and stayed at the MGM Signature. The room was nice and in pretty good shape. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa and said that it was not the most comfortable bed but it is just a pull out. Did not spend much tome on the property as we were visiting people every day but the bed was comfy and the bathroom was large and clean. Nice to have two separate bathrooms, one for my daughter and one for my wife and I.

Never going back put it that way

This was a great property and I will stay here again. Only downside and thank goodness I wasn’t outside on balcony, but if you shut the door it locks on you, something that needs to be fixed. Luckily, I had the door open and only noticed the problem when I closed it from the inside.

Having a kitchen was useful because the area restaurants were so over-priced. The location was pretty good for access to the las vegas convention center. There was the monorail, shuttle bus, and uber. Shuttle bus and monorail was a bit of walking but Uber/Lyft and taxi pick up very close. This is in tower 3- a bit of a walk to the MGM grand indoors, but not too bad. No TV in Master BR.

I was supposed to be in building 1 at check in I was rudely moved to building 3. Since I have difficulty walking it was not as easy to visit the casino. Was supposed to be on a high floor for the view I was on 8not much of a view. Employees have a bad attitude. Only the concierge in building 3was very nice. Very disappointed Bill Ussery

The property is fabulous. The location to the strip and to the MGM Grand casino was great! You have all the amenities of a Las Vegas strip resort but you feel like you are at home in your own condo. Very affordable. King size bed was terrific, Queen pull out couch was ok for a short stay but the reality is, we had a fabulous time.

This condo was perfect for four adults to spend the weekend in Vegas! From the moment we walked in to the time we left, the service was exceptional. Donna made renting the unit easy and answered all questions prior to booking the unit with additional recommendations to make our stay great. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and can't wait to come back!

You will be hearing from me soon, I am planning a trip in the spring, just not sure yet where I'm going! I just love this place, hands down there is nothing in Vegas that compares to the MGM Signature in my opinion. As far as atmosphere, service and costs go, you will be hard pressed to beat it. It is such a nice oasis away from the hussle and bustle of the strip. I have been going to Vegas at least once a year for years now and sometimes I just want to chill. This is my place for that. The pools at the Signature are quieter and calmer than most I have seen and makes for a nice relaxing day. The poolside bar and grill has great service and good food. But if your looking for a little more action, you can walk over to the MGM Grand's pools. I love the short walk inside over to the MGM grand in the evenings for the bars and casino. I have gone whole vacations there and not once walked out onto the strip. There is a starbucks over at the MGM Grand that I like to walk to in the mornings. The Signature has a coffee pot in the room but I prefer the fancy coffee on vacation. Just one of my things. It makes for a nice morning walk, and I love to people watch at about 7am, about half of them are just ending their night! The rooms are always very clean and I do like that. I ventured out this trip a little and headed out for dinner at KGB's Gourmet Burgers, which was awesome by the way. I was starving and ordered a double cheeseburger and I wish I would have taken a picture of it, it was huge! I had to completely take one of the patty's off and just eat the single. After that it was off to one of the bars at Harrah's, Carnival Court. This was my first trip to Carnival Court Bar and we had an absolute blast. Was with a large group and stayed out way to late, but had so much fun. Would recommend a night out there. All in all another fantastic trip to Vegas and another enjoyable stay at the Signtaure. This was our first time using VRBO. We stayed at the Signature in July & it was PERFECT for our family of 5(3 young kids 9,6. & 3)! It was very spacious, clean, & it saved us a TON of money with having the full kitchen!! Our unit(tower 3) was quiet & it we closed down the private pool almost everyday. The staff were very pleasant at the hotel. Donna was great to work with from the start. This was our first visit to Vegas & she was quick to respond to any questions that we had. The only recommendaton that I would have would be to get a different cleaning service. They did not show one day (but did so afer I left a message with the owner & the service company) & I had to call the cleaning company again another day during our stay as they did not show again, but did so after they were called. Overall, we were very satisfied with the experience with Donna & would recommend her to anyone!

The suite was beautiful ...all top of the line stainless appliances in the kitchen (fully furnished with even a blender and a toaster...not to mention all of the stuff you would expect) to a master bathroom that is literally bigger than my kitchen back home, double sinks, large soaking tub + separate shower, comfy bed. Great balcony with a view....What more could you ask for! The 2nd bath made it easier for everyone to get ready at the same time. Lots of room and swanky feel! Great location close enough to the action, yet still felt private, secure and peaceful....Can't say enough good things about the reservation process. Condo Hotel Marketplace will definitely get my business in the future!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the MGM Signature Towers; the spacious suite had a balcony where you could sit and enjoy the view of the wonderful skyline. Since it was just off the strip, the room was quiet yet only a short walk through the corridors connected into the bustling activity of the MGM. A small kitchen allowed preparation of meals, snacks and beverages which were conveniently ordered online and delivered by VONS grocery. There was complimentary coffee and tea provided. The suite had flat screen TVs in the living area, master bedroom as well as the master bath. In addition, there was a separate full bath. The accommodations were great all round and we slept very comfortably in the king size bed. We would recommend the Signature for anyone who wants to enjoy a great stay with easy access to the heart of the Las Vegas strip for entertainment and shopping.
