You couldn't get a better location for all the activities on Cape Cod. This home is perfect! It sits right on Nickerson State Park with convenient access to the Cape Cod rail trail, paved bike trails within Nickerson and the surrounding towns. You could literally bike anywhere you wanted to go. The home itself was very clean and comfortable, it felt like home. The hosts left us the most amazing wine from Truro Vineyards, a scrumptious apple loaf bread and a beautiful handmade card. We will definitely be returning!

My stay at this lovely home was restorative and relaxing. The house was spotless, great location and comfortable. The home backs the Nickerson walking trail so I was able to wake up and take a walk rain or shine. I would recommend this home to any group. Lovely quiet neighborhood.

I wanted to return home for the holidays. This home was a wonderful retreat. Celebrating the holidays here was perfection. The host was compassionate, made the stay comfortable and very responsive and wonderful. I would stay here again, if I weren’t moving back home again. The home has everything you could possibly need or want. Just incredible.

The place would be wonderful for a large family gathering, even though there was only 4 of us. Kitchen was well equiped, house was very spacious and comfortable.

We loved staying at this clean and quiet family home while visiting Cape Cod. The communication was great and we loved all of the yummy goodies the host left for us. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Property was just as described. Felt even more spacious than the pictures. Sunroom was such a bonus! Perfect for myself and two adult boys and our pup. We hiked and explored and of course biked. Connection to rail trail right in the backyard through Nickerson. Perfectly situated for our stay. Will definitely return if coming back to Brewster.

Great location, plenty of room, close to hiking and biking.

We enjoy biking and this was the ideal location for accessing the Nickerson trails and the CCRT. We even rode over to Crosby Landing Beach using both the unpaved and paved Nickerson trails to access main road. The house is ideally located to access local points but also for launching off to P'Town (40 min). The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It felt like staying in someone's home. The home is incredibly clean and well maintained, but you need to be comfortable with not having every amenity be brand new. The sunlight in the sunroom and family room are perfect for lazy mornings and afternoons. We went in spring which is quieter on the Cape, and would rent here again. If they rent in the summer, it is ideal for accessing Brewster beaches by bike or riding further up CCRT to access NP beaches. No outdoor shower, though, but there are TWO bathrooms with showers.

If you want access to the bike and hiking trails, I don't know how you could do better than this home. It has backyard access to Nickerson State Park. It is also a very short drive to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house was immaculate, the host left us some welcome goodies which were very thoughtful, and we just relaxed. The neighborhood is very quiet and calming. Thank you for an exceptinal stay,.

We found the property well located and in a quiet area. Our visit was to spend time with family and we hosted brunch. The house was large and spacious enough for all of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The wine and lemon bread was a very nice touch. We would definitely use again.

We had a wonderful relaxing visit! Just steps from Nickerson State Park, a personal favorite, we and our canines took several great hikes on snow covered trails. The house is inviting and very comfortable. I do hope to come back again. Thank you, Kathleen

Excellent access to the bike paths in Nickerson State Park. Short drive to the beach.

Great location for nature access. Clean and well-stocked house. Nicely laid out. Kitchen appliances a bit dated and loud when running.

A really nice house on a nice wooded lot bordering Nickerson State Park. If your idea of a relaxing vacation is spending time outside walking and riding bikes, this is the perfect location. The state park has nice trails and it connects to the cape code rail trail at about the midway point, so you can head either direction when you hit the trail. The house is really comfortable and well supplied. Our only minor complaint is the mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be upgraded, but otherwise it was a wonderful stay.

This house is spacious and immaculate. It has a lovely sunroom, a great kitchen, fireplace, and deck with a grill. There is a short path in the backyard that leads right to Nickerson Park. The hosts were helpful and thoughtful, leaving some goodies and a nice note for us. We would definitely rent this place again!

The property is just as described. The sun porch was the perfect place to vist with relatives. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very inviting and very homey. It was just perfect. We will be staying there again!! Just wonderful!

Our 2nd time at this welcoming and comfortable house. The first was at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020 and the second during the big October 2021 Nor'easter! Thankfully the house was a safe refuge, and power and cable TV and WiFi stayed on during the storm. Great trails out back for walking dogs, and the house is well-equipped and thoughtfully decorated. We look forward to returning (hopefully no calamities next time)!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location backing up to the park was everything. We took many walks through the park and we’re close to all our favorite places. The property was immaculate and the host even left a card with some goodies for us when we checked in. Would definitely stay here again - and likely will.

We were delighted with the setting of this home in a quiet neighborhood amidst many trees and backing up to the forest of a state park. It’s location was convenient to all main roads on the Cape that made it easy to explore in all directions. Our favorite spot in the home was the pretty sunroom looking out at the forest. We travel with two small chihuahuas and are always grateful for hosts that provide a comfortable home and allow our pets. Upon arrival we were welcomed with delicious breakfast goodies and a nice bottle of Chardonnay. Our only disappointment with our stay on Red Fawn Rd was that we had not planned a longer visit.

Very good location - close to all major attractions. Very clean and well maintained house on a quiet street. Great host as well! Highly recommended.

Matthew and Mary were delightful guests. The home was located right by the railway in Nickerson State Park so before checkin we were able to explore a bit. My husband brought his mountain bike and adventured in the bike trails while I brought along our baby in our stroller and dog on the paved pathway. Along the trail we saw deer, wild turkeys, and a few other critters my dog would have loved to chase after had she not been leashed up. The home was spacious, comfortable and the hosts provided coffee locally roasted and a delicious Bundt cake ad well as a bottle of wine. The directions were clear and came with some nice local recommendations for activities and food eats. The only area of improvement may be in cleanliness - some od the hand bath towels had noticeable stains, appeared to have been makeup. Otherwise the stay was great and we look forward to coming again with friends in the near future.

We stayed here in November of last year and loved it. Clean, comfortable and roomy - it was perfect for us and our little dog. We love to ride the bike trail and walk our pup there. This trip we discovered that it’s only a short drive over to Crosby Landing beach where we would walk morning and evening. Wonderful location.Hope to return!

The location is everything with this rental and we would definitely return. The house itself was unremarkable - nothing spectacular but nothing wrong, all perfectly comfortable and fine (and they left us goodies on the dining table, which was a nice touch). But having the state park as your backyard is absolutely wonderful, and is what makes this place so special. It would be hard to find a better location on the Cape. Be careful not to accidentally lock the storm door on your way out (little slider lock that we must have bumped one day), as there is no way to open it from the outside to get to the front door. We were very lucky to find an unlocked window in the back and climbed into the house that day or it would have been a disaster. I recommend the owner disable that lock (even just put tape over the slider that was so easy to bump with your back while locking the main door). Otherwise all was lovely, so don't hesitate to book, just watch out for that.
