Large house and plenty of beds. Great Value. Nothing special about it, but it accommodated our needs!

Everything we needed there, exactly as advertised. There are beds and mattresses under all the beds for auxiliary sleeping solutions. My only knock would be the cleaning crew rushed out, and there were some unfinished batches. Not the end of the world, and certainly not the property owners fault. He was responsive via text with any questions we had.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! 5 min drive to ramshead at killington. Room to spare for my group of 12. Properly was clean and Herbert was accommodating. New hot tub. Old school ski house with an interesting layout. Would definitely book again.

The property was spacious, clean and well stocked. It was as easy as staying in a hotel. Show up and everything is there. Plus you get a kitchen and privacy. Thank you for your hospitality.

We were group of 15. First of all I do need to mention that there was a small mishap by us during Birthday celebration which resulted in minor burnt Marks in the kitchen area. Accidents do happen, we dont have control over such incidents and we apologized. We have lost our entire deposit coz of that. This review is not based on that nor the fact we lost our money, its solely based on our stay experience and quality. I do commend the checkin and communication was excellent but that was it. The place itself was not good!! Some of the bathrooms door we couldn't lock as the locks were not working. Few of the bathroom flush were also not working. The fans in the bathrooms were too noisy. The place is old, kitchen is too small and many other problems with the quality like dining table, living area, showers, etc. Listing was not accurate as for the hot tub there were additional charges which we came to know after we booked the place because of that we couldn't use the hotub, to use the hotub the cleaning process would additional charge which was high, I understand due to covid the cleaning process could be expensive considering our safety but all could have been listed on the house description for the user ease as it would be helpful for us prior booking, probably we could have gone with some other option knowing the hidden charges. We are glad that basic kitchen stuffs were available to use. Also, I do appreciate owner timely response and availability no complain on that but overall house quality and stay was not great, so sorry for leaving a negative review but that's how we felt.

We had 3 families 11 total and we had wonderful time staying here for mtb trip, tons of space and rooms.

the stay was really great, it was a quiet area and there was a lot of space and room. hottub was not for use which sucks wish we were able to use it because the reviews said it was for use. anyways everything was great about the house. but one thing that we learned was to take photos of broken furnitures. herbert texted me week after our stay telling us that we broke his dining table and used his hottub. the hottub was very smelly from day 1 and i asked him if we can use it but being that it smelled like a canal we didn't even bother getting close to it and the garbage was just there from the last people that stayed. the dining table was broken the moment we got there and being that we didnt really use it we kind of put it back together. anyways again the PLACE is GOOD but make sure to take pictures of broken furnitures and send it over to him before hand so you wont have to take blame for it.
