Very comfortable and welcoming!! They had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. The owner text us to welcome us and asked us to call her if we needed anything. The only down side was the $25 parking pass we had to purchase, but I would do it again.

Jupiter is an amazing place with great restaurants and beaches. This little condo is perfectly located. Host was friendly and answered all questions promptly. Condo has all the amenities and then some which was really helpful, esp the beach equipment. The restaurant on site by the pool is a huge plus! Access from the pool with yummy drinks and a nice staff.

Close to everything. Host left a bottle of wine and chocalates as a welcoming. Very classy touch.

We choose this property for sleeping purposes only after gone fishing all day leaving at 5 a.m. coming back at around 10 or 11 p.m. The place is ok, nothing special but the floor for some reason is dirty. You have to wear a sleeper or shoes to walk around, otherwise your feet would turn black. We’re not sure why. In our last night after all day of fishing and can't wait to hit the bed we heard a sudden loud bang in quest bedroom. The bed collapse down to the ground. The tiny wood that support under the bed was broke off. There were only 2 small persons weighting at least 100 lbs. each person. The collapsed bed were not useable that night so my son and his girlfriend had to sleep in the living room couch and chair. My husband notified the owner early morning and all she said is that "That's not good!". I received the photo’s from my son he took and forwarded it to the owner. A day later, I found out that I was charged $125.00 for the collapsed bed. Imagine that!

Perfect for 2 people/couples!

This property has an excellent location. It is in walking distance to restaurants, the park, tennis, the marina, and the pool is excellent! The unit itself is older, but mostly renovated very clean, except the floors. The patio door doesn’t lock, but there is a stick to put in place for security, the hall bathroom shower door was missing and the tub is damaged. I believe the owner is working on that. The kitchen is very well equipped. And I would definitely stay in this unit again, it is very spacious and inviting.

We have stayed in the Carlin Park area before and wanted to try a new home. Best thing was location. We called the 2nd day to say that the porch was dirty. Homeowner blamed it on the rain the day before our arrival and did not do anything. It was not the rain. Everything was dusty and porch needed a steam powerwash. That was not all - the floors in general were very dirty. We tried the mop, but it was aslo dirty, so we requested and received a new mop cover. It didn't matter what we did, our feet or socks were BLACK from walking on the floors. We are a family that take off our shoes when we enter, so it wasn't us. Homeowner did not seem to care. Next - the accent chairs in the living room were dirty and also needed to be cleaned. I would not even sit on the them. Pillows are looked like they needed to be cleaned. Next - do not expect many kitchen spoons - there were only 2. Also, do not expect your cell phone/device chargers to fit in the outlets. For some reason they kept falling out. We brought many cords & outlets, but could not use them in certain areas. Bottom line - will not be staying here again, homeowner was responsive by not polite and was accusatory instead of helpful.

The property has a great location just a short walk from the pool and onsite restaurant, and a short drive to the beach, Publix (grocery), and other restaurants. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped, as are the bedrooms. The host is responsive and has included several small but nice details (like cotton swabs in the bathrooms). We had several plumbing issues, but those should be resolved for the next guests - we were just the unfortunates who had to deal with the repair interruptions or reporting them at the end of our stay for the non-critical ones. The awful construction noises (and resulting dust) will also hopefully be over for future guests, but as the host has no control over this, you may want to enquire if there are any planned construction projects on the Villa's other units before you book. The only two things that may impact future guests are: (1) The lack of soundproofing from the directly overhead unit. You will hear occupants talking, walking, and going to the bathroom - especially in the guest bedroom. So, hope either there aren't any occupants or they keep the same hours you do. (2) The lack of cleanliness, especially the floors and outdoor spaces. Hopefully the cleaning staff will pay better attention after our bad experience and/or you'll be coming in right after another guest (since some of ours was "blamed" on it being 10 days since the previous guest).

Property was immaculate. The pools are very clean with plenty of loungers, chairs and tables.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Great location close to many restaurants and the beach.

Very easy. Good communication with owner. Clean. Great, thoughtful amenities. Clean and comfortable. This is the third time we’ve rented with the owner and it has been enjoyable every time.

My husband and I as well as my sister and her husband stayed in this property for about 10 days. It was a peaceful and quiet place and we soon discovered the wonderful advantages of staying there. The Cardinals Spring Training games that brought us to Jupiter were canceled, but we were pleasantly surprised to find this a great vacation anyway. It is a pleasant walk over a little bridge to the pool and the attached Twisted Tuna restaurant. We also discovered to a little place in the Publix shopping area called Nature's Way Cafe to catch a quick breakfast, coffee, and juice. Other restaurants that just blew us away were Jetty's, Schooners, Blue Point Bar and Grill, and Dune Dog's. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the furniture as well as the appliances were updated and so appropriate to the place. Very nice. The bathrooms are very small and a little tight for four adults. However, we made it work and I would suspect that this would be the next project in line for improvement at some point. We appreciated having beach chairs available for us. We found pickleball courts nearby and enjoyed that each day as well. The weather in early March was perfect which made it a wonderful getaway. Thanks to Kathleen for her avilability during our stay.

Kathleen’s villa is a delight! With bright colors, a palm-shaded screened porch, & all the comforts of home, it is very welcoming. Appliances, ac/ heat, tv/Netflix access, & Alexa’s music are all in good working order. The location is perfect, close to beaches, pool, markets, & restaurants.

Loved the location and it was very clean and well supplied

Communication with the owner of the property was excellent. There were no issues at the property and everything is as described. The villa has four units on the lower level and four on the upper level. There was no noise whatsoever! The property is within walking distance of some very nice shopping, restaurants, grocery store, the beach, hair salon, and the intracoastal. The only complaint was that the bathrooms were both very small. We made it work, since there were only two of us and we each use our own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable which is always appreciated.

Villa was exactly what we were look g for. Clean, big enough for 4 adults, quiet location with a great walking/water area. I’d definitely stay there again.

This rental was everything we needed and more. We loved all the extra supplies provided such as pool and beach gear, baby supplies, and much more, it made our trip so much easier and fun! The area was great and had a lot to offer. Kathleen made the whole process very easy and went above and beyond! I highly recommend this property!

Rental was nice and clean. Nicely equipped. The host family respond quickly to all inquiries. Restaurant and pool were great! The area was a bit too quiet. Wish there had been more kids. But the area was nice. We had lots of good food options as well.

The location is great!! It is a little difficult to initially navigate thru the complex. The difference between "Villas", "Condos", "Plantation Villas","Apartments" all using letters "A", "B", "C" etc to designate a building within "different" "Properties" that are "connected", is very hard to initially figure out. All complexes are well maintained. Our Villa was as well appointed, clean and ready for us! We have already made arrangements to return next January! Kathleen is an excellent host.Glen and Karen
