Awesome house. Well maintained. Lots of seating. Well equipped kitchen. Decorated for the holidays during our December stay. Easy access to anything between Waldo and the River Market.

This house was perfect for our group. Bathrooms for each guest was a big plus. The house was clean had everything you needed. Showers had shampoo conditioner and body wash. That was nice. Close to everything. I highly recommend this home for a large group. PERFECT

Choose this space when you want to get a big group together. 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Large living/dining room to handle a big group. The backyard is a nice size and we were able to sit outside and play some cards.

We stayed here for the weekend of my daughter’s wedding. Proximity to the venue was great. As many reviews have stated the location isn’t the greatest. But we never felt nervous in the house. There was a loud car that went by around 2:00 am both nights. A noise machine might be helpful. Beds were very comfortable, good towels and linens. We didn’t cook so I can’t say anything about cooking supplies. But they had ample coffee mugs. We loved having 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. And the rooms were all good sized. The fan and the light are wired together in the front room. So you can’t use the fan without the light. Owner said an electrician would be fixing that. Owner was very quick to respond to our questions. We weren’t in the house much but it was a comfortable place to sleep at night.

Property was wonderful! We had 10 Senior age cousins staying together for a Celebration of Life for another cousin. We had a wonderful time in the house. We loved all the chairs and how easy it was for all of us to sit together and visit. Beds were comfy and loved having private baths for each bedroom!

We traveled to Kansas for a women conference. The house was perfect for the 13 ladies. Each room had its own shower, hair dryer, iron, and tv. It had plenty of chairs for dinner and was a clean and spacious house. We loved it and look forward to rent it again.

Unfortunately, the property owner places the location of the house on the map five blocks away. This house is located on Troost Street and a pretty rough part of town. The house is nice overall but we definitely did not feel 100% safe while we stayed there. Owner was pleasant to deal with.

There are 5 large bedrooms, and each has its own full bath which was perfect for our large group of friends! It was close to all the activities we wanted to do in KC. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend - there was 9 of us. The house is super clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything you might need. The beds are incredibly comfortable and all of us wanted to know where the owner gets the sheets! The downstairs is very well thought out - we had plenty of room to eat, play poker, lounge, build puzzles etc. We appreciated the extra touches - self locking doors for security and motion censored lights in the stairways. Parking is limited but it wasn’t an issue for us. The only downside is that the house is on Troost. However, we felt safe the entire time, especially with the self locking doors.

This property was perfect for our group of 12. Convenient to the plaza area of KC and many shops and restaurants. Would recommend and will use again when visiting in the future. William is a polite host who is attentive and helpful.

We stayed at this property for my sister’s bachelorette weekend in KC and it was excellent! The house was very clean, had all of the supplies we needed and then some, and the owner was so easy to contact! There was plenty of seating for everyone on the first floor, and the amount of bathrooms for a group of girls was fabulous. Highly recommend this property for future stays!

Met with Family in KC for the weekend, the place is in a great location, close to museums, parks, shopping, dinning and other sights. The property is big and everyone had plenty of space. We would stay at this property again.

I booked William’s property for a bachelorette weekend. The house was perfect and beautiful! It was nice to have 5 bathrooms. It’s centrally located.
William was very quick to respond and answer questions. I was able to get a early check in to set up.
I will definitely stay at his properties again!

We stayed 3 nights for our daughters out of town wedding. We had 4 couples join us and the house was perfect! Great space for socializing and not on top of each other. Beds were comfy, great sheets and every bedroom had full bath! The house is right on a busy road but didn’t bother us as we had jammed packed weekend. Downtown and the plaza were close. Easy checkin and kitchen fully stocked. It was great house for us!!

The property is gorgeous! Plenty of space for everyone. We had 13 women stay at this location and having so many bathrooms was amazing!
Unfortunately we heard from many locals that the location isn’t super safe and no to walk anywhere. It was no problem at all though with using Ubers they were fairly cheap!
Very happy with the stay and would definitely stay again!

We had a large group for a bachelorette party and this location was ideal! It was close to local restaurants, shopping, bars and so much more. This place was great for large groups and very spacious. I would highly recommend it!

Loved this property for my sisters bachelorette weekend! It was spacious, clean, and such a cute house. The location of the house (right off a main road) wasn’t my favorite but overall the house was fantastic and William was so easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again!
