Land’s End is beautiful. An oasis , a wonderful spot to vacation.

Security was doing there job when they approached us about our kids playing catch in the pool but he used profanity many times while handling the situation. Scott was the security persons name.

We loved our stay at Lands End even though the weather did NOT cooperate. The condo was great and pool was Awesome! If the weather would have been warm the beach would have been perfect as well. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Beautiful property with beautiful sunrises and excellent beaches with gorgeous sunsets! The complex has beautiful boardwalk surrounding it so it has beautiful views everywhere. The pool is large and very beautiful and clean. Even though condo is bay front it’s only a short walk to enjoy the beach that had amazing shelling! My husband was able to fish right in bay on dog beach and loved it. And we saw several dolphins in the bay right outside our balcony and got to enjoy the music across the way from waterfront bars. It was not disturbing and was not heard with patio doors closed. Condo was stocked with many needed necessities and beach items! Would stay here again!

This is our 4th time staying at Land’s End and this is our favorite condo on the bay side! Updated condo is beautiful and so relaxing to listen to the music at the restaurants across the water.

There was a closet full of beach items; chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing pole and more. The pool at this property is HUGE compared to most places with plenty of loungers and tables as well as nice bathrooms with showers. Note: they have several pool rules and a camera system they use to enforce; no throwing balls, no floating devices, no one under 17 in hot tub.. so if you have young kids who like to play rowdy, this may not be the place for you or at least be prepared to have staff intervene. The unit was very clean and comfortable although the LR furniture is starting to show some wear. The beds were very comfortable however the bedding (supplied by cleaning service) could stand to be upgraded. The sheets were very basic motel like and did not stay in place at all which was annoying. We reserved this unit specifically because it had bunk beds but unfortunately this was changed to a queen bed at some point so that was a disappointing surprise. The balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and dogs play on the beach right below. There is live music across the water that is enjoyable to listen to from afar. It gets louder on the weekend but over by 10:00 so wasn't a big deal at all. The washing machine needed service so hopefully that will be completed soon for future guests. The unit is stocked with extras like blankets and fans, board games, cards, and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the quieter location of Sunset Beach. It's away from the main areas so less crowded but a quick, easy drive to whatever you need. We would definitely stay at Lands End again but likely find a different unit only because we prefer bunk beds.

The unit smelled of mildew, the tile floor kept “sweating “ which made it slick, the dishwasher stopped working, and the furniture in the master bedroom has not been taken care of. We called Next Home on 2 separate instances to report the smell, sweating floor, and broken dishwasher but nothing was ever resolved. A maintenance man did come about the odor and the floor but all he did was leave out containers of Damp Rid and say he had no idea why the floor was sweating. Absolutely gorgeous unit, but not being taken care of.

Pans had food in them. Looks like was used and put back. Plates had food crumbs on them. At room had pink ,mold or soap scum. Dusty furniture. Dust balls rolling around. The broom looks like it belonged in a barber shop. So much fuzz and hair on it. I have pictures of all of it. I was told I would get back a partial refund for cleaning. Haven’t seen that yet. Was told the pink mold was staining. Well I washed it with a sponge and it came off. Pics of that as well. Could be a nice place but I would never stay there again. I should get a full refund living in someone else’s filth. Might want to check your cleaning service because they are not doing their job.

I had been down here to Land’s End in about 12 years, luckily it hasn’t changed a bit. We used this as our honeymoon and I can’t tell you how much we have enjoyed it here! Needless to say we extended our stay a few extra days. The condo is up to date and very clean. The view from the balcony is also a plus. Bed is comfortable with plenty of covers. At night you can hear the music of live bands from across the bay. There is also a closet full of items to take with you to the beach! We even got to see manatee and dolphins in the bay, and even a woodpecker outside our window during our stay!If you are looking for food there are a ton of great options! We favored Sea Dogs and DeLosa’s pizza, though Bubba Gump shrimp was also on our list. The winery at Johns pass has amazing wine slushies too! We ran into all kinds of people and everyone was very nice! The guards at the gate are always available to talk to and will help you find places if needed. I really can’t say enough about our stay here. I have a feeling this will be our new vacation spot every year.

The unit has all the amenities you would want. The grounds are kept up extremely well.Our only issues had to do with the master bedroom dressed. Two bottom drawers were non functional. There was the broken chair I mentioned last year that was still there. Two things mentioned in the listing were not available - the remote for the security gate and a phone service was disconnected. Small items that had no effect on how much we enjoyed this well appointed condo!

Such an ideal location.. the beach feels as if you are on a private island. there is not direct public access right outside the condo complex, so it feels secluded. The pool is MASSIVE! extremely enjoyable and heated salt water pool for those that don't like cold water. The grounds are surrounded with pathways and boardwalks. The unit overlooks a little Blind Pass which has numerous sea life that swim in it. Countless days we saw dolphins swimming and were able to watch them right off of our balcony. The unit is absolutely stunning!! very modern and update!! The grounds keeper, gate keeper, and pool attendant were friendly and enjoyable to talk to!! Also the office staff through NEXTHOME was great to work with as well when I called with questions. I can not wait to return for a future trip.

They need to be replaced. The twins were so noisy and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a bag of chips. The king is sagging pretty bad. I would stay here again but ask for a unit with better beds. The people were friendly and the location is perfect. They provided us with all the essentials too. Laundry soap, dish soap, coffee for a week, paper towels to start. Plenty of towels too. Great rental company.

There is a walking boardwalk around the area which was super nice to get some steps in or just view the water, boats etc. The condo itself was very nice!! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms....all very nice!! The one exception was the mattresses on ALL the beds could use an update !! I’ve seen that mentioned in other reviews and now I can say their complaints about mattress are REAL!!! 😂😂 That wouldn’t stop me from giving this place a great review though!!! If you decide to rent you won’t be disappointed !!

The beach is nice and quiet, not overpacked with people, and my boys loved fishing on the rocks. It's a clean, nice property. We loved the condo! Updated and pretty! The one and only complaint I would have is that the cleaners need to wipe the washing machine from mold build up with the door being shut and moisture staying in! Beautiful place and definitely want to go back! Wish I was still there!

The condo was very nice. The beds are not the greatest, and the living room couch was a bit worn out, but the condo itself had everything we needed and was a nice place. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the activity on the bay waters. There are restaurants across the water that have live music you can hear in the condo, but we did not find it disturbing. We enjoyed it actually. Nice pool and property amenities, but a bit of a drive to restaurants and shops since it is at the end of the island. This is not a party place, but a great place to come relax.

Very nice unit and complex. Super clean and updated top to bottom. The rental agency was very easy to work with and responsive to inquiries. Great pool — one of the best around. Nice private beach with white sand, yet close to restaurants and tourist attractions at John’s Pass. We loved watching the dolphins swim by and listening to the live music from Toasted Monkey across the inlet from our unit. We’ve stayed in this complex many times over the years, and this was one of the nicest units by far. If I’m being picky, the beds could use an update as well as the beach chairs, but these were minor issues. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week. The condo was clean and very updated. Beautiful inlet view, and close walk to the pool and beach. Only draw back was HOA rules for the pool and extra guests. Having family near by we were only allowed to have 2 visitors per day.

Nice spot right on the waterway, large pool available. Very close to beach. Could use some furniture upgrades, but very clean.

The property had everything we needed and more for our family getaway. We loved the area and how close the pool and beach access was. We will definitely be back to this condo!
