Lights on exterior stairs were out, no shower liner, fire place didn't work, hot tub water level too low for adequate jet use, no tv/cable account for cabin.

Our trip to Helen GA was a wonderful experience. The house was nice and clean, had a fireplace that we spent the first night reading by the fire, it had a hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed multiple times, and it was located within a few minutes of everything we did while we were there. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore what Helen GA has to offer. The only thing we didn’t like was that we went for the 4th of July, but the community the rental was located in didn’t allow us to set off the fireworks we purchased specifically for our stay.

We had a wonderful time and the location was great. We had easy access to all of Helen and anything we needed or wanted. We will definitely be going back. No trouble with getting in the property everything was provided as listed. It was nice to see that they even had a few games for us to play. The hot tub was amazing!

This property was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway! Check in was a breeze, the property manager checked in several times prior to our stay and during the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The property was clean and orderly and conveniently located to everything you would want to experience while in Helen!

Just a couple of suggestions: Clean or replace carpet to remove stains King bed mattress slopes in middle

The property was as described. We enjoyed the fact that it was a bit off the main roads and gave us easy access to the less crowded backroads, making it stress free to drive the very short distance to and from downtown Helen.

The condo was very nice and clean. Checkin and checkout was very easy. The only downfall would be the mattress for the queen bed was very hard and You could feel the springs in the mattress. Overall it was a great place to stay for our trip to helen.

Space was tiny. We thought or I thought that the house was just for us and no one sharing. Very small place even just for us 4. Overall we still enjoyed it

One night I went out to get something out of the car and nearly bumped into a bear cub. He went running down the stairs and we saw him join his mother and another cub at the street. There were four of us and we did Cool River Tubing which was great.Had breakfast at Hofer's Bakery and Cafe and the food and the service were great. We had several things from the bakery and they did not disappoint.

The living room was just the right size, with a very comfortable recliner. And my FAVORITE part of the whole condo was the PHENOMENAL hot tub. We were in the hot tub everyday, several times a day (LOVED it)!! The condo was located right inside the gated community with close access to Helen and all the activities. It was exactly what we needed and we'll definitely stay here again!
