I had the best time at this cabin! It was so cute and perfect for my stay. The porch, scenery and animals were fun and relaxing. Penny and Jerry were so fun to meet. I can't wait to return!

This was very peaceful and serene. Just what we needed for the weekend. Sitting on the porch watching the horses felt like in the mountains but only a couple miles away from downtown. Totally enjoyed and hosts were great. We’ll definitely book again.

We stayed for a quick weekend away. The house was perfect for our needs, very quiet and peaceful. Very close to town, but felt very distant also. Sitting in the back porch in the evening was so relaxing, and watching the horses was nice. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay!!

Overall, very good. It was a pain when leaving and or arriving that I always had to get out of my car and open a swinging gate to drive through. Since it was raining most of the days I was there, that was not pleasant and often muddy. This was just a price to pay for the pleasant setting.
My only other complaint, is that the shower was very small.

My wife and I have been to the area many times over the years and have stayed at several different places but this one is now our favorite. Penny and Jerry were awesome and the tiny house exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and we will definitely be back!

Worth every penny....pun intended. GreaT setting .Very accommodating hosts. Suggestions for nearby attractions and food were spot on. The animals on the farm played more of a part to my relaxation than I expected. Shout out to Kentucky and Ghost. Thank you Penny and Jerry! Hope to see again

We had a perfect, 3 night stay at the Ranch at Mt. Airy. The ranch house had everything we needed to prep and cook our meals, and was nicely appointed. The king-sized bed was one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in, especially while traveling, and the cicadas and katydids sang softly to us each night as we drifted off to a glorious night's sleep. We loved sitting out on the deck each morning and watching the horses graze. We had such a lovely stay!

Our host, Penny was wonderful. Friendly, helpful and southern hospitality. She offered a few suggestions on where to eat and the best wineries. She was spot on about everything. We plan to return to the cabin the next time we are in Mt. Airy.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Stayed with my 81 yr old momma and she loved every moment (as did I). Plan to return someday. Owners were extremely nice people. I've stayed in many, many rentals with momma and this cabin is by far my absolute favorite.

This cabin was the right combination of comfort and coziness. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the roosters crowing while watching the parade of horses from the deck. The location was great as it was a short drive to downtown Mt Airy

A wonderful spot for a quick getaway. The views were so relaxing from the deck. The inside was clean with a comfortable bed and a sofa as well as a great little kitchen and tools to cook should you choose. The owners were so very kind and also informative about where to visit in the area. We loved seeing and hearing the horses. Penny was so nice to have us down for a feeding and we learned about the individual horses. They are lucky to have her to care for them.

This is just a great place to stay , the owners are great people and are there for anything you may need . With it being a working farm they enjoy showing you around . Great location,as you can get anywhere in the area in just minutes . We will be back again

Penny and Jerry’s place was great! It was so clean, bed was super comfortable, close to town, great porch with views of the horses, great place to have a cup of coffee in the morning.
We enjoyed meeting Mr. Ed and Kentucky ❤️ Seeing the chickens and ducks and we adored Scout! I highly recommend their place.

Penny was pro-active in ensuring the cabin would be ready upon our arrival. She offered recommendations for dinner and sites that were spot on.
The cabin was clean and had everything you could ask for to have a peaceful, relaxing stay.
The location is awesome. We were minutes away from the historic downtown area of Mt. Airy, NC, a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pilot Mountain.
We would definitely stay here again.

We were transom Cleveland to OBX and wanted to split the drive. This was the perfect halfway point. The cottage was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed hanging out on "the patio". We wetenly a short drive from downtown Mount Airy where we enjoyed breakfast Leon's Burger express and dinner at Old North State Winery
The bed was very comfortable and seeing both the horses and dog at Penny's place was a treat. The only downside was not having a freezer in the mini fridge but we made it work. We'd definitely stay again.

We loved staying at The Ranch in Mt Airey! It was so peaceful and comfortable. The porch was wonderful. It looks out on to the pasture with beautiful horses. The hosts were very friendly. They made us feel very welcome, and asked over and over if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean!!!

A perfectly peaceful haven only three miles from the fun and hubbub of downtown Mt. Airy. We especially appreciated Penny's patience in educating us about her horses, ducks, chickens, and one protective rooster! My four-year-old granddaughter loved EVERYTHING! What fun.
