This house is truly something special. Between the convenient location on the island and the perfectly decorated rooms, it is an amazing place to take a beautiful vacation on Kiawah Island.

The house is beautiful, the kitchen well equipped for cooking in, the pool and back patio are perfect for relaxing. The walk to the beach was fairly easy. This rental made for one of our best Kiawah trips yet.

This year we needed a larger house because we had 10 adult kids and teen age grandkids.They all loved the pool and used it every day after the beach and in the evening. We used the pool table every night.The house had two dishwashers and ovens and two washers/dryers. Plenty of seating and enough dishes, pots. pans, etc. Plan on returning next year. Property management was VERY responsive to any need/question we had. Only disappointment is no one turned in a pair of golf shorts and Boston Marathon shirt I left behind. But that does not take away from the great time the property provided.

Our take is that the house was just finished or built because a lot of things were not complete or half done (e.g., lights left unfinished, blue tape on walls, shower heads not installed correctly). Also note that the house echoes a TON, so for us with a baby it was hard. You could hear everything. One last note, odd but the furniture was SUPER heavy esp downstairs so moving chairs, etc. was very clunky.
