Loved our stay at this fantastic home. It has wonderful large open spaces for gathering and is beautifully decorated. We gathered to celebrate a family member's 50th birthday and it was perfect for lounging, cooking and gathering for our party of 8. The hosts communicated well with detailed instructions that may it easy to enjoy our stay! Would highly recommend :)

Great house, great location, great area. The house was very clean and nicely maintained. 4 BR and 4.5 baths was perfect for my family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nice walking paths around the golf course, as well. Very short walk to the beach. There is a guard shack to access the neighborhood, which we did not know. That said, the guard had our names on file and no issues coming and going as we pleased. The only item we would have asked for is more than one TV. There is just the one television in the living room, but nothing in any of the bedrooms. That would have been nice. But other than that, the views from the porch and seating areas were fantastic. The home was very comfortable, and we will be back!

The accommodations were fabulous and matched the listing description perfectly. We had an issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly and our food spoiling. A quick text to the management company and we had a mini fridge delivered within 24 hours which allowed for us to salvage some items. They were quick to respond and quick to provide a solution. Highly recommend this property. It did not disappoint!

This was a perfect house for our group of 6 women celebrating a big birthday. It was spacious, bright and the location couldn't be beat. We took advantage of the many areas to lounge around as well as the large kitchen and dining areas. We played pickleball at the nearby courts followed by walks on the beach. The hosts provided all of the information we could ever need and even left us a welcome gift! I highly recommend this house and wild dunes in general.

Beautiful, comfortable home. Lovely spot to get together for our duo B-day celebration. Group came from Minnesota, Michigan and Florida. Great experience and we all decided we would come back again and experience more of South Carolina!!

We had such a wonderful stay at "The Sunny Side." The house was very comfortable with plenty of space to spread out and also be together as a family. The hosts made it so easy from booking to check in procedure as well as being attentive during our stay. The pool key fob did not work but the hosts were still able to get us access to the pool, which was great. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the street and we really enjoyed that. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed and there were plenty of beach/pool towels. It was a great location and we loved being inside Wild Dunes. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a fabulous time at the Sunny Side. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and the sheets and towels provided were great. Pool access and beach access were easily accessible. The location was perfect. We look forward to visiting again. Only con: there should be at least 1 queen or king bed in addition to the master bedroom.

This house gave us a wonderful getaway! Clean, good location, supplied with plenty of towels (for bathrooms and the beach), and plenty of cookware to meet all of our needs. The check in/out was easy due to the clear and timely communication. Our favorite aspects of this house were the easy walk to the beach (we rented chairs and umbrellas and highly recommended doing so! Just make sure to bring your own beach toys.) The community swimming pool was a huge hit with our kids. Overall we were very happy with our stay!

The Sunny Side home was beautiful, just as described and as shown in photos- plenty of space to spread out with two families, comfortable seating and beds and so close to the beach. We rented an LSV and it was perfect to zip over to the beach and into town to shops and restaurants. One thing to note is there are NO beach chairs or umbrella so definitely plan to rent- we didn’t arrive until July 3 to find no chairs or umbrella and too late to rent for the 4th of July - and it was a scorcher! All in all- awesome stay!!

The house is beautiful and extremely clean. Being only a short walk from the beach and being inside the Wild Dunes club makes this property ideal for families. I highly recommend staying here. The only thing to be aware of is that there is limited parking. Two cars can easily park at the house.

Everything about the house was perfect for a family. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The walk to the beach is easy, and the pool is about 300 feet away. The communication with the property management was the best experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend this stay!

We rented the house for a weekend girls getaway and couldn't be more disappointed. When we checked in on Thursday we walked into a dead roach in the kitchen (supposedly right after the cleaning crew came). Later that night we noticed the food in the fridge never got cold. I texted the property manager and did not hear back from him until Friday morning. He was rude and argumentative. He tried to tell me it was normal - I told him I disagreed and that by now all of our food (and our infant's formula) had spoiled. The refrigerator's temp was pushing sixty degrees. He sent a repair tech to come look at it for us and he let us know it was unrepairable. The repair tech suggested we purchase dry ice to try to keep some groceries cold. We never heard a word from the property manager. There was a mini fridge where we stored a few essentials that also ended up breaking. I texted the property manager again about this Saturday morning and he was not helpful. Another round of groceries spoiled and another rude text exchange with the property manager. I requested compensation and complained to VRBO. The VRBO rep said it would get relayed to the property owner. It's been over a week and I have heard nothing from the property manager, the owner, or VRBO. We spent a good chunk of change on this property for the weekend and feel with paying the price we did a working refrigerator shouldn't be an issue. We understand stuff happens, but expect to at least be treated with respect. The situation should be corrected by refunding some of the rental fee. I hope they writing this review helps get this resolved and also helps other families avoid this ridiculous situation. Stay away from this property the hassle isn't worth it!!

We had a lovely time at this beautiful property.

Our family had an amazing stay here this week! The house was clean, just as pictured & extremely spacious. We were able to enjoy family meals in both dining spaces, relax on the patios, & cook with plenty of room. The house is a 2 minute walk to the community pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach, both of which we truly enjoyed. We rented a golf cart for the entirety of our stay and we HIGHLY recommend doing this as sometimes it is tough finding Ubers on the island. It made going to the grocery store and out to dinners very easy and accessible. We all would recommend staying here & would happily come back!

The house is beautiful. Super clean and it fit all of our guests comfortably. But there was no service in the area and it made it impossible to get Ubers or Lyfts. I definitely recommend renting a car and don’t rely on the Ubers to get you around!

The Sunny Side exceeded all our expectations. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped! Everything we needed and more was at our fingertips, including parking, community swimming pool and beach. We look forward to a return visit!

This house is in the perfect location for kids! The beach is a short walk across the street, and the pool is practically in the front yard! There were also lots of kid-friendly games we played together that were included with the house. My kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and the master suite is HUGE! Thanks for a memorable 4th of July!

This was the perfect place for our extended family (10 people) summer vacation. Gorgeous, clean, lots of open space to sit and dine, well appointed kitchen, every bedroom has its own bathroom. 5 minute walk to the beach. 2 minute walk to community pool. We will stay here again!

Truly beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. A gorgeous home with everything you need. It felt so comfortable and relaxing.

Our group of adults loved staying at this property for 3 nights! The house was amazing - so clean and nicely decorated; so many kitchen supplies for cooking, eating; probably around 20 beach towels; 4 beach chairs (which we didn’t use but we did appreciate the option of having); an amazing master suite; full body mirrors in every room to help in the getting ready process; a great upper front porch with seating that could accommodate about 6 or 7 people; a less than 5 min walk to the ocean. It was a little bit far on isle of palm to get around so it was a little bit of a pain to get Ubers from the house but we were always able to- just had to wait a bit (30 minutes was fairly common for us to wait). Would highly recommend and consider returning - would definitely be a kid friendly place to stay as well. The only additional things we needed for the beach was a cooler, ice, and sunscreen which luckily we had prepared for! We were able to order groceries on an app but had a tough time figuring out how to order alcohol to the house so we had to pick it up on the way - the nearest stores we could see seemed to far to walk. Overall loved our stay, we were very happy!

This house is wonderfully clean, perfectly located and gave our crew the best weekend away this spring. Loved our stay and would go back again!
