The condo was perfect...beautifully decorated, immaculate, well stocked with starter kitchen, laundry, and bath supplies, and fully stocked with quality kitchen cookware, dishes, glassware and tools. Communications were excellent. We will be back!

Everything was great. Close to all the events we had for the weekend wedding we attended. . Next time I would like for the Beach Access to be closer

We enjoyed our stay in this condo unit for a long weekend of golfing and going to the beach. The furnishings and attention to detail felt welcoming and the house was very clean. The beach is a short walk away, which the kids appreciated. The host was also very responsive to questions.
The only drawbacks were small issues - ants got in, some lights stopped working, and noises from upstairs came through the ceiling; but nothing impacted our enjoyment of our stay.

Over The Moon more than delivered on its description. The high-end finishes were spectacular. I particularly loved the lighted magnifying mirror medicine cabinets in the bathroom. The location was terrific. We even saw alligators in the neighborhood. Steven and Sarah were wonderful to deal with and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend a stay at Over The Moon. In fact, I can’t wait to come back.

We were in town for a wedding at the Sanctuary and this was a short walk or drive away in a beautiful neighborhood not far from the beach or Turtle Point Golf course. Perfect for 3 Couples.

Loved the fact there was 3 Restrooms. Very Convenient.
Refrigerator did not make ice. Individual came out immediately & cold not fix however supplied us with two bags of ice.
My wife wanted to share that the house cleaners that clean the unit need to check above headboards in bedrooms. Dust had accumulated. She is a neat freak since she has allergies.
Overall great place & would book again.

Wonderful and relaxing time at this villa. Walking distance to the sanctuary and 15 min walk to beach. Super quiet and perfect for tired parents weekend away from the kiddos! Highly recommend The Ryder Cup Bar at sunset!

We had a great holiday weekend stay at ‘Over the Moon’. The place was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. Only short walk to beach and a great place to ride bikes around the community.

We’ve been coming to Kiawah for 20+ years and have stayed at different places all over the island. There’s a reason why this is our 4th time back at Over the Moon. It’s the best!
Super clean, I mean SPOTLESS!!!! Incredibly well stocked kitchen for cooking in. CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!!! We absolutely love it. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful and well-appointed villa close to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with the needed essentials to prepare meals and the living/sitting room has an open feel that is perfect for families to socialize. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The layout and furnishings of the property are very satisfactory. It was very disappointing that despite our phone call on the first evening, we were not able to use the oven during the entire stay. Spare bath towels and bar soap would have been welcome.

Over the Moon was as advertised and with the exception of the weather we had a fabulous stay. Furnishings were top notch and comfortable. Loved sitting in living room watching an alligator gliding across the pond.
3 bedrooms allowed all of us to feel very comfortable and not crowded.
I spent the week before at the J W Marriott in Nashville and OVER THE MOON was a better experience!

Property was just as advertised. The finished family room (as opposed to the other units' screened in porches) was key. We spent most of our time in this area of the home and it greatly enhanced the experience. Much closer to the beach than we thought. The communication with the owners was great. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Will definitely be back.

This was maybe our 4th time visiting Kiawah and this by far was the most fresh feeling place we have stayed. The location was really wonderful for biking to the beach (2 great boardwalk options) or to The Sanctuary or for breakfast at Night Heron. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved Kiawah island and where we stayed! It was exactly as stated. Very clean, updated and very comfortable! Loved some of the added touches like the cookies and bottle of wine! Close to the beach. If I had any questions response by text was prompt. Would stay there again! Thank you!

Over The Moon was a great place! We really enjoyed our stay there. Steven and Tessa were great hosts! They were very resourceful and very accommodating. The place was very clean and neat. The location was even better... It was about a 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the tennis courts and 2 min walk to the Osprey Golf course. We would definitely stay here again!

Renting was easy and creating a login for itrip was easy. Owners provided great communication prior to the trip and very responsive when additional parking passes were needed.

This spot was perfectly situated within Kiawah and the property management was great with communication leading up to the stay. We were even able to get in a little early which was awesome!

Over the Moon was extremely clean and wonderfully maintained. The drawers, kitchen equipment and laundry areas were even super neat and tidy. The use of space and furniture chosen to maximize the space was perfect and all the finishes are updated and new. We hope to return sometime soon.
