We had a wonderful weekend! The place was super clean and comfortable. The screened in porch was a fabulous bonus. The location was great. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need it in town. We were able to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend staying here.

Rental is in great location. Many of the shops/restaurants we wanted to visit were an easy walk for us. The screen porch was a wonderful place to unwind at end of day.

We are each families of 4 with teenage boys and we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend these cabins for those wishing to stay in Helen.

This rental was fantastic. It was super clean and just as advertised. It was just our family of four but it was very spacious with lots of room to spread out. The screened porch and grill were such a nice addition. Great view of the river and within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The rental company was very responsive when we called with questions and even called us to check in to see if we needed anything. The kitchen is big with lots of counter space but only equipped with very basic supplies/utensils. If you’re staying for several days Or like to cook in, I’d suggest bringing your own spices (there was only salt and pepper) and any other kitchen staples you can’t live without. We were only there two nights so this was no big deal. Thanks so much for such a great stay.

The check in was horrible. The lock pass code did not work. The Wi-Fi did not work the entire time. The tv in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work. I tripped on a mat in the screened in porch where the corner is curled up a bit. Needs to be nailed down. A worker walked in on Sunday bc he had paperwork saying we were checking out. We weren’t checking out until Monday. We loved the condo but the management Company was horrible.

Our ONLY issues were that the Kuerig coffee maker leaked and we were only provided with one kitchen towel (which we had to use for the leaking coffee maker) and the ice dispenser didn't always cooperate -- VERY MINOR ISSUES. A box of tissues would have been a nice thing to have. All in all, very enjoyable stay. Beautiful town. NYE at Festhall was a blast.

Stayed at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. Very roomy and decorated impeccably! Close to the shops and restaurants!

The whole rental experience was wonderful. Everything was very streamlined and easy to complete from booking to check out. The place is beautiful the back yard is rustic and has a great view of the river. The front side of the house is overlooking the downtown area. We loved it and will definitely stay here again! It had everything we needed and more!

Beautiful 2 bedroom 3 bath condo, 200 ft. from the Oktoberfest Fest Halle, where all the fun happens. Also a 5 min. walk to the downtown area of Helen.

Everything was fantastic!! Great space!!! LOVED it! Only minor issue was key pads had around a 15 min delay so we couldn't get in right at check in time.

LOVED this place. Very beautiful decor, great layout, perfect use of space and the location is just amazing. Right on the river and you literally cannot get any closer to the Helen Fest Hall. Two (2) dedicated parking spots and the property management was very nice and quick to respond. Hell, we want to buy the place! haha

Play was beautiful, clean and in a great location. You can walk to all that Helen has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

We stay in Helen quite often as our son goes to college in Cleveland and our friends live nearby. This house was just the right amount of space to relax and enjoy some down time. Great porch with a screen to keeps the bugs out and we were able to grill. The beds were comfortable and it was a juice space to just hang out. We will definitely be back to stay again

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and it has been wonderful, each time! The unit is in a great location, and is convenient to everything! We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch, where we enjoyed watching everyone go by in their tube, on the river. Communication with the property management team was excellent. We will be back again next year !!!!
