We have two families staying for our time in Sedona. The house was perfect for all 9 of us ranging in ages from 8-43! The layout of the house was great to have kids upstairs and parents downstairs. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus for all to enjoy!

Family room wall of windows takes you out to the red rocks of the desert while indoors. Kitchen coffee bar was a hit while watching the sunrise. Roomy home gave our 9 member family group plenty of space at the table and throughout the house. Great location for trails. Would definitely stay at this beautiful home in Sedona again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The views and location were lovely. The property was fully supplied. Everyone enjoyed the property. The only area that I would point to improving is the sleeping accommodations. This property does not comfortably sleep 11 adults. Children may be able to comfortably sleep in the pull outs but we found them to be very uncomfortable. In my opinion, this property can sleep 8 adults comfortably.

Loved the house and location. It was located very close to multiple trails and we were able to mountain bike ride from the house. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a hard day of riding. The house was clean and spacious. The views were amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

What a property! We love our adventures in the morning and coming back to a luxury home to relax and this property checks all the boxes. The home amenities were amazing: inches from the coconino national forest with trails steps away, close to downtown Sedona, 2 hours from Grand Canyon south rim, stocked kitchen, working grill, and very clean. We hiked every morning, found a kayak adventure, and did a pink jeep tour all within a week. It was really hot at the end of July, which we expected, but the pool and hot tub (set to 90 degrees) were perfect wind downs. The neighbors were so nice and the wild life was fun to see, but glad they stayed on the other side of the fence. Our entire family ranging from our high school and college age kids to 2 sets of grandparents had an amazing time. Thanks for such a lovely home, I hope everyone who uses this home has as much fun and respects this property as much as we did. Oh...and the stargazing is amazing!

It was an outstanding property and very well managed. The only thing that wasn't first rate was the weather-too hot.

We had a very pleasant stay at the house. The kids absolutely loved playing together in the pool and with the shuffleboard and foosball tables. The house was our home for 4 days.

A beautiful property on border of national forest and affording absolutely stunning views in all directions.

This was an amazing place to stay. Close to everything but at the end of the road and right next to the national forest. Everything worked great and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend for a group or family outing.

Great family house

We stayed at this VRBO with 6 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect. The pool and hot tub are great features for both the kids and adults, and the two outdoor patios is perfect. Paying for the heated pool was 100 percent worth it. The dining room and living room gave us enough seating to have some great family time and the bedrooms gave us a comfortable place to tuck in at the end of the night. The views are beautiful especially from the top floor, and it’s in a safe location. Plus we got to see some wildlife such as some wild javelinas. This VRBO also provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, and other various toiletries which was helpful. No complaints.

We had a very nice time in Sedona. The property was very nice. Pros- Large bedrooms, I didn't use the laundry room, but the machines were huge! Everything was clean. It was very close to all the places we wanted to visit. The hot tub was nice, the spa/tub/showers in the bedrooms were nice. I liked that the place had all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices one could need ( we didn't do any cooking, but it was cool to see it all - they even had a baster brush!). Cons- The pool was cold and was unable to be used. There was only 1 TV remote, so we had to shuttle the remote upstairs/downstairs based on who wanted to watch TV (luckily the one remote worked on both TVs - and we didn't watch very much) In the evening the sun shone right into the dining room and got in people's eyes (the large sliding glass doors in the dining room didn't have any shades) so that was somewhat troublesome. Overall it was a nice place and set up for guests very nicely.

Our group of 4 adults and 4 teens had a fantastic stay in this large house with 2 master suites! They were super responsive when we asked to check in a day early and check in was very smooth. The pool and hot tub were great - it’s super sunny so the pool could use an umbrella to provide some shade from the sun. The kitchen was well appointed - we did have to buy a pasta pot that we “donated” when we left. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and the cleaning crew forgot to leave us dishwasher tabs. I would highly recommend this beautiful property! It’s a quick drive to hikes and there are also trails right out the back door. Close to Uptown Sedona and the grocery store but also very private in a cute quiet neighborhood.

What a perfect property for a group to enjoy all the beauty that Sedona offers. The house was amazing and the view was spectacular. We will definitely come back!

This was a dream find and so much fun! We were on a road trip across the southwest and this was our R&R find. Sedona is such a great destination for everyone imaginable and we loved visiting the town with our group of people ranging from 8-68 each finding something fun to do. In this house we had so much room to spread out and enjoy this house, living spaces, bathrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The roof decks, pool and hot tub and walking path out back were great. We celebrated 4th of July, birthdays and life during our short visit. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to return!!!

The house is amazing and in great location!

The property was stunning and immaculate! Fit our family/friends comfortably. The amenities were fabulous and the view of the red rocks from the back of the house was breath taking. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, our stay at this house was great! The house is quite sizable for our group and fit all of us (nine adults) comfortably. Aside from the large living areas (there are two...one upstairs and one downstairs), the large dining table was perfect for our group and allowed us to enjoy meals together. The house itself was very clean and well-furnished. The bedrooms were all sizable and having the sofa/pull-out beds in three of the four bedrooms were a really nice touch. But the best part of the house was the location and view! It was really quite nice to able to walk from the back of the house to a nice walking path. Although it runs up against the highway, it was a large area to walk around amongst nature and take in the views! Speaking of the views...this has got to be the best feature of the house! The house has stunning 360 degree views, especially from the upstairs of the house. The only significant "issue" we had was with the WiFi. During most of the trip, the WiFi did not work. Although we would be able to connect to the network, there was no connectivity. The property management company worked diligently to correct the issue but ultimately could not resolve it. During the entire process, the management company was responsive and worked hard to find the issue. In the end, the property management company provided us a credit for the lack of working WiFi, which was appreciated.

Great place to stay with family or friends

We chose this house mainly because it backed up to the National Forest. It was so nice to just walk out the backyard to the trails for early am hikes. The views are amazing! The house was just as described and very clean. It has all the essentials we needed! The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Would definitely stay here again if In the areas.

The house had everything and more.
