This condo is absolutely perfect and I try to rent it every time I visit Carolina Beach! It's very nicely appointed with all you need, has amazing views of the ocean with it's living room and rooftop decks, is within a couple minutes walk to the boardwalk, and the property management are incredibly friendly and are great at working with you to accommodate requests. Just a fantastic experience every time I stay!

This property is a one of a kind. Great layout with beautiful beach front views. My wife and I loved the master suite and the view of the beach. We also loved the security of the property with key codes needed for entry into the stairwell and elevator. Great location! Walking distance to the boardwalk and so many great restaurants! Property owners were responsive when needed and always kind and respectful. We look forward to hopefully staying here at Top Deck again!

The condo's location is fabulous with beautiful views of the water from the living room and rooftop decks. It is nicely Pointed, has everything you need, and is only a couple minutes walk from the boardwalk. The property management are very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. I can't say enough good things about this condo!

Top Deck was such an amazing place to stay! Very clean, everything we needed in the kitchen, elevator, bathroom in every bedroom and then the views!!! We loved the deck, we loved the upper deck and then I loved the well placed mirrors so even when doing dishes you still had a view. Also being an end unit the extra window over looking the Ferris wheel was a big hit. We only found two hiccups- I wish we would have had a chair for the beach since I was traveling with an 87 year old. The other was the lighting in main living are was rather dim. However they were minor and did not really impact our trip or the way we enjoyed Top Deck!

This condo is absolutely fabulous and will be the condo I will book for every Carolina Beach stay! The condo is nicely appointed with everything you need in the kitchen, amazing views of the ocean with a living area deck and a rooftop deck, very comfortably decorated, and clean. The communication from the property management was also timely and very friendly. Just a great vacation spot!

The condo was perfect and well cleaned. The location was ideal for walking to restaurants and the boardwalk. My family does a lot of cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast lunch and dinner. As well as many containers for storing leftovers. The ice machine is also a star. we were able to fill coolers daily and still have ice for our drinks. The beds were very comfortable as well as the seating throughout the home. But, my favorite touch was the amazing patio furniture that was very comfortable and great for enjoying the ocean view. The host was very attentive but not unnecessarily communicating with you throughout your stay. We will be coming back!!!

Our family returned to Top Deck after a previous wonderful stay there. It was every bit as good as we remembered. I can't say enough about the incredible view of the beach. We especially enjoyed watching the beach from the new padded rocking chairs on the balcony, and watching the fireworks and the stars from the roof deck. The unit was immaculate when we arrived, and was well equipped. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of seating to take in the huge tv in the living room. The iTrip team was very responsive and made the rental and check-in/check-out process a breeze. We can't wait to return for another stay!

This place has it all, close to the boardwalk & right on the beach. Place is exactly as pictured & the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals. The inside space offered our 2 adult sons & their wives their own space & enough room for all of our infant grandsons stuff to be strategically placed in case of a meltdown. The balcony & rooftop are my favorite spots, you can hear & see the ocean AND the balcony did fit all of us to hang out at night, we brought 2 camp folding chairs that fit perfect. We will definitely rent here again.

We went and stayed at Carolina Beach with 6 girls to celebrate our 40th birthday. We had an amazing time and the condo was really perfect for all of us. Both the top patio and lower patio were amazing to sit and listen to the ocean. The place was clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation really enjoyable.

This was a great place to stay. Location was perfect for the beach, entertainment and restaurants. The condo was very beautiful, well maintained, and had everything we needed that was listed. We were a family with three young children ranging from 5 years - 8 months and there were no safety concerns. Would definitely recommend!!

We have stayed at many places and rented with lots of companies….this is hands down the BEST CONDO ever and iTrip is wonderful to work with! Any questions have been answered so quickly, the linens were lovely, the unit was the cleanest ever and the communication has been great! This condo….wow where do you even start. It’s amazing from top to bottom. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, amazing TVs for movie watching, the decks are incredible and the location unbeatable. We will definitely be back next year!

Just a short trip to the beach. This place checked all the boxes. Great location, nicely appointed and supplied, fantastic views, and pool. It had it all!

All was great. The weather prevented us from enjoying the top deck. We hope to visit again and gain that missed experience

We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation in "Top Deck" at Carolina Beach, N.C. The expansive ocean views and sunrises from both our 4th-floor balcony and the rooftop deck were breathtaking. The attention to detail by the owners was impressive, with monogrammed towels, lovely decor throughout the unit, binoculars, puzzles & board games, and beach chairs & sand toys provided for guests' enjoyment. All three bedrooms boasted comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances made cooking meals a breeze, and everything was spotless and new. The direct oceanfront location was perfect, within walking distance of the boardwalk, and numerous shops & restaurants. We took advantage of nearby attractions including mini golf, hiking at two national parks, a golf driving range at a nearby resort, and mani/pedis at a nearby nail salon. We highly recommend this property, along with the exceptional iTrip property management company, for anyone seeking a refined, top-notch beach vacation.

Top Deck was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of 4. The views of the ocean are unmatched, the beds are comfortable, and the amenities are great. The location was in easy walking distance to the boardwalk, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We look forward to returning one day!

This place was nice the view was beautiful. The beds was really comfortable nicely decorated. Will stay here again in the future. Also the roof top was super nice and relaxing.

This condo was the perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. It was comfortable and extremely well stocked and the views were unbeatable! We enjoyed taking in the sunrise with coffee in the mornings and watching birds and dolphins from the bay window in the afternoons. The weather was pretty chilly during our stay, but on sunny days we were able to soak up some sun on the balcony while being sheltered from the wind. Beach access was easy and we were within walking distance of restaurants. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We have stayed in rentals up and down the coast and this condo was, by far, THE BEST place we have ever stayed. The condo was so comfortable and cozy, and it was clearly professionally designed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, and the views were amazing. I wouldn't change a thing - the owners have thought of EVERYTHING! The location was perfect - a short walk to the boardwalk and many restaurants/bars/coffee houses. When you go, be sure to spend some time on the Top Deck - a feature only available on these top floor condos.

If you are looking for a great location, beautiful views, the ability to cook for your family and plenty of space, then this is the rental for you. Everything was great and the owners very helpful with anything we needed. This family of First Responders needed a space to relax and unwind and Top Deck allowed us all to decompress and bring in 2023. We look forward to being back.

I have booked many airbnbs over the years and I have to say by far this was the best one yet. The property was not only stunning but impeccably clean, well stocked with the essentials and the process from beginning to end was as smooth as butter. I believe that what sets this property apart from others that I have booked, is the Itrip family's management style which is absolutely top of the line. They were always available, checking in, seeing how we were doing and offering assistance at any time. We felt well taken care of, appreciated and valued as a customer. This experience with the Itrip family most certainly will bring me back every year. Amazing job!!!!!!!

Loved the location and time of year (end of season) was the right amount of peaceful. Property was tastefully decorated, modern and comfortable. Communication with property managers was great. We had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach.

This is an updated condo with a great view and roof top deck. Very clean and lots of room. Right next to the ocean, and you need to be on a top floor to see it with the hill in front. AC was not working and took 24 hours to get fixed, and missing fob for pool. We were not going to go into the pool until the last day, they did send someone out 2 hours later when we were leaving to hunt for it. Great kitchen.

Beautiful property in the best location! The home is so pretty and the view is perfect. Loved the rooftop deck! The home is clean, the beds are comfy, and it is stocked with everything you could possible need. The owners were very responsive.

This was our second time visiting CB, and the first time in this condo. Everything was fantastic! The condo was super clean, really well decorated, and couches and beds were very comfortable (we love memory foam!). We loved hanging out on both decks (although we probably used the bottom one more) as well for the view, fireworks, and just general chill time. There was one very minor issue with one of the sinks not draining properly, but iTrip was very responsive to my text, and maintenance came out very quickly to fix it. So much stuff is within walking distance, so take advantage of that! In terms of noise from around the area, you can't hear *anything* from outside while you're inside with the doors and windows closed which was amazing. We could sometimes hear the people in the condo next door, but only if you were in the master bedroom, and it was pretty faint. Running the fan masked that pretty well. I just wanted to comment here since that was one of my questions. We definitely would want to stay here again if we come back to the area!

As soon as you open the door, you are greeted with the most beautiful view…nothing but ocean as far as you can see! Then you notice how spotless this rental is, so clean and comfortable. The beds were the best we have slept on, especially when on vacation. You can tell these owners have put thought into their renters comfort level. We enjoyed parking our car and not moving it all week, we walked everywhere. ITrip makes the renting process super easy. Love the communication when needed, every question I had was answered promptly.
