Fantastic location and home. Patio was great to lounge around on. Only issue/pain was having to drive to management office in Shell Beach to pick up and drop off the keys.

It was a great property. Close to the beach and roomy for a large group.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Very close to the beach. The house was very roomy for our group of 11. The dining table was large and had enough room for all of us. It had a well stocked kitchen. Plenty of cookware, serving pieces, plates, silverware and wine glasses for our Thanksgiving feast! Some of the furniture was a bit worn though. But, overall, it was very comfortable.

This is a lovely home, exactly as described, tons of towels and sparkly clean. Beach access and short walk to town. We’d go back for sure

The home was as-advertised - in great shape with a big, functional kitchen and good common space for multiple families. The rooms were comfortable and nicely maintained.
Great upstairs deck. 3-4 minute stroll to the beach.
Plenty of parking (2-3 in the driveway and 1 garage slot on the backside of the house).
Would definitely recommend for big families or multi-family gatherings near the beach.
Booking was a little awkward via VRBO. Seems to be a bit armslength... kinda wonder why the big booking fee to VRBO if I have to then contact the property manager separately provide payment info again. The property management was pleasant, and easy to work with, so no real issues.
