Location is great, private beach entrance is great. Unfortunately the rental only has one key fob to access the private beach which created some scheduling issues all week. The main seating area has a love seat and one chair, which would be fine but we had nine people. The outdoor furniture, besides the table and chairs, should be trashed. There's a nice grill outside for grilling out

The house was in the perfect location! The private beach was a dream.
My only issue was the key pad didn't work properly most of the time and the communication to the property manager was not great.

Perfect everything. The property was amazing. Bedrooms so comfortable. The beach a very short walk to a private deeded beach. The owners were so attentive, the property manager always available. I wanted to buy the place it was so nice 😊

We stayed here after dropping my oldest at FAU. The house is absolutely beautiful and, I don’t normally feel this way when I’m away from home, but the beds were SO comfortable!! Great communication from the property manager and check in/out we’re super easy. As described, the house is super close to restaurants, grocery store, cvs, dunkin, etc.
The only area where I feel that there is room for improvement is the cleanliness. The towels and bedding were dirty and there was hair (not ours) everywhere, including a hair ball on one of the towels. I washed the sheets and towels, but would prefer not to have to.
Overall, I definitely recommend - we had a wonderful stay!

The newly renovated and updated property was completely as depicted in pictures, clean, comfortable with nice bedding and all amenities you'd expect for beach vacation. Property manager very responsive to questions. Bedrooms on both sides of house provide additional privacy but we spent most of the time on the covered patio by the pool when not at the beach. An excellent family rental!

Overall a great experience for our group of 9. The interior of the house is almost brand new and it is a great open space for a larger group, with an especially well done kitchen. There are some minor annoyances that need to be worked out (mostly owing to the newness of the renovation). The location is top notch and very convenient to a private beach. The pool was a good to have, but there were some minor issues with the pool equipment that needed to be addressed. Overall very happy with the property and would definitely stay again.

All the neighbors were incredibly friendly and welcoming knowing it was a VBRO. House has lots of room and open for hosting. Close to everything.
The pool was nice even tho it rained for us the patio was nice to have out back, love this! No complaints, I personally would add a hot tub when adults only come. Very family friendly and minutes of a walk to the beach.
