Large house in Heber City. Nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for everyone.
Really liked that there was plenty to keep the kids occupied with Foosball, hot tub, and a great downstairs entertainment area. Family felt really relaxed and comfortable (the beds were very comfortable).
Kitchen and house in general was well stocked with the typical necessities.
The drive was not bad for day trips into
Salt Lake, Park City, or to Jordanelle lake. Grocery shopping is just a couple minutes away.
Loved it, would stay again.

Fantastic property! Great communication with property manager. Everything was as described. Spacious rooms and bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen. It even had "bonus" kitchen appliances like an air fryer, crock pot, and a Keurig-type coffee maker as well as a regular type one. There were plenty of blankets throughout the house, and even a few games & puzzles. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would 100% stay here again.

We had a great weekend with all of our adult kids plus two dogs in Heber for a quick getaway. The home has lots of blankets and a nice fireplace for the chilly months (which is much of the year in Heber). Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, etc. It was nice to have two gathering areas so we could separate gamers and movie watchers. The basement bunk rooms were very cold but warmed up nicely with the electric wall heaters. There was a scheduling glitch with the cleaning crew so when we arrived the first evening the house hadn’t been cleaned, beds had no linens, etc. The property manager responded very quickly when I texted, and took care of the problem immediately. Excellent and professional handling of an unexpected situation. The house is in the middle of a normal neighborhood, not like a vacation home area, but it was quiet at night and conveniently located. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was such a fun place for 6 adults and 9 kids (age 3-16) to hang out and enjoy a few days of spring break together. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, but easy to find. It was great proximity to Park City, a walmart, and Heber downtown. The neighborhood park has tons of grassy area to run and play.
We loved the two living areas for gathering in groups. The upstairs one was perfect for cozy movie nights, and the downstairs was great when smaller kids needed some down-time in the afternoons.
The kitchen is well-stocked and well-set up. The table seats 8, and the bar area seats quite a few more. With the open concept into the living room there is plenty of space to be together and chat.

Property was exactly as described. Clean, easy access and good location. This was our second year staying here for a ski competition at Soldier Hollow. Will definitely keep coming back!

The house was very nice, clean and well kept. The host made it very easy to access the home. The only thing that could have been better is the mattress in the Master. It was a little too soft for my liking. Other than that, it was great! The kids loved the game room and the downstairs TV.

Wonderful location. Great place to stay. Although there are a few doors and walls that need patching and a little touch up painting, this was perfect for our large family gathering with a dog. The manager was very accommodating and made our stay perfect! Thank you!

Beautiful home, very clean. Everyone had a nice bed. Space for everyone to enjoy. We played games, jogged in the neighborhood, played at the park around the corner, soaked in the hot tub, laid in the hammocks, cooked all our meals, close to museums, cave swimming, trail hiking & shopping at the outlet stores. Thank you for a great family experience for 5 families (not 5 motel rooms). Great price!

Very easy access, communication and check in process. The house was as described with plenty of space for a big group and a big garage which was great for a ski team who had lots of ski waxing to do. Neighborhood was quiet and in a good location.

The house was fabulous ... just as pictured. We stayed during the winter and the home was warm and easily accessible. With the host's permission, we used the house for a bridal shower. We had about 25 guests and there was plenty of room to gather in the living room. It was perfect! The bridal party spent the night (10 people) and used the downstairs family room and bedrooms for that gathering. Again, perfect.
The beds were comfortable and the sheets were really soft (my pet peeve in most hotels but these sheets were awesome!). The kitchen was well stocked with typical supplies and an abundance of plastic bowls and plates.
The host was friendly, responsive, accommodating and a delight to correspond with. Overall, a wonderful experience and a fabulous home!

We rented this house with our 18 year old son and some friends who wanted a staycation from the town next door. It was the perfect home, next to an open space and all the amenities that made for a fun night. Would rent here again in a second. Thank you!

Had a good time at this property. It fit our family of 16 great. Backyard was fun for the kids. In a busy but friendly neighborhood...we had neighborhood kids come over quit a bit wondering who the new kids were and if they could play 😂.
My only gripes about this property is that the tall garage does not work so we couldn't get any vehicle (a van or larger) larger in the garage. The double sided garage would only fit short small cars because the stairs come out quite a bit and don't leave much room. The downstairs has an area not finished but not a problem. The kitchen was well stocked for large groups and it wasn't full of glass dishes which is a plus with kiddos! Overall we had an enjoyable time.

Great location. Beautiful house. Especially loved the backyard with the hot tub and hammocks. My husband and son enjoyed playing cornhole there too. Kitchen was great & we had everything we needed. Had enough towels & linens for our group of 18. Would stay there again.
