Fenced yards perfect for a pet. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping space for a couple of families. We had a great stay at this property and would stay again.

We really enjoyed the home. Lisa was great. My father had cancer and we took him to the White Mountains because he loved the mountains. We had a great time with him and he enjoyed the atmosphere. We stayed Thursday- Sunday unfortunately he passed away a week after but I am so happy he got to enjoy hos last vacation

Nice house, lots of room for the whole gang! Well equipped kitchen. Huge dining table. Great tv room with extremely comfortable sofas. Home is close to lots of restaurants, grocery, and beautiful walking trails. Lots of kids and families in the neighborhood, so a little racket from your gang isn't a problem. The host is wonderful and responds very quickly tquestions.

It was fine but I was disappointed that there was 2 steps which I did not see. I don’t do step due to health issue. But otherwise it was nice cabin. The grandkids enjoyed the upstairs all to themselves.

We loved the property! We were a family party of 8 from ages 13-77. The home is quite large. Lots of space. The loft was perfect for the young 20 year old girls. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, cookware, etc. there’s a fenced in yard for your pup! Close to food, fishing, and we went horseback riding 10 minutes away at Porters Stables. We would definitely stay here again!

Spent 6 nights with friends and family. About 30 minutes to Sunrise which was nice. Kitchen was well equipped! Location to restaurants was good. Dinning table for 8 was perfect for playing games.

This was a great location. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Home was very comfortable. The multiple entertaining areas gave us room to spread out but we’re big enough for us to gather together as well. We utilized the fire pit sitting area day and night. Nice location to relax.

Great location and communication from management. Backyard was overgrown with weeds and main bathroom shower was not clean. The rest of the house was nicely remodeled with comfortable furniture. Lots of space.

Nice cabin to stay in w large families. However the heatwave caused this home without central AC to become very warm during the day. Nights would cool down. Home was furnished comfortably. Backyard needs some attention due to tall weeds.

One of the best ones we've stayed at. It was spacious, and cozy. The whole family enjoyed it. The location was one of the best things about the cabin. We were surprised at how equipped the kitchen was, definitely a plus. We hope to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay but honestly, it would be much better in another season. the gas stove didn’t work in the living room and even with the space heaters they brought it was cold. we would stay again just not in winter

Beautiful property that was perfect for our families and pets. Nice rooms for the adults and plenty of space for the kids. Spacious kitchen and living room made spending time together easy and enjoyable. Everything you’d want in a rental. Thank you for everything!

The Cabin was wonderful, everyone in the family enjoyed the games the close access to all the shops. I could go on but the one word that I can write to summarize the whole trip and everything about it...Awesome!!

Location of cabin was convenient but in hindsight we would have picked a location more remote. The cabin was clean and well stocked. The TV was a little difficult to navigate but pretty insignificant since we were hardly there.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. Only one concern was the lack of AC’s. There is a windows a/c in the master bedroom but the first day we were there it was in the mid 80s and no wind so it was hot in the house. Other than that, it was a great stay. My dogs loved the fenced in yard. I’d stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family. The owners and property manager are very responsive and want to create a wonderful experience for their clients. The location was close to parks, walking trails, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed are time in Pinetop Lakeside.

We were shocked by a few things:
Directly off the major road
Bad neighborhood that is not at all walkable, run down homes/trailers, very unattractive setting. Not family friendly
House is positioned that every car that drives down the road, the light shines right into the house
Backyard is very unkept, not usable and all wood and rocks. Zero appeal
Appreciate the pet friendliness of the home and the screened in front and back doors to allow for a cross breeze. Loved the coffee pods, aluminum foil and zip loc baggies…. Nice touches.
Property manager very easy to communicate with.

Close to town, lakes. Nicely done interior and was very clean. Only issue is that on excessively hot days, there are only fans to cool the house. Lucky those are few.

Honestly one of the most relaxing rentals. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, COFFEE, fenced in backyard for the dog, and special room above garage allowed kids to play without bothering adults. We got together for meals and card games in the kitchen, I was able to run over to various lakes in the morning and we had quiet nights. We will be back
