Had a great stay here with family. It's location is very convenient to go to any place within 10 to 15 minutes.

The overall stay was OK, but there were lots of little things that accumulated over time to reduce the please of the stay. There was nothing that was glaringly an issue, but things like far too little toilet paper, front door not unlocking with key so had to enter and exit through the garage, a fairly large number of spiders around the house, spices that has expiration date of 2015, dull knives, haphazard storage of kitchen items, not enough foil, baggies or some sort of container for food storage - we know that some of these things are hit and miss at rentals, but it seemed like there was little care given to the property and many things seemed like an after thought. Would we stay again? Probably, but would certainly look into other places first. At least now we know what we are getting into.

The house was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds and myself and 3 adult kids & spouses had a great time around the large kitchen table and outdoor table as well. Did not hear excessive traffic noise and the ping pong table was fun too!

The beginning we had issues with the keys, but Antonia the property manager was very helpful and kind and solved the issue for us. The house itself was great and we highly recommend anyone who wants to be close to the beach to rent this place.

This turned out to be a good fit for our family’s needs. We were in town for a memorial. The house was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed And had a good sized table. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We enjoyed both the bocce ball and pingpong tables. It was nice to have the BBQ. A short walk to the beach and we could enjoy long walks on the sand. We could stay there again

I really enjoyed the place. It was exactly as described. Convenient location, comfortable beds, very clean, and well maintained. However, I was asked to sign several additional documents after applying and was required to submit the names of every person coming onto the property. It was much more burdensome than I am accustomed to. However, I would still recommend the stay and note that aside from the annoying paperwork: the owners are friendly, communicative, and accommodating.

Really nice house with big comfortable rooms. We enjoyed playing ping pong and bacci and bbq. Kitchen was clean with lots of dishware and cookware. Quick drive to the beach. Would love to stay again.

This was our first venture out since the COVID-19 pandemic began. I was pretty apprehensive to be honest. I arrived with my cleaning products in a tote bag, just in case. The home was so clean and smelled so good when we walked in that we never even touched that bag! We had a wonderful time in the home. We loved its proximity to Pismo Beach, Arroyo Grande and everything the area has to offer. We even stayed in one night, made use of the outdoor grill and played a few rounds of bocce ball. It was a lovely experience and Jamie was a joy to work with. We can't wait to visit again!

Clean, safe and nicely-appointed home that's less than five minutes from Grover Beach. We booked this property for its excellent location and generous sleeping accommodations. There were four adults and three young children (all under 4 years of age). Thanks for hosting us - we'll need to come back again!

The owners were very helpful and easy to work with and have set up the house to be very comfortable. The instructions on check in we’re so easy and we loved the common area in the kitchen and living room for us to gather. It was a perfect spot, central to many things. Really enjoyed the property and working with the owners was the easiest I’ve ever experienced.

I have now rented 6 VRBO's in this area. This home is very well appointed, particularly in Covid days when eating out is more complicated. It is obvious that they were thinking of how their guests would experience the space and thinking about making things easier on us. Sometimes little things make a big difference. For example, they had storage bags available for leftovers. I cooked all of my meals in and even had colleagues over for dinner. The extremely well appointed kitchen was a blessing. Most places I rented have very cheap cutlery (understandably) but these folks make sure everything was of good to great quality and functional! If the location works for you, quit looking and BOOK NOW...before I beat you to it!

This house is great! Super clean and great location to the beach. Full of all the amenities you could think of. The road was a bit loud at times, but aside from that, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend.

We are a family of 5 looking for some relaxing time in Central Coast and we have found the perfect house for us! The location is just south of Pismo Beach in the Grover Beach area and the house is well appointed. We played baci balls in the backyard and fully utilized the well-stocked kitchen! The location could not be better, allowing us to explore the area - sportfishing out of Avila Beach, art installation in Paso Robles, wine country in Los Olivos, and monarch butterfly watching near Pismo Beach. We'd love to return!

This was a nice, spacious house to stay in. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots and pans, all in great condition. The ping pong table is a nice plus as well. Pismo beach is a very quick drive away (~ 7 minutes). Would recommend highly!

This rental was great. No worries that’s it on a corner of a busy street. You can’t hear the cars and it just means your closer to the beach. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook our own meals. There was plenty of extra toys and games for kids. If we ever return to Pismo Beach we will definitely be looking to stay here again.

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect and stocked to the brim of necessities. Definitely better than the hotel option. Beach was within minutes to walk, but not a far drive to downtown Pismo and the pier. I'm glad we found the place and will consider more visits in the future.

I booked this house with several friends to attend a wedding in the area.
The house was perfect for this purpose!
-4 bedrooms makes it easy for several friends/couples to share the space.
-There is a huge couch in the living room that accommodated our entire group while we watched football.
-Everything is reasonably modern/updated.
-Price was very reasonable
-There was a mini-bocche court in the back yard which we didn't get to use
Owner was good at communicating and I received my deposit back in a timely manner.
Would definitely stay again.

Really nice place. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Although it was too cold and rainey, the back yard is really nice and looks like it would be good place to kick back in. The owner was really accessable and returned our deposit very promptly. I know I'll be keeping the information on this house for future central coast visits.

This is the second time we've rented this home and it was great! The owners completed the backyard since our last stay and it really adds to the house and the "vacation feel". The house was in great condition and everything was as stated in the description. Communication with Jamie was easy and we will stay again!
