We had a great stay. Everything was accessible and clean. There was every kind of dish and utensil available for cooking meals. The only thing I would advise anyone with small children is to be mindful if they’re wild jumpers or stomp on the ground. My 1 year old son had a zoomies a few times and disturbed the downstairs neighbors.

Nice area and comfortable space. Only concern was the door had pretty big gaps around it when closed, lock did not seem too secure. An additional dead bolt along with the electric lock would have felt more secure

This was the perfect location for our family of 3. Quick walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Short drive to most major attractions. Well equipped with beach towels, chairs, sand toys. Beds were comfortable and the reserved parking was nice. Great communication with owner. Would absolutely stay here again.

Unit was not clean; cleaners came back in and still not clean. There was black mold, mildew, dust, cobwebs, hair left in bath tub and on bath mat, unclean toilet, to go food left in refrigerator. Part of cleaning fee was refunded. It was disappointing. I would not recommend. There were other issues as well.

The unit was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is walking distance to the beach and to the downtown area for shopping/dining. The only down side is the parking. Street parking is extremely limited and when they say there is a parking spot for a compact-size car, they mean compact!
Overall, we loved this spot and look forward to coming back in the future!

The condo was nice with modern touches. Rooms were clean and bright. Parking is a bit crowded, but it is California... We had a nice stay with our two teens, much better than a hotel as we were able to spread out a bit, cook, and do laundry. We could walk to the beach, downtown OB, and the tide pools below Sunset Cliffs.

My family and I really enjoyed this property and proximity to the beach and great food and coffee. Owners were great and fast to respond and answer any questions. The only issue we had was that the Wi-Fi would get a little slow at night. We would definitely come back and stay here.

This apartment is perfectly located for your stay in OB. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessities. Great communication with property manager and easy check in & check out. Would definitely stay again!

Very cute apartment in an excellent location. Loved walking to restaurants and along beach from our place. Management was super helpful and fast when the batteries ran out on our door lock. Just an FYI - If u have a car u need a really small car to fit in the assigned spot - we parked on the street and never had an issue. Would definitely rent again.

This was a great spot! Super clean, well appointed!! Super responsive staff. We had 4 adults staying, one on the couch. It was plenty of space! Kitchen was well outfitted! We like to cook!! Location was great! Appreciated that they had beach towels, toys and chairs!! Walk to shops, restaurants, bars and beach! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect OB location. Very cute and clean. Can walk to beach/restaurants easily. Had one issue with our door lock and management was so helpful and nice and issue was resolved right away. Would definitely recommend.

This two bedroom property is fantastic for a couple or small family that wants to stay within walking distance of the beach. A great kitchen set up allows for flexibility, and walking distance to shops and restaurants rounds out the options.

Check in process was simple and easy. When we got there it was just as the pictures showed it. It was very clean upon checkin. They have beach chairs and towels for you to use as the beach is only two blocks away. Ample kitchen amenities to cook meals. It was the perfect place to stay for me and my daughters. Highly recommend for anybody coming to the San Diego area.
