Very nice house, pool table is awesome and the house was comfortable and clean. The check in process was kind of a pain in the butt. We got in late and was expecting to get in and get comfortable. The code they gave us didn’t work and we were on the phone with property management trying many codes. It took us 45 min to get checked in after our 5 hour flight. The pool was cold and not heated as stated in the description. However the house was perfect and fun for all of us. The beach access was awesome and the house had everything you needed. Bedrooms were perfect and pool area was great. Very nice place to stay!!! You won’t be disappointed

Loved the roominess, wonderful location. Definitely a few up grades needed- decent beach chairs and a new frying pan. The middle bathroom did not have hot water. Cold swimming pool. Our biggest problem was lack of flexibility with an early check in. We had 3 hours , 5 kids and pouring rain when we arrived in Madeira beach. Loved the laundry facilities and the outdoor shower. All in all we had an awesome vacation here and would definitely book again.

The condo is in a great location. We visited in November so we were the only ones at the condo. There is the penthouse uptop then two smaller units below. The pool was great to have. Its right on the beach. Johns Pass is about an 8-10 minute trolly ride. The Winn Dixie is a quick 10 minute walk across the street. I would visit this place again simply for its location. The condo itself was a bit run-down with rusty showers and faucets. The big room with four beds also did not have a door which was not advertised. But overall I'd recommend this condo for the location, pool, size of the property and access to the beach.

Perfect location and a nice place to stay. We had a great time. I stay in 20+ rentals a year and wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Good cookware, beach towels, beds, pool, patio, grills, grocery stores and restaurants.

The private pool and direct beach access are an A++. Just what we were looking for. Great walkable beach. A closet full of nice beach towels so no need to bring your own. Knee boards and kids life vests available on site. Laundry room is shabby but functional. Grocery store, restaurants etc. within walking distance. The place itself is a bit dated but roomy and comfortable. Bedrooms are very nice. Two have en-suite bathrooms. The three bathrooms are decent sized and functional, but don’t have exhaust fans. Bunk room very roomy but has door only on one side. The other side remains open to a hallway and nearby bedroom. For kids’ sleep purposes it would have been nice to be able to close the room entirely. Kitchen is large and decently appointed. Non perishable condiments such as salt and pepper were not available however. Good-sized dining table. We could have used more toilet paper and paper towels. Overall we would definitely consider booking this place and perhaps the two lower level units for a large family vacation.

Great location and view. Spacious for our large family. However the home could use a lot of repairs and be better stocked, stone top doesn’t work properly, stove vent doesn’t work at all. Most bedroom and bathroom didn’t lock. Washing machine was broke, dryer takes extra time. Not enough bath towels/wash cloths were supplied for the house. Ice machine kept freezing up. Not enough cook ware. Over all a great stay and location. Just needs updates/repairs, and to be better equipped especially for large groups.

Property was under construction even though we were told all construction would be completed before we arrived, pool was so filthy could not be used , unit was not cleaned before we arrived I don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time food and filth all on floor could not walk barefoot without feet turning black sheets were filthy only one bath worked and it had black mold in it place is very old and needs a lot of repairs

Looking forward to staying here again.

It was perfect for us. My teens could go to the beach and my kids could be at the pool and I could see them from the window while making dinner or lunch we had a blast and hope to be going back

We traveled with a group of 14 children and adults. The penthouse was very spacious. Just steps to a private beach area!

Be aware, if you contract via Vrbo you will be charged booking fees 2x (22% of rent in total), go direct to the property manager. GOOD: Unit is spacious, large kitchen, bathrooms upgraded, laundry on premises, outside cooking option, plus parking. Excellent location right on the beach! BAD: pool is NOT heated! Two smaller units on the 1st floor, amenities are shared. The pool deck (25% closest to beach) is under re-construction, and looks like it will be for a while. Pool table has seen better days. Unfortunately we experienced "red tide", windows had to be closed, very warm inside as we learned the A/C was iced over and didn't work until defrosted late in the week. Couldn't go in the ocean, pool very cold, everyone suffering from "red tide" allergy-type effects. Best feature, close to good restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. Weather was very good.

The space is very spacious and great for larger groups. The bunk room is open to the hallway, so as long as guests don't mind the lack of a door, its perfect. The pool sticks are in need of replacing, but we managed to grab a few that did the job. For cooking, plan to visit the Dollar Store / Winn Dixie nearby for prep utensils (sharp knife, probably a cookie sheet, etc.). Would advise taking inventory of what is there when you arrive. Access to the beach was a breeze! (No pun intended) Overall, the operations for the condo were simple and the instructions were easy to follow.

Washer A & Dryer A did not work

Our original reservation was cancelled at another location but they offered us this a an alternative and it was a big upgrade! More expensive but at no more cost to us we went for it And we did not regret it. I loved being able to take my dogs with me. We walked so much while we were there(12miles a day) we never walk that much at home. Home has a few minor issues. Like doors not closing properly and heat not reaching the back bedroom.windows were a bit janky sometimes. But other than that. We were able to have a great Christmas with our family and two more families that came from Louisiana to visit. We had a great time and everyone fit in this nice big condo. Kids were super pumped and even jump in the ocean and pool briefly as the temps were in the mid 30s on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Coldest in over 20 years. We were worries there would not be enough dishes and towels but boy were we wrong . This place is stocked very well . Two fridges and a convection oven that cooked my turkeys super fast. All in all a great stay. We would love to stay here again.

Steps to the beach, this was by far the best part about the house. We loved how quickly and easy we were able to walk straight out with all the kids. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room and sleeping accommodations were perfect. Close walking to restaurants and groceries which was great because we didn’t rent a car. They only thing we had a complaint about was that the deck was peeling paint and screws were sticking out, which explains why the deck was currently under construction to repair. We were not informed of this prior to arriving. Regardless, we had a great time.

Wonderful location, house is right on the beach. They wanted to do pool deck construction but we were able to communicate with the owner through Vacasa to ensure construction was walled off and held during our stay. Some of the house is a bit run down but all functional, well cleaned, and totally worth it!

House was awesome! Legit a 10 step walk right to the beach and even closer for the pool. Tons of space and very well kept!

We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a 3 month old and the Penthouse location and accommodation was perfect!

The condo was the perfect retreat in front of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds are super comfy and everything was clean. I definitely recommend this place for your family vacation.

Really loved the location--right on the beach very private with private pool--shared with downstairs renters--who were very nice---Big bedrooms, and great open living space with great views from the water facing windows....walk to restaurants, stores, very private--highly recommend!

Should never had been rented with the torn up pool deck. Dangerous for the children. Needs an overhaul cleaning. Filthy inside.

This is a great house for a large group. Great view of the ocean and the pool is awesome. Overall it is great for a family vacation with the kids.

I took my family of 8 here for Spring Break. The ONLY disparaging remark I have is that the temps were low 70`s and I would have preferred low 80`s haha. This place has EVERYTHING you need and you can be as isolated or integrated with the public as you want. For us, we went out to dinner one night and prepared the rest of our meals inside. We never ran out of things to do from watching March Madness on the big screen TV`s, to swimming in the ocean on the paddle boards or making sand castles (had the beach outside almost to ourselves, other than people walking around), to swimming in the heated pool, to playing billiards with the large windows open to the ocean. We reserved this for our family vacation in October. This unit was wonderful. It was just like the pictures. It was nicely stocked and clean . The pool was very nice . Being right on the beach was great ! They were awesome to work with as well. If we come back to that area we will definitely stay here again . I would highly recommend renting this unit! We had a tropical depression during our visit and in-spite of the bad weather we had a wonderful time in our cozy spacious penthouse watching movies, the storm and waves. The place was perfect, comfy beds and great location with the beach right out the back, another plus was the heated pool. I brought some customers on a little beach getaway and this was the perfect spot. We had plenty of comfortable beds for 7 adults. The pool area is great with the beach right out the back door. This spot is located very close to some cool bars and restaurants so you can easily walk from place to place, and their is a grocery store a block or so away. We loved this place as the location. This home was absolutely amazing! We had 13 people with us and it was more than adequate for all of us to spread out, relax and have a great time! The beds/bedding was so comfy, all the decor brand new, the kitchen was large enough for all of us to work/eat in, pool table was a bonus, too! The pool was a great addition as were all the beach chairs, kayaks and paddle boards! And the beach is outrageously perfect! Thanks for the best quarantine vacation ever!
