Loved staying at this condo in Fraser! Such a lovely place with nice and simple decor and nice layout. Very close to lots of trails for hiking, main eateries and breweries/distilleries in Fraser and Winter Park. We had a nice time going out and staying in being cozy and comfortable on rainy days.

This condo is clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The hosts do a wonderful job anticipating their guests needs. The condo feels homey and the beds are very comfortable. Great for a quite relaxing get away The complex is located near beautiful woods you can stroll through for relaxing walks. The property is pet friendly and our dog was very comfortable. Plenty of places to go for walks.

The online description, photos and the previous reviews were consistent with our experience. Great mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay again. I do wish that the owner disclosed that he had an Alexa device. The fact that it was out of view is somewhat concerning.

Property was prepared, clean and ready as promised. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this property, and it was convenient to the local winter attractions and needs.

A super comfortable condo with everything my family of four possibly could have needed. The kitchen was very well stocked. We hope to come back!

This place was amazing! We stayed two nights here for a very great price. We loved the location of the area. It was tucked away in back of the mountain, in a very quiet complex of condos. It was easy to locate and access. We loved the luxury exterior and interior. Everything was new, modern, updated, nice appliances, had plenty of amenities and space. The beds were very comfy. The whole place was very cozy. We used the hot tub both nights, which was a very short walk to. We didn’t use the garage, since the friendly neighbor that was heading out for the week said we can park our other vehicle in her driveway. All the other units seemed empty as well, so it was nice not to be bothered by anyone. Also the maintenance people took care of cleaning the stairs and driveway after some snow hit. It was nice to know people take care of the area really well and the roads. The best part of all was that it was close to activities we came to do! Would stay again

Great views, easy to get to/from, clean and just a perfect get away. Look forward to returning
