Stayed at this Poconos Property in March for a ski week. Very close to Jack Frost & Big Boulder, along with a couple local restaurants down by the lake. The home was very clean and nicely appointed. We had more than enough space for our two families... plenty of room and spaces to spread out and relax. Second floor deck and first floor hot tub were excellent, especially size of hot tub. I would definitely stay at this home again. Only downside was related to Vacasa's management and not the home or property owner. Early check-in process is inconvenient because you get no notice in advance of a potentially early check. I was called at 12:30pm that I could now check into the house, but I don't live in the Poconos so it was not helpful. However, I was able to check-in on-time without issue.

Stayed for the weekend as we were in the Poconos for the NYOA Banquet. Plenty of room for our large group. Beds were made with fresh linens. Plenty of clean towels for the large group we had. Kitchen was stocked well with plenty of plates, bowls, utentils, cutting boards, cups, etc. Even found a pen in a junk drawer when needed. The pool table was fun, the fireplaces were great, the hot tub was clean and the view off the deck was beautiful. The little town of Lake Harmony was quaint. Some cute restaurants and shops I didn't get to visit. Kalahari, Mt Airy casino, Pocono Premium Outlets all close by. Would definately stay again. Only complaint is some if the furniture could use some upholstery cleaning. Overall it was a great house, in a great area. Would stay again!

I can’t say anything negative about this place. It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and the kids (7 of them) The proximity to Big Boulder was a plus. The hosts were so accommodating. We would definitely rent this again.

Great house. Plenty of room, with two rooms per floor plus bunk bed rooms on third floor. Top floor master bedroom has own shower and bath. Great views off of deck and also from top floor. Pool table in basement and nice TVs in basement and main floor. Kitchen very nice size and 2 dishwashers. Gas fireplaces kept house warm, almost hot. Would definitely rent again. Trip was a get away from the city, party size was 12 adults. Great time!

Long weekend that with 10 in of snow. House perfect, clean and well maintained. Easy communication with Vacassa for all questions. Roads plowed immediately, as well as the driveway. Slopes all close to House. Thanks Again

The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. Having two living rooms allowed some folks to stay up late while others went to bed early. We had plenty of space to cook and eat Thanksgiving dinner. The two dishwashers were amazing! We explored several beautiful trails just a short drive away. We did have a problem with the keypad not working on arrival, and Vacasa was able to quickly and easily resolve it and get us an alternate way in, which was much appreciated on a cold, rainy night. I would definitely rent from them again.

Everything you would want in a rental! Beautiful, spacious house with great views. Easy check-in, check-out instructions. Never had to ask any questions or contact the owner.

Overall it was a good vacation and we enjoyed the home. Unfortunately the renters previous to us vacated late. The cleaner was very helpful and allowed a few people and our service animal to stay at the house while the rest of us went to a local restaurant to kill some time. I believe that because she was trying to rush the house was not cleaned thoroughly. The owner was extremely gracious and super communicative with all questions and needs. Overall I would recommend this property.

The overall weekend and house were amazing. The few things we found to be issues were addressed and we were happy with Anya’s response. Great house. So much fun lots of space. The hot tub and pool table were a lot of fun. We enjoyed it all. We had a great time and we will be booking again in the future.

Had a great weekend here with friends. The property was beautiful and is centrally located near a lot of attractions. The house is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful home with three floors enhancing privacy. Enjoyable amenities included a large hot tub, an "addicting" pool table, a nearby tennis court , as well as lake Harmony. Hardly any time to watch the large screen TV.

Enjoyed the house and location. Needs better cleaning. Surface cleaning was good but lots of dust etc under tables, couches, etc. Improved drinking glasses would be a plus

This home Is true to it’s listing - the living area was a great space for gathering, bedrooms were comfortable and roomy, kitchen with two dishwashers was great, we loved the large upper deck with its large picnic table on it, and often found ourselves playing cornhole up there. The appliances are all newer, and we used the washer and dryer with the supplied detergent and dryer sheets- so helpful. We loved seeing wildlife every day, the deer wander in and out of the yard, and saw a bear waddle Up the driveway one day! (And another mom and Cubs in the distance on a hike one day) Anya was great to work with and quickly assisted with any questions or concerns we had. We were traveling across country and were surprised towels and linens were not provided. We ended up renting them. For the price they charge I was disappointed they were all mismatched sets and medium quality.

Our family of 12 (young children, teenagers, adults) enjoyed a picturesque week at this Lake Harmony property. Tucked above the lake, we were able to take in all the amenities described in the listing. Despite the hot tub not functioning the entire week, we were still able to make the most of it. Anya was even able to remedy the situation by refunding the fee almost immediately. We all agreed this house was one of our favorite properties so far.

The space in the house was perfect for our family! The neighborhood was quiet at night. The Hot Tub, Grill and Fire Pit were put to good use! We cooked most nights and found everything that we needed in the kitchen. The house was very clean, although a few items were left around the property(possibly from the last guests). Anya was very receptive and helpful throughout our stay! If you are looking for great hiking, kayaking, miniature golf, bike riding and a small beach, I would highly recommend Lake Harmony and this home! We plan to return again next year!

I have to start by saying, Anya was really sweet & the house is spacious and pretty. But I think that’s about it. Anya’s welcome letter is very detailed but can be overwhelming with all the rules. While booking, we were aware that we had to bring our own towels and sheets. But with young kids, we underestimated what a big ask that was. Plus, we never had experience having to do that with previous air B&Bs. The hot tub had a leak so we couldn’t use it (Anya was very sweet and reimbursed us). There was a leak under the kitchen sink that leaked profusely water and went through the ceiling into the lower level. Unfortunately, there were no cloths ANYWHERE. We had to use lots & lots of paper towels. We also had to spend about 30 minutes to clean the grill. It was sad to do so much work for our first post-pandemic vacation. Lots of cobwebs on the deck and patio. The bathroom accessories (towel holders, shower) are falling apart, The bathrooms have no rugs by the tubs. & literally not a single towel/cloth (except in the kitchen). For a house with so many rules and being pricey, it feels like it is getting by.

We had a great vacation. We had 2 small issues but Anya was great at handling them. The house was equipped with everything we needed to prepare all our meals, as well as it was equipped with paper towels and toilet paper for our 5 day stay.

Great experience. An individual house. Clean and net. If anyone prepare to cook, please bring the tools, such as pan and wraps. We finally bought a pan to cook the dinner.

We all had a wonderful weekend. The house was beautiful and there were no issues at all.
