This property was an amazing place to stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and very well stocked. If you forget, some thing, no worries, they have thought of everything! Bonus, you get to see the family of deer living by the property.😊

It's very apparent the owner has taken alot time to make this house very pleasant. We all loved the house and the back ard is beautiful and nice to sit outside. We will definitely stay here again! Communication with Vince was excelent!

The home was modern and comfortable. The backyard and screened in porch were an added bonus. There were a couple of things that needed attention but the host Vince will take care of them as he is very attentive. The location is excellent as well. There are daily visits from the deer that just love cut up apples, carrots and nuts!

This property was a 5 star! Property was very clean and had everything thing you could need! Beds and linens were top, the remodel was done top as well! The backporch, was the biggest hit from all, along with the backyard! Would definitely stay again, we mentioned coming back hear, again.

Decided to rent this adorable home for a 3 night weekend getaway with my best girlfriends. The home was very spacious, comfortable, and close to everything in town. The beds were all comfy, as was all the other furniture. Amenities were provided. Backyard was super cute. Everything was awesome! Will definitely come back to this house if I come back to Kerrville!

This house is so inviting and absolutely spotless! It was the perfect setting for a girls’ getaway. All the beds are queen or king, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked and the dining room provided a great spot to enjoy dinner together. The back yard is its own little oasis. When you walk out onto the screened porch, you can hear the water feature. So peaceful. We easily walked to the river and park and enjoyed exploring some cute little stores. There is a hot tub that looked inviting though we ended up not using it. Next time we certainly will and there will definitely be a next time! This house was perfect!

This rental ranked up there with one of my favorites. Extremely clean, very spacious and all the details were very thought out, at no point did we ever have a need that was not met. The technology (Alexis) made everything extremely easy to navigate. I could live in the backyard, it is straight out of a magazine!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving to be near our family’s ranch. The home exceeded all expectations and then some. It was beautiful inside and out, very well maintained, the beds (and pillows!!) were extremely comfortable (and I’m a harsh critic of beds). It was a great layout for our family. Loved that there were Lego Duplos for our children aged 1 and 5 to play with. We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but the backyard and sunroom is beautiful! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a retreat from the city. Kerrville has so much to offer and this home is in a great location. Vince was very easy to communicate with start to finish. Don’t hesitate and book this house today!! 10/10 would stay here again.

I think this is the nicest Vrbo I have stayed in! The home is beautiful, and it has plenty of space for guests. We had five adults staying for the weekend, but there was definitely room for more. The back yard is an oasis, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and they don’t skimp on the number nor quality of towels. All five of my family members would whole-heartedly recommend this home. We were in town for a wedding and the location was convenient for all of the associated events.

Private backyard oasis was fantastic! Great for lounging and visiting with friends and family! Seven ladies shared this perfect get away! Spacious interior perfect for visiting whether you are in the kitchen, living room or dining area you can still be part of the action! Well stocked for all your needs and great communication with the owner when we had a question. Everyone loved it! Incredible house and great location too! Game Room and Hot Tub added bonus! We will definitely be staying here again and you should consider it too!

Great family stay at an amazing property. Everything needed is provided and more! Have stayed at many different places in our travels and this was one of the best for a family stay. The garage game room, outdoor seating area, large hot tub and screened in porch just enhanced the experience. I’d stay again, and would highly recommend to others. Thanks for sharing your home with us so memories could be made.
