Great location and Francesco was the best in every way.

This apartment is in a great location in Agrigento with ocean views and walking distance to the Valley of the Temples and restaurants. It is on a main street, easy to find with off street parking. The only reason I gave only 4 stars on location was that there was a lot of street noise with vehicles going by at all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper maybe this isn't the place for you, otherwise it's a gem!

Excellent communication with Francesco and easy access. Situated on a busy road but quiet at night with windows closed. Generally comfortable large rooms, one balcony off the kitchen to the front and one off the living room at the back. Very useful location for visiting the Valley of the Temples but 20 minute uphill walk to centre of Agrigento. Supermarket within 100 yards and we chose to cook in for two nights but could have driven into town to eat. Positive experience. Thank you Francesco.

Francesco was a great host. He greeted us at the time we had specified. He showed us the apartment and provided many helpful hints about the area. He recommended dining at Il Re di Gigantic within walking distance of the apartment which was excellent. The apartment was well situated; but there was some traffic noise. It included a well equiped kitchen and the air conditioning was appreciated since it was quite hot at the time of our visit. The apartment is very light and cheery with a nice balcony in the back providing distant views of the sea.

L'appartement est vraiment bien situé pour visiter la vallée des temples et proche de petits commerces et restaurants. Le centre ville est très jolie avec pas mal de choses à visiter. Les plages sont propres. Francesco est très à l'écoute, disponible et donne de très bons conseils.

Great host. Easy parking. Good location particularly if you have a car. Would stay again. A bit out of town centre. Recommend driving to the Valley as it can be VERY hot.

Everything we wanted or needed was thought of in the unit. Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and close to the sights. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others

The apartment was delightful with partial vies of the Mediterranean from the balcony. Our host was terrific even gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant. Just be aware the apartment is a few flights up with no elevator other wise I woulds have given it a five star

It was easy to arrange to meet our host, Francesco, through WhatsApp as he speaks English. The apartment was spacious and on the third floor (ground, 1,2) so some steps, but he carried one of our cases for us. We had all the appliances we needed for our stay and it was close to the Valley of the Temples. No problems with the off street parking. All necessary supplies next door at the supermarket. One thing I noticed was we could not use our standard EU adaptor. I had to purchase a three pin adaptor at the supermarket to make it fit. We would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Agrigento.

Great space, loved the apartment- and great location. Groceries nearby too.SO happy! Spent a whole day at Valley of the Temples.

The apartment was clean and functional and well located to walk to the Valley of the Temples, the town and restaurants. There were lots of maps and tourist info in the apartment that we could use, and it was much appreciated. We did eat in as well as at restaurants, so having the grocery store, with wine, just next door, was an added bonus. As a cook, my only comment would be that the kitchen could use a larger chef knife, a pair of scissors and perhaps a larger coffee pot. We managed quite well, but these additions would help other guests. Finally, Agrigento was a great destination!

Tellement pratique autant pour se rendre au centre-ville que dans la vallée des temples. Lit confortable, grand salon et salle à manger. Bel accueil de notre hôte !

Francesco was a great host. The apt is 10 minutes downhill walk to the Temples. On the way back we took a taxi for 15 euros towards the old city. Otherwise it is a 20 minutes walk from the apt uphill. Visit the old city. Worth it. The apt is spotless. If you visit Agregento is a good place to rent. Francesco welcomed us with a bottle of chilled white wine. Nice touch. 2 good restaurants near by. One has great views from it's terrace of the temples at night when they are light. Try their deconstructed canolli

Francesco could not have been a more genial and accommodating host. Our arrival was delayed several hours due to traffic and road construction. He waited patiently for us and helped us settle in. He had a bottle of wine, plus a well equipped kitchen, with lots of little extras waiting for us. When we called him in the evening to ask about heat for the apartment ( it had turned chilly) he dropped everything and came over to program the heater and even brought a small heater for the bath. Only thing lacking in the apartment was a sharp knife. You will love Agrigento and definitely should stay at Francesco's beautiful apartment. It's also nice to have the grocery store right next door.
