Location was great, it's hard to be any closer to Super Chatel TC. Facilities are nice with the pool, indoor parking, ... Friendly and helpful staff

For the price, the equipment of the apartment ended short of expectation. Kitchen equipment was very basic and for example missing a raclette set which is quite basic for ski rental. The apartment could have done with couple more furniture to make it cosier. Charging for a cleaning kit and not providing at least a sponge seems a bit cheap and not thoughtful of people who aren't traveling all the way by car. Also we had to report on arrival material damage such as a hole cut in one of the chairs and damage in the fridge which came to a surprise to the staff when the apartments are meant to be cleaned between occupants

Great location for skiing, good value for money. Pleasant staff. (Buy the cleaning pack offered on check in).

We know that the swimming pool, the living room and the ski facilities are closed in reason of covid safety ; obviously, it is not your fault. On the other hand, we were very surprised and angered by the absence of any commercial or simply kind gestures . Admittedly, a reduction of the rental price is not possible given the situation. But other gestures are almost free and would mark a minimal attention to deprived customers : a bottle of wine or water, some coffee capsules, a little word, in short something!
