Modern Hotel. Nice breakfast.

Location is not really near much. Housekeeping needs to (1) pay attention to what they find (and remove from) inside the room. We were three guests in one room. And, daily, we returned to discover too few sheets and towels and toiletries because housekeeping removed more than what they replaced. And (2) housekeeping should NOT 'adjust' the interior room temperature. They should NOT unplug the electrical service room card. They should NOT open (nit leave open) guest room windows. Nor should they adjust the thermostat!! Unacceptable!!

Nice staff, breakfast and rooms

I booked the hotel because of their spa, but nothing worked. The sauna, the steam room, the salt room was closed and the spa area with the pool was dirty and with no towels or personal to ask for help in the whole floor with the spa. It was only a cold pool, that’s was it.

Big rooms. Clean.

.No restaurants or shops nearby. .SPA was closed. One of the reasons i booked is to try the face skin care they offer. Due to wedding maybe it was closed Sat and Sun. . Comparing with all other hotels in same level or better in same location it's overrated 145 euro Per night. İ recommend in İzmir to stay in Konak or downtown. İt's small city transportation by taxi is easy no traffic to be near to airport or fair ground. Usually with 145 Euro you expect more cleaning and hygiene stuff in the bathroom like a tooth cleaning kit. Shaving kit. İ have my own just. Telling
