Super lovely and charming B&B, great location directly at the foot path to the central square of Capri. We loved the style of the room with the lovely mix of antique and modern furniture, the lovely host and a great breakfast on the terrace with a stunning sea view. We enjoyed reading on the sunbeds on the terrace, to escape the busy life in Capri.

Not a thing

The best part of this B&B was our host Analissa. She was so welcoming and helpful it felt like we were staying with a friend or relative instead of a B&B. She went our of her way to deal with Air France who lost my luggage and arrange the courier which finally arrived in Amalfi after 8 days thanks to her assistance. She made great recommendations to local restaurants, provided a map and directions, and suggested a local bus that is steps from the door of the B&B. The room was larger than I expected from the pictures I viewed and it was exceptionally clean. Analissa allowed us to check in early and had the room ready hours earlier which I was not expecting. Each morning we had breakfast provided at the property on an outdoor patio with wonderful views of the sea. The breakfast was exceptional and included homemade baked treats, pastries, toasted bread, meat, cheeses, tea, coffee and juices. We really enjoyed this part of our stay in Capri and felt like it was a welcome and relaxing home to return to at the end of each day of sightseeing.

The showers are on the smaller side if you are tall like my husband. This was common throughout Italy though and not just at this B&B. If you are going to and from the town square or main roadway there are a lot of steps to get to the B&B which can be challenging with luggage especially. The entire town of Capri had many steps so this is good to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

Annalisa is very nice and runs the bed and breakfast be herself. The breakfast was great every morning with amazing views over Capri. Definitely recommended!

Everything about our stay was really nice. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, the host was very friendly and welcoming, the terrace had beautiful views and the property was close both to the Capri center as well as to Marina Grande. Great breakfast and Great view

Mrs Annalisa is a great host. She started taking care of us even before our arrival helping us to catch the last boat to arrive to Capri (our train had a huge delay)! Her b&b is a little splendid corner full of flowers, very close to the Piazzetta! Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast with delicious hand made cakes !

Analisa is a great host. She helped us in everything we requested assistance. Hotel location is perfect, a few steps to the city center. The area has plenty of shops and restaurants. The room has a good space and we could accommodate all our things. Good breakfast.

The room was immaculately clean and had a lovely garden and terrace.

Bathroom was very small. Breakfast was continental but with very little meats and cheeses. There are many, many stairs to get to the center of Capri. Not easy for someone with knee problems. The big problem: It is not specified when booking that to reach the hotel, the bus should be taken from Marina Grande and guests need to get off at the Acquaviva stop. Then it is only a very short walk and a few stairs to the hotel. Instead we took the funicular up to Capri center and had to “mule” our bags down many, many stairs to the hotel.

Lovely b&b in a great central location just a few minutes down steps from the centre of Capri. Views are amazing from terrace.
