The Chateau and grounds were beautiful, and made the stay relaxing. The staff were welcoming, and helpful with our questions.

The breakfast was one of the best of our 2 week trip around france.

The receptionist did not point out that there was a restaurant only a few steps away from the hotel.

A stunning property and an incredible stay. Our room was spacious, beautifully done and so clean. Everything was so lovely - the grounds, the pool, the breakfast. It was so calm and quiet but super close to the centre - only a 15 minute walks down cobbled streets to everything. We would certainly stay again.

Great place to start exploration of region. Swimming pool and jacuzzi are in good working condition. Nice garden where to relax in evening. Nice big rooms. Kitchen with tableweare and fridge. TV set in bathroom. Just at the side of railway station. City centre 15 min walking distance.

Hard to mention anything. Maybe not so much electricity sockets.

A tranquil spot with beautiful rooms and excellent service - just a ten minute walk from the centre of Cognac. Aircon and peaceful pool very welcome in the extreme heat!

the double room (romantic) we had looked amazing, one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever had . the air conditioning was great even during a full heatwave , the swimming is a nice touch. just a shame I didn’t have time to try the large jacuzzi and the sauna. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok. 2 car charging points but there’s not many rooms , so perfect

the location is a bit far from the center so we had to take the car since it was too hot to walk with a stroller ,

Everything! The building was stunning, as was our suite, a very spacious, beautifully decorated room with high ceilings, comfortable beds, much welcomed air con, flat screens and a Nespresso coffee machine. Breakfast was suitably varied and Jean-Luc was a beyond-attentive host at all times. Thoroughly recommend it!

This is a very nice place with a beautiful garden. Don't be put off that it's next to the railway station or a main road as neither can been seen or heard from the property and it's very relaxing. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped if several people were trying to use it at the same time, but not a big deal.
