We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The entire place was gorgeous and the view was out of this world. We hope to go back again!

The family loved our week at Las Palomas and this particular 3 bedroom rental. It had everything we needed and the staff was very professional. The pool area in Phase 2 was great. We'll definitely refer our friends and come back again.

Owners were very responsive and able to answer any questions I had. Place was very clean and the view was great! Stayed with 8 friends and it was plenty big! Would definitely recommend staying here, we would stay again!

This was an excellent condo! Perfect for all eight of us and the bunk room worked out great for the kids. The decor was very nice. Super roomy and loved the multiple patios! Was a beautiful place and the view was awesome. Would definitely stay again! The kids love playing bingo at the pool and the adults made guacamole. The activities were nice.

This unit provides plenty of open gathering spaces and furniture for your group, often we have found that properties can sleep multiple people but only seat half of your group! Awesome condo and we will rent again.

Amy, thank you and your family so very much. The place was amazing. We went to Mexico for a bachelor party and the house was perfect. Everything was awesome. Tons of room. We all had our own bed, the showers were amazing... just everything was exactly perfect for us. The balcony was a hit. Getting to people watch and see the sunset. It was to much. Made me wanna live there. Can’t wait to come back and bring the wives. Thank you again. A+++

Overall good experience

We had a blast in this room. The quad queen bunk beds were exactly what we needed with teenage girls! All beds were comfy, even the pull out couch! The owner was very quick and responsive when i had questions prior to the trip, which was great. Everything was as described- we will def be coming back!

We arrived at 4:30 pm into a completely dark lobby. It took 35 minutes to get to the check in done. The line of irritated guests was growing. Then we overheard that the resort was out of power at 3 and would be for several hours. Now remember, this unit is on the 12th floor. No power meant no elevators. We had to shlep our luggage up 12 double flights of stairs for 8 people! We got into the unit and after traveling for 17 hrs for some of us, there was no water to flush toilets or wash our hands. We decided to go use the pools since we couldn't stay in our room with no power and no water. Nope! All the pools were closed as were their toilets too. By 8:55 pm I contacted the owners to ask about comping our first night. (The three other couples we traveled with all had owners that offered to comp a free night. For their troubles.) The electricity began to flicker on in random units in phase 2. Ours was one of the last few to come back on. Tired, hungry and grumpy we fed the kids cold snacks by the lights of our cell phones and got them ready for bed....No hot water. (Switch was turned off as well as were some of the knob under the sinks.) A little before 10pm the power came back on. Owners response was "Customer service is saying all good now ..." So what that said to us, there was no making the bad day right by the owners. On day three my son got stuck in the elevator between floors three and four for 35 minutes. The first few times he tried to use the emergency call system it wouldn't go through. Finally he reached someone that understood enough English, "I'm stuck in the elevator." When they got him out they said...."Oh, this happens all the time." Say what??? Maybe someone should look into that. He was pretty scared and worried he would be stuck in there for a long time. He text his dad who went and sat outside the elevator to keep him company. There are missing cabinets in the kitchen that should be repaired and replaced. There is no ice or water line working in the fridge. The electric fry pan was broken. There was a large cooler that you could use for drinks, BUT it is missing its plug and leaked melted water all over the deck.(luckily it wasn't inside) This trip was just frustrating from the beginning and didn't improve. It is starting to feel run down. The beach is so over ran with vendors trying to sell you their crap. That was not relaxing or enjoyable. I hope others have a better experience than we did.

Our third time staying here. It is our favorite place to stay in Las Palomas. Equiped well with all we needed. Love this place.

Beautiful condo !!

Perfect view, perfect size, extremely well done

I really enjoyed staying at this vacation rental. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The pool is awesome, and the view is beautiful. The only complaint I have is there is a hammock pictured, but no hammock at the rental, just the hammock frame. We were really looking forward to using the hammock! With that being said, I would go back.

Our second time staying here. By far our favourite condo. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for 6 of us. Love it hete.

Was really happy with the the location and the view. The condo slept 8 people with no problem. Las Palomas resort grounds were beautiful and clean through our stay. However, the condo need repairs: The 2nd master bedroom bathroom shower handle was broken, front door light not working, hammock in the picture was missing and the door card reader was not working. We had 4 set of card keys replaced 4 times through out our stay. This was really inconvenient, we had to walk back to lobby 4 times. I understand not to keep the cards next to a cellphone, electronic etc. but that was not the case. Fortunately the staff was helpful and gave us new cards every time. Overall our stay was pleasant but feel this place did not meet our expectations.

We drove 21 hours to get to Puerto Penasco and we were not disappointing upon our arrival. This condo was everything and more! It easily accommodated four adults and four children. The views from the balcony were just as dreamy as the beds. We will defiantly be return guests. Amy & Michael were extremely easy to deal with and answered all of my questions.

We stayed here with 5 adults and 1 2 year old. Had plenty of space. Kitchen was fully equiped...a Keurig and a coffee pot. Plenty of dishware and glasses.....you name it, they had it. The place did have a terrible stench when we walked in but it was soon rectified..they just need some bleach down the drains. Have stayed at Las Palomas many times but this is our favourite condo so far.

This rental is amazing! We had 3 adult couples, we each had our own bedroom and it was perfect. This place is nicely decorated and has a wrap-around balcony for lots of extra room (not that you need it). This space would be perfect for a large family or maybe two large family's, or possibly a reunion. The Owners are responsive and very easy to work with. This one is a gem! Hope to be back soon.
