The room is in genaral good. It was clean, enough for 1 person, big shower. It had balcony too. It was close to the interesting building "Burg" (Casle). There was parking lot in price and restaurants, shops 5 min. by car. The hotel is not in the city, but suburb.

I had problem with payment. I paid for my stay 2x. First via booking before my arrival and second time, when i arrived to the hotel. There is no reception, only machine, where i had to buy my stay second time. The machine did not know, that i already paid for my stay via booking.com . I tried to contact staff from there, but there was only recorded voice on number from information table and nobody answered the phone. Okay, i paid and thought, that i will solve it tomorrow with the staff. No. The hotel manager was sleeping on the morning. Nobody from there contacted me, that they received doble money. I had to wait one week to solve it with support from booking (i had to proof that i paid 2x). Or, dont pay before your arrival via booking. Hovever the room was good, i dont recommend this for above negatice experience and attidude of the staff.

Room design is great - very modern and nice, yet very functional and comfortable. Everything works fine. Big plus is air conditioning: it's not very common in Austria. Great 24-hour check-in machine which worked perfectly for us (I wonder why there are so little of them in Austria). Another huge plus is that rooms have window shutters, which allow to block daylight completely (very important for good sleep). It's very convenient to leave your car next to your room door. We had a great night and never talked to hotel staff. Didn't take breakfast so can't comment on that.

Very clean. Shower is big and super comfy. Park for car is very good and spaces are very large. Very good position for Red Bull Ring. There are some useful facilities nearby like supermarket, fuel pumps and workshops. The only lady I met was for serving breakfast, very kind.

The breakfast was poor: little selection of food to choose. Room was small and too few places to put things on (I had to put my luggage on a shelf).

The location of the hotel is perfect to go on the Redbull Ring. Only 5 min but sufficiently far to do not be disturbed by the noise of the engines. In addition, the restaurant as well as the bar are very nice. I recommend to order a caipirinha. Finally, the person who is taking care of the breakfast is so gentle and flexible to satisfy your demands.

The breakfast by itself could be improved because this is exactly the same every day.
