we found this most elegant hotel , quiet and comfortable, the staff are first rate , competent , multilingual and charming , certainly a revisit would be considered and to recommend the breakfast on offer the best in town with no extra charge , a rear thing now a days, beyond was a delightful discovery for us

could be one of the best in munich. very polite and helpfull staff. nice welcoming. altough the room was not ready when check in they offered us breakfast.

there is no hotel enterance you should ring and go in to a building to take the elevator than to the reception...etc.... hard to get in but than it is easy and helpful staff.

The location was great. Amazing view of the town hall & Christmas tree in Marienplatz. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was incredible.

For the amount it cost per night, we wanted to stay in. The World Cup final was on and we could find which channel to watch it on the tv. We called reception for help and they were dismissive and not very helpful. Had to watch on the iPhone in the end. They advertise bath robes but had none.

Everyone was delightful and helpful. The view over looking Marienplatz is amazing!

The underlying casual class

Maybe the best hotel I ha e stayed at in Germany. Only one issue. The tables we had to sit at at breakfast were ridiculously tiny

excellent location, no other hotel could have any better place. but normal car/taxi is not allow to come in to their street, and sign to show this hotel is too small, actually it is at the fifth floor
