Everything was exceptional ! Location, staff, accommodation, food, everything perfect.

Enjoyed great relaxing atmosphere each evening in the hotel bar. Very pleasent and friendly owners, nice pool and very nice surrounding, realy beautifull place. Beach in front is a bit rough entrance but Nisteri beach is very close and there entrance is better for small children.

Bit more work needed in the bathroom, more hooks, valve covers etc.

The staff were very good to me and I liked the garden and surroundings. My guest disliked it all unfortunately it made my holiday stressful as she wanted something on a par with La Scala and all the services. Two of the Taverna's close by were closed so we had to eat in town every night which cost us in taxi's there and back.

You advertised this as a hotel but they were chalets/Bungalows. We arrived late and were shown to a room with a double bed. They kindly changed it for two single beds. The bar was closed and also the restaurant. The reception closed at 8pm every night so we had to rely on my mobile for information and taxi's which is quite expensive. Our room was not cleaned everyday nor were the bins emptied nor coffee, tea, etc replaced. The dirty tea cups and glasses were also left. There was only the facility of breakfast. The breakfast was okay but finished early.The swimming pool was very very small. I would say it could only take two people at a time if you wanted to swim. I did not use the pool. The grounds were lovely and the rooms clean but basic. The shower room had no shelves for toiletries or anywhere to hang towels and there were two bare pipes sticking out of the wall and tv was crooked on the wall. I would suggest advertising as sea facing and not a private beach facing. I was staying with a very fussy friend and I had to keep asking for things for her and an exyra key. She did not like that her bed was not made every morning. I thought that the price was very expensive for what it was. A basic single room at Nikoletta and Makryammous at this time of the year was much cheaper so could not agree with the star rating. I do have some pictures.
