We had a great time!!!! Condo was just what we needed for our family.

This property had the best view you can see the best sunsets over the ocean and the sunrises property was clean did wish we had 1 towel bath towel per person other wise it was clean and well kept

We loved our stay! It comfortably housed 4 adults and 4 kids. Pool was great. Sandy beach is wonderful. We had everything we needed for a successful vacation.

We love staying at this property. Every year we celebrate Father's Day in Rocky Point and every year we stay at Senoran Sun. This property was perfect for my family. Everyone had enough room and had a wonderful time.

I want to start with communication with Tammie was amazing. If I had questions she was quick to answer regarding the condo prior to our arrival. When we arrived everything was perfect. It had what we needed for 2 adults and 5 teen boys. There were plenty of beds and the condo was spacious. The dining table fit all seven of us which was nice. Our last day there we were able to watch dolphins from our balcony during breakfast and it was AMAZING. The boys loved that. All in all it was an amazing trip and the perfect condo for us.

Lovely home for a very relaxing vacation. The patio is to die for! Perfect place for morning coffee or afternoon margarita! Resort property was beautiful and my four year old had a total blast!

all bedrooms with excellent furniture, clean, spacious and fresh. I appreciate so much the owner for giving us a great discount, due to making the reservation ahead on time. I recommend 100% this place. Sonoran Sun the best place to stay and enjoy.

Tammie is beyond amazing! Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated and included everything we needed. Tammie is professional, reliable, dependable, friendly and everything was spot on. I highly recommend renting from her, she is wonderful.

Nice older property. Close to the beach. Adult pool had a lot of bugs and stuff floating on top layer.

Spacious and very comfortable rental. The wrap around deck had amazing views. Pools were beautiful and well maintained. The ocean was clear and warm. We had a great family vacation!!

We had a family trip of 7 stay in this room and it was beyond comfortable. Had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Cant wait till our next trip.

Such a fun trip, I have now stayed at several of the sandy beach resorts and Sonoran Sun is my new favorite. Great experience with owners and staff, good communication and ease throughout booking checking in and stay.

Very nice condo. Fits 5 adults and 1 teenager comfortably. Beds are comfortable. The only downfall is one key for a large group is inconvenient. A key pad would make it much easier for everyone when people want to do different activities outside of condo area. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

The property was well loved and cared for...not to mention very clean. The check in was easy and the staff was very welcoming. No complaints as far as the condo was concerned. We had a wonderful vacation.

Renting the property was easy and quick, the only complaint I have is that the Refrigerator in the condo was not working well, call the front desk and they said that it needed to run for about an hour , it did not get cold called them again, and they sent someone to fix it and Again they told us to let it run for an hour or 2 , we left came back later that night and it still was not working. Called again and they said that we would have to wait until the next day, we’ll to make things short they took to long to fix it and most of our food went bad ! I think they had to replace the fridge, also the front service people were not very helpful ! Other than that we had a good time !!!

It is a beautiful condo but some minor issues need to be addressed. The back bedroom light needs to be looked at. This light would dim and get bright on it's own. The master shower needs to be faucet needs to be taken apart to address why it has to be muscled to work. The water heater should have been turned on before our arrival. Why does the dryer keep running when opened? Please understand that this is not a bad review. We enjoyed the overall stay especially viewing the dolphin show, from the deck, everyday.

We were beyond pleased with everything about our stay. The condo has new furniture and was well stocked with all the necessities we needed. The views are absolutely breath taking and the sound of the ocean was so soothing! The pictures really do not do this condo or the resort justice. The property owners were very prompt and responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay and we never needed to contact them while we were there because everything was ready as promised. All of the resort staff were attentive and friendly. They have staff ensuring only permitted guests are on the property which helped us to feel safe and secure (something I was honestly worried about prior to our arrival). The property was immaculate and well kept. This property and condo exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to go back. Best family vacation yet!

On-site staff was great. The security team was totally on point! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A few minor repairs are needed (sticky sliding glass doors, torn screen, shower in Master bathroom not functional due to mineral deposits on faucet) but otherwise all the comforts of home and then some. Would definitely rent again!
